    Worst experience. No cleanliness, the person who preparing hot and cold drinks was doing the sweeping job while preparing the drink. All the sugar and sauce tables were empty. No token display in the store. I ordered a dine in meal at evening but they served as a take away. Worst toilet.

    Had the worst ever experience here last night around 11:30 pm, spent 85 quid to get called a liar to get food thrown at me by a very rude manager. This McDonald’s used to be so good 5-10 years ago but now the staffs are just there ready to argue with clients although they are the ones that made the mistakes. Will never come back to this place. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!

    I did wait 30 minutes for my food, when I asked they told me the food was ready since a while, saying they shouted many times my name, but I was just in front of them all the time, and I saw when they put that food on the desk, but they never called the order number. I asked to remake it, but the manager refused. On the kitchen there is a chaos of people going around in a very unorganised way, the place was not busy but all the customers where waiting for ages. The place is very bad, all the containers for the sauces, tissues etc are empty, and all the tablets are missing. Worst Mc Donald's I've ever seen, it's a shame for the brand.

    Manager needs to grow up. He was already showing visual signs of dispair and 'cant be bothered attitude', huffing etc before I approached him to confirm the number he had inadequately called out. I asked him if it was my number and he responded without eye contact and just a single nod of the head ! Then when he passed my drink, I reached out to grab it from his hand and instead of passing to my hand he stopped short and put it on the counter. Obviously he didn't ask if I require any sauce or enjoy meal etc. Disclaimer I'm not sure if it was the actual manager but he had a different shirt from rest of staff.

    This is the most interesting McDonald in Liverpool, want to people watch come here, the staff in here are absolutely amazing, don't know how they cope, they're definitely not paid enough, if you like peace and quiet go somewhere else,

    Bought 3 large fries, wasn't even a quarter full after a 20 minute wait and then when calling this lovely establishment, the staff ended the call. How hard is it to fill a box up, there's a reason you work in maccies 🤣

    Ordered on the app and sat for 20 minutes in the drive thru queue before giving up and changing to in-store collection. Even then we waited a further 20 minutes easily until getting our food. You could see the food that had been prepped for orders being piled high behind the till (and I mean piled. There was no care for food quality). Took a manager to use her initiative and come over and start bagging up orders; the staff on were doing things slowly, one by one. Chips weren't seasoned enough and the wrap was missing veg. I wasn't given the Chipotle dip I ordered either. Don't know why people go to this mcds. Unfortunately I was passing through after getting off the ferry so didn't know any better. Avoid. There's one on down the road that we wish we'd gone to.

    The worst MC Donald's I have ever visited. Ordered for delivery, arrived after 40/50 minutes. When he arrived, the driver put the food on the floor (on the street) and everything was crumpled, torn bags, I didn't have most of the products that were part of my order and everything was cold and looking terrible. I took everything and went to the store. I had to pay everything again and now wait for the uber eats refund. After ordering at the store again, another eternity waiting, a lot of food already ready to be put in bags for customers, but of the two people who were packing the food, only one worked, the other scratched her nose, messed with her hair , in the face, the other was fiddling with the phone (all completely disgusting for a place where they work directly with their hands in the food). When they finally give me my order (after 30 minutes) there were still items missing. Conclusion I will never order or eat at this place again

    RELIGIOUS DISCRIMINATION. I ordered 1 Big Tasty, 1Mayo Chicken, 1 small Fries. But they sent me wrong items: 2 cheeseburger, 1 Fries, 1 The caesaread BACON CHICKEN one! I'm Muslim religion and don't eat bacon. Unfortunately, I thought Chicken mayo wrap is only chicken and had mistakly eat some peace. Then I realised its bacon. I'v washed my mouth many times. It's great insult to my belief. Who doesn't eat bacon just be careful..

    One of the worst Mc Donald’s I’ve been to. We came for breakfast, specifically for pancakes. They didn’t give us the utensils, syrup and butter with our food. When I went to ask for them, they told me they don’t give butter there! Ridiculous! The pancakes were rubbery and a pain to eat. When I requested for water, they told me the machine could not dispense any which I find to be ridiculous. The saving grace were the hashbrowns.

