My family and I have been coming here for years. The dentist and assistance are always fine. Some assistance are great, others less. But on my recent visit, they either said I had nothing due or they'd email me the bill. Well, life gets busy and 3 months later they send me to collections for $72?!? You are a professional service and we've been your customers for years. Apparently $72, 90 days late and you don't need me as a customer. I just go straight to collections! This is not acceptable practice. I mean I have an appointment in another 90 days. Why not just ask for it then? Stupid business decision. I don't know if we are coming back after such a bonehead move.

After many years I have decided to leave this Dentist and find a new one. They feel more like a corporate owned production line than a place that respects the time of its patients. I do not think I have ever been to the same person twice so I have never built any type of relationship with "my dentist". Too be honest I'm not even sure what they look like. If you want to feel like just a number then this place will be fine. If you want to feel respected I would look elsewhere. Wish this was still a blockbuster. The number you have provided below appears to be the same number that often rings to an answering service during normal business hours. Don’t bother unless you have zero issues with your mouth. I came here for over a year. I came in with pretty bad gingivitis. And every time they saw me they cleaned and lasered my gums. Which helped for about a week. I really thought for the longest time. It was just my genetics causing this and I was screwed. I switched to a more reputable dentist in town. And I’ve been pain free for 6 months. No gum bleeding at all. I needed a deep cleaning. And not a single dentist or hygienist bothered to say anything or help at all. Just charge me $200 for a laser that did NOTHING. Idk if they are uneducated or trying to just get you in and out. But unless you have perfect and easy to deal with mouth. Major pass on this establishment.

First time I've ever had nothing but a positive experience at a dentist. Front desk girls are extremely kind and professional, the Dr.'s are as well. Everyone there was very reassuring and honest about pricing and planning, I went and got a tooth taken out and didn't feel a thing, Dr. was very gentle and quick. I highly recommend going here.

Friendly staff. I did my online check-in beforehand which really sped up the process when I arrived. Was seen within 5 minutes of showing up. Dental assistant and dentist Curtis Kim were both polite and very quick. Great service all around, this is my home dentist.

I've had such a great experience here. I noticed that the front desk staff were good at always greeting patients and getting them checked in for their appointments quickly and easily. They were helpful in answering any questions I had about appointments, billing, and even the procedure I had done. The main stars that made my experience great and the reason why I will be returning are Michelle, Sonia, and Dr. Alazzeh. Sonia and Michelle were the dental assistants that made me feel super welcomed and comfortable from the get-go. They were fun and easy to talk to, and I felt as if I had already known them! They genuinely care and that absolutely shows. Dr. Alazzeh did a great job at explaining what needed to be done, and what we could hold off on for now. Not once did I feel pressured to get work done just for the sake of business (can't say the same for all dental clinics). He also made sure to walk me through the steps of what he was doing during the procedure and prepared me for any discomfort that I would feel. The procedure went well, I am satisfied and will definitely be returning here for my dental needs!

I have been in pain for 6 weeks that I was not experiencing before my last dental visit. I have contacted this office multiple times to request to see the dentist or hear back from the dentist and they are of no help. They only want to book me for an extraction despite the fact that I keep telling them that something happened at the last visit that is likely causing my pain. Long story short, a dental assistant there thought she knew better than the dentist and took out his work and did some of her own. I need to speak to the dentist but have been told it’s doubtful I will hear back from him because dentists, “ have a lot of patients” and don’t have time. I’m at my wits end it’s 3 a.m and I can’t sleep due to pain.

I can’t say enough about this place!!! Every single person that assisted me went above and beyond to makes me feel welcome. I have never experienced service this thorough and genuine in so long. I was greeted with a smile by Ms. Claudia at the front who was just so personable. I was treated by Dr. Sidhu for my procedure. Her ability to explain things in such a familiar way really helped ease my anxiety. She was so patient with me and always takes the time to laugh and remain personable throughout treatment. I felt so privileged to have had the WONDERFUL Emani assisting during my procedure as well. Emani is the most thorough dental assistant I’ve ever seen. Her attention to detail, her kindness and temperament, and just her overall approach to her work were all astounding to be on the receiving end of. Even with a mask on, I could feel the warmth in her smile. She even thought ahead to do an impression of my tooth before beginning work on it. Just an extra thing some may not speak up and mention if the dentist didn’t. I ended my visit being checked out by Ilyana, who also got me out super quick with a smile. So blessed to have found this place. Livermore Smiles - have a client for life !
