Lovely fresh burger with excessive chips. It himk the only thing that drops it was it was a fairly small burger and matches that of the smaller type my wife had. All that said it was a lovely burger

Do not go here during the pandemic. Extremely overcrowded, tables too close to each other and they do not clear the tables after use. This place is just asking to be the hotspot for Corona.

What have I just paid £35 for???? The bacon was cremated beyond all recognition. The burger looked like it had been sat on before wrapping, and the chips looked and tasted like they were reheated from yesterday's lunch. I feel totally ripped off

My first five guys experience and I'm still trying to figure out how a simple small hot dog and cheeseburger with no toppings cost £20. Went onto Google to find out why and it's to do with super freshness (so I get it ...). Was originally going to go mcdonalds but figured I'd try this once and probably never again. Clean/Tidy place and friendly staff.

The food was very nice, a little pricey for fast food but you do get a good portion and it is good quality. The staff was nice and polite, it didn't seem like I was a burden to them when asking for things such as sauces and utensils etc.. which can seem the case at other restaurants. I like that the soft drinks are refillable which can save a little money when with the kids. I would say only criticism is that you have to order everything separately burger, chips etc.. as I hadn't been before I did not realise this and it wasn't well pointed out to me.

Went here the other day whilst I was out in town and what can I say! The burgers are freshly cooked and really tasty and the milkshakes are amazing definitely a five-dollar shake! The staff were really helpful and friendly I was served by a lady called Georgia who was happy to help!

Can't complain about the food flavour considering how fast you get it but I don't always think its worth it if you dont get any additional toppings when you think about how much restaurant burgers cost. The fries are the one thing that are definitely worth it, portions are huge and taste amazing! Refillable drinks obviously help but you've got to make sure you get at least 3 refills.

Staff were very helpful and kind allowed for us to get a small tub of Cajun salt on the side as we couldn't decide if we wanted it on our fries or not. Would recommend the bacon cheese dog personally prefer it to the five guys burgers

The service here is quick and the servers were polite and friendly. I had a chocolate milkshake, which I absolutely love the taste of and highly recommend, with it I had a hotdog and fries. The hotdog was really tasty and the fries are nice, you always get extra than the portion which I like.

First time trying five guys today, burgers, chips and shakes were lovely. The best part of our visit was our server Liam, what a credit he is to your company, he was helpful, happy and he has great customer service. We will definitely be back because of the staff and the burgers, thanks Liam, Sarah and Phil x

When you're surrounded by clippings telling you this isn't an ordinary burger place you expect good things. Not disappointed, but go for the small burger unless you're really sure. Love the selection of toppings at no extra charge, the fried onions, mushrooms and jalapeno peppers worked really well. Beer available, very delicious shakes, although not sure about bacon flavour, bottomless soft drinks with a huge selection of flavours. Altogether costs a bit more than your average burger place but it's not your average burger place.

Our first time at "Five Guys" and I was very pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of the food! The burgers and fries and the option of a Bottomless soda where great. The staff, service and attention to the clients by the staff was very welcome and a vast difference from so many other establishments. The only downside I could see was the toilet facilities where upstairs making it difficult for disabled people to easily access them. Overall, this venue is highly recommended 😋 😋.

Wasn't very warm, they had no five guys mayo in the pump and when asked to put new stuff in they just handed me a few sachets which wasn't alot. The atmosphere wasn't great, alot people standing next to my table waiting on food.

We went around 22.30 after a busy Saturday and Cristina and all the staff working were so nice with us! The food was so good but the staff was better! Thank you very very much you made our night out even better! :)

Wow, nearly didn't go in as it was packed. But it was the calmest busy place I've ever been in. Food was quick, fresh and hot. Great team of staff to be able to manage the rush so well. Only criticism is that one of the drink dispensers needed refilling. Great work, keep it up!

Food is divine and the staff pleasant but the whole experience was a little chaotic. I've been 3 times. Once with my bf, another time all together and the third and last time, myself and teens. For the money you pay, the receiving of your order and seating available needs more fluidity.