    Very poor, ordered meal for family at 17.15pm waited 20 mins. Had to ask where food was, turned out it had been sat in a bag by the drive through window for 10-15 mins. Food was cold, asked them for fresh order again. Total kaos behind counter. That's our last visit to that branch of McDonald's.

    I ordered a breakfast roll meal. Advised staff I have an allergy to cheese, so I would like it without cheese. The order on the screen was correct. When I received the order, I checked for the sticker on top to say 'no cheese', and it was there. When I came to eat it there was cheese on it. It's really disappointing as it's something so simple.

    I honestly find it difficult to grasp how people can be THIS incompetent. If you order from here and actually receive the items you asked for then you have experienced a true miracle. Let's be honest we all know that the staff don't care about providing any sort of customer service but even with that in mind this is still beyond ridiculous. I truly believe that my decrepit Nan could manage better on her own if she was thrown in a kitchen and asked to get these orders out.

    This has been my local maccies for years. The only negative is that service can sometimes be slow, but they can't help having as many orders as they do. Staff have not only failed to ever cause me a problem, but are always friendly and I've had a few stand out experiences over the years of unnecessary kindness. Overall, it's my favourite McDonald's.

    despicable place. went here today at 3:30pm and was served by two lady’s a white ,scouse,blonde haired individual to begin my cousin went up to her and asked where are order was as i kid you not i was waiting for a minimum of 35 MINUTES!!!! she pretended to do something with the paper did absolutely nothing then later on i asked the other : scouse ,white, brown haired individual and she decided with her smart brain to give me the wrong drink and i left and began drinking it and instantly realised that THIS WAS NOT MY DRINK !!!!!! so furiously i went back and told the feeble minded incompetent worker that this was the wrong order and she said “Av JUsT mAdE iT” . horrendous workers

    my second job is UberEats, this place was by far the worst pickup I ever made. I waited over 35 minutes for my order, then they told me they couldn't find it and I had to cancel. I was not the only driver, in this position, there were many Uber/Justeat employees who were also having the same unnaceptable service. Also, customers were very impatient with the time spent waiting. The staff were useless, could not even explain if the orders were due or not. Even the "managers" could not give clear answers. Also the place was extremely crowded with people waiting (again due to poor service), very noisy, and was not clean. Compare this with other McDonald's around Liverpool, I never have issues in any of them. A very uncomfortable, frustrating, time-wasting and unpleasant experience, I will cancel all future pickups from this place. Should be zero stars AVOID

    This was a poor experience. From a drunk man pestering cars in the drive through to the burnt 'crispy chicken burger'. Guess it lived up to it's name on this occasion. Told staff about the drunk man but during my lovely 10 minute wait in the drive through, nothing was done.

    Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered two meals and a nuggets sharebox. Received the nuggets and one meal, with chips and drinks for other meal, but no burger … how can you pack the side and drink but not the actual main component of the meal? Honestly the worst McDonald’s ever. Have had nothing but issues when ordering from here. Constantly missing items and can’t get in touch with them to complain. Phone line constantly says user busy, probably everyone else trying to complain. One time received the complete wrong order (two meals when I needed three) took the order back to them and they essentially refused to sort the issue as I “needed to sort it with just eat”. Eventually managed to get a manager to prepare the order for me, but everyone else was completely useless. Have just had to sit on the phone to Uber eats for 20 minutes to get a refund for the burger I’m missing. Didn’t enjoy my cold chips and still a burger down. So much for an easy Sunday tea. Completely fed up. Would much prefer this McDonalds to shut down so I can have a KFC up the road instead. Don’t waste your time.

    By far the most generous McDonald's....our mcflurry was full of chocolate pieces and milkshakes tasted better than other McDonald's I've been to. The tartare sauce in the fish fillet was also very generous!

    Could be more specific of the opening hours, advertising as 24hours and not open during night is just boggers.Had ordered food through the McDonald's app and said it's ready to collect,went there to seek disappoint,the staff asked not to collect my food as it's closed,on a 24 hour maccies.

