Tasty food and good size portion. Fast and prompt delivery and friendly staff.

Food quality was average, hot dog was nice but the chips were lukewarm and a bit soggy. The order took one hour and thirty five minutes to arrive. I doubt I'll be ordering again.

Made a mistake of not checking recent reviews. Ordered in person near closing time . The guy had over charged us and looked to be kind enough to bring the food outside to the car (with a half closed shutter. ) He handed us the food and ran back inside and closed the shutter. When we got home (2 mins away) the chicken was burnt . Chips were like 2 days old (both reheated ) And the burgers were hard... places like these should close down if they cannot provide half decent food. This is daylight robbery!

Jungle grill WAS my favourite place to ring, I ordered meals tonight, I called to ask for no ketchup on the hot dog as my son is allergic, 32 time I called and the phone rang out. The delivery driver came with the meals I explained I had called 32 times as I need the meal plain my sons allergic and he told me he would bring one back for him. He never did return and I had to order a different takeaway for my son that came in 30 mins (1 hour and a hour I waited for jungle grill) I’m disgusted, I will never be ordering from here again

Please take this feedback from a loyal customer (used to be not anymore) . They used to serve one of my fav chickens better than Nando’s, I’ve been their customer for over 1y. Lately, every single order is DISGUSTING! Delivery takes almost 2h, fries are soft, chose peri peri chips it comes totally unsalted, chose peri peri chicken, chicken was plain, bufalo wings were disgusting. Change your chef, you are becoming the worst take away ever, so disappointing

I used to love their burgers and today I ordered a delivery and got halloumi cheese burger without halloumi!! It was cold and dry😐

I'm really not the person to post negative reviews but this place is disgusting. First I noticed they didn't follow the special instructions I put for my burrito, which I wasn't too mad about but it made the entire thing inedible for me (would also like to note that the burrito meat was grey). Then as I was eating my rice I noticed a huge grey fleshy thing in it that wasn't supposed to be there, I still have absolutely no clue what it was but it certainly wasn't food. As soon as I noticed that I stopped eating immediately. Wasted about £15.

Ordered from Uber eats. Got two “platters” that consisted of 3 measly chicken strips and grey rice and the other one watery mash. Food was cold. Chilli cheese fries where as far away from chilli as possible. Unknown meat used and was absolutely disgusting the dogs didn’t even want to eat it. Burgers where nice but that’s about it.