Customise your own beef burger with free toppings. The beef patty was juicy and not overcooked. The fries were crunchy (twice cooked in peanut oil) and a small portion was plenty. A bit on the expensive side, but it tasted so much better than the regular fast food burger places.

Burgers are mediocre, the meat has no spices at all, overall it could be better. The fries are the one of the best I've had. We ordered five burgers and one burger was forgotten while we were ordering, so we ordered again.

While the food doesn't look amazing, it tastes great, there's enough that you feel full, the price is a little steep but that's five guys. Got my order slightly wrong but friendly and prompt.

Not bad, but definitely overrated. Been here countless times, as well as other Five Guys locations. They’re all relatively consistent with good quality ingredients, fast service and pretty decent and helpful staff, this one being no exception. Good size restaurant with plenty of seating, especially upstairs. As for the food itself, tastes amazing the first few times but then after that you see past it and realise you’re paying like £30 for 2 burgers, 2 drinks and 1 large fries, as good as they are it’s still fast food and hardly a proper restaurant experience. I will say the burgers are always cooked and assembled perfectly. The fries portions are always very generous, 1 large would be enough for 3 people. Drinks machine is good, a million different flavour combinations to try when they’re all working, free refills too of course. Overall it’s worth going if you’ve never been but not completely worth the price.

The food was really good. Portions are really big - the "regular" burgers have 2 large patties and the "little" burgers get 1 large patty (it's not small like a McDonald's cheeseburger patty) - all salad toppings are free. The chips get packed into a cup, plus an extra scoop at the bottom of the bag I love how even though it's a big chain it's still run like a small independent burger shop. The menu is kept really simple & basic. Classic diner interior, burgers are just wrapped in foil with no branding - adds a bit to the experience The only possible downside is it is quite expensive considering it's fast food (no plates, you order at a till & collect your own food). 2 regular burgers, 1 large fries shared, and 2 refillable drinks was nearly £30 Overall I would say it's definitely worth a try, and nice as a treat. The food was good, but wouldn't say it is amazing value. Still 5 star

Went in late evening for dinner - was served by incredibly friendly staff with a quick waiting time. Great location and a great place for dining. Great choice of food for an affordable price - definitely would recommend.

Visited for the 1st time sunday before 8pm.....omg will not be going again......could not use the toilet i asked a member of staff could they open them and i was refused said i needed my recipet for a code my friend was in the queu with the receipt by the time i got back to them the order was done. no organisation in there i kept getting pushed passed and im disabled.....then the burger was dry it tasted awful the chips were ok and some of the staffs atritudes were appauling. I asked for onions and sauce and nothing but the burger was on the bun....and i was taking it out and no way was i going back in wudnt even give this place a 1 star.i weas disappointed as i know people who go and enjoy it

Very pleasant staff. We were advised a large chip would feed 4 people so as a trio we ordered one along with our burgers. Very long wait for our food, nothing was very hot when we eventually got it and then had to order more chips as the portion only fed one! Lovely milkshakes. Very overpriced for what you get.

Nice food. They missed the toppings off my order. When I went to tell them, they apologised and made me a fresh burger, whilst keeping the original which is great service. You get unlimited drink refills and soft drinks. Be warned, you get a lot of extra chips. They scoop a load of bag chips for you on top of your size order, i.e. a regular order with the extras is enough for 2 people.

Usual 5 guys burger experience - like another well known chain you know exactly what you're going to get when you go there. Admittedly we only had milkshakes and water as it was too hot outside to eat. The milkshakes were really good and I loved the bits at the bottom which didn't get blended.

The burger was tasty and I also ordered some fries on the side and a drink, it was tasty but I think it was very pricey for being a fast food chain. I payed around 17£ pounds. Another thing is that I was hoping to get the peanuts just like America and Canada (you can get free peanuts refill) and for the price they didn't even had that. So I think its was a tasty burger but foe the price and what you get mind aswell go to a nice restaurant with a nice view and vibes for the same money.

Friendly helpful staff, good service. It is quite expensive but having said that the food tastes great and is fresh. Good selection of drinks. Nice atmosphere, clean and tidy. Good location and outdoor seating too. Better than other fast food burger chains in my opinion.