    On 09/08/2023 at evening 7.30 pm, i saw that the lady at the counter (service) seems to be the team lead using very impolite and harsh words to the customer who asked to pass his drink which was already set at the shelf. Please do not allow the people to serve at the counter who is impolite towards customers.

But there was a meal missing so went back to the serving till to make this known but the other lady serving has a very stinking and horrible attitude, that my children actually noticed this too and commented to me.     This is the only McDonald’s in my delivery range and no matter when I order I have never once received any of the dips, even when they are paid for separately on top of food. This is ridiculous and needs to be sorted out. They also never give any straws for drinks ordered, which means a lot of the time I’m left with no way to drink them. This store clearly needs to address all of the clear issues with delivery orders as it happens literally every single time without fail.

    I ordered a bigmac without onions, pickles and lettuce and other items in the drive through. When I got to the window, I had to repeat the order because the system had crashed. I complied. Got to next window and some young girl caked in make up gives me the wrong order. When I advised of this, she gave me attitude but gave me my "correct" order. I parked by the charity shop to check the big mac above. When I opened the box there was very little sauce on it, the patties were as old as my nana and it had pickles on it so I decided to go in. The lady that bothered to talk to me was more bothered about sorting about an uber delivery than anything else but anyway I repeated my order. Another girl came back with my "burger". This time there was no sauce on it so I sent it back again and once again repeated what I wanted. This time a curly headed brat in a light shirt, I'm guessing some sort of supervisor decides to argue with me from the kitchen that the first burger was right and just point blank felt entitled to dispute my order in front of a.packed restaurant! Seriously how dare you?!! Don't you know the first rule of customer service or do I have to tell you that too like I told you what goes in a big mac?!! The customer is ALWAYS RIGHT!!!! I ended up being handed a burger by another entitled brat this time a girl probably not even in her 20's, giving me attitude and asking "is this good enough for you?!"" Needless to say that burger ended up in the bin as god knows what they've done to it! Give appropriate training to your staff and monitor it anonymously and regularly if you care for your customers and not just their money! I understand why mcdonald's Kensington was voted one of the worst mcdonald's in Liverpool by the echo and I fully support that! It's a disgrace for the mcdonald's brand and it should be close permanently! It's burgers, not rocket science!

    Only 20 minutes early because they decided to give the just eat driver the wrong order!! Ordered a happy meal with chicken nuggets as my daughter is allergic to the burgers! 2 brownies and a frozen strawberry lemonade to then receive a cheese burger happy meal with a extra cheese burger and a coke! No brownies no frozen strawberry lemonade, to then phone the store for the lady on the phone to tell me to contact just eat as they can't do anything because they don't have delivery drivers from the store! No apology to the fact they sent the wrong order and didn't even acknowledge the fact my daughter was allergic to the burgers they had sent!! This store do not care about their customers.

    Slot of McDonald’s as of this one, very lazy and sloppy, burgers get given like a 5 year old has threw it together, having to put it back together just so I can eat it, then on top of that, the food just doesn’t taste good at all, not sure if it’s somewhere in the food chain and multiple store are getting the same, or if it’s just pure lazy, I’ve done fast food!     To be honest, my expectations wasn't met. McDonald's is one many fast food chain not present in Nigeria. So moving to the UK and discovering there's one close to my house was thrilling. However, trying out some of their combo wasn't all that good to me. In another light, maybe I got my combo wrong. I'll still give it another shot though.

    Had placed a order dine in and saw somebody else collecting infront of me. Staff on counter did not check the receipt of the person who collected my order.     It ok , but it needs updating base on service and also it needs more security for public and employers it too open and not enough secure for example bay 1 and 2 it to close to the drive thur that when a van or a 4x4 enters they find it hard to leave or even park in the bay. Alot of people hanging around the door leaving no space to enter. Also when ordering delivery they seem not give you right order and even if you ask for dips in these orders it never granted. Mc need keep on top of employers need a manager to shadow them to see they doing it right and check again. It just unfair on customer as they can't return or even get help from just eat or Uber for refund. As summer enter us I wish there was enough windows for them who just want Mc furry and cold drinks...😁
