I like small independent business so it's definitely not the place for that. But good chains and very useful to have.

Only getting a 3 star due to McD otherwise would be lower.. the JD has less on offer than the city centre shop. Car parking spaces are too small for big cars.

Nice little retail shops, ample car park and good bus link. Open late as a added bonus.

A straight forward shopping centre. Plenty of car spaces with the usual franchise food outlets along with a cinema. It has few places to sit and I find it a boring place to shop. The environment is very sparse and I generally do not stay very long. I shop quickly and leave as soon as possible.

If you like shopping followed by something to eat and a visit to the movies, then this is the place for you. Lots of choice and free parking too. What's not to like? Go there!

Fantastic amount of stores. Huge variety. But getting to where you want to go if going for first time is a nightmare. No road marking or signs and having to change lanes at last minute is very dangerous

Good place, one of the bigger B&Qs in the area. I prefer to go to this one rather then the one on Edge Lane as I find this location has better selection of stock, mainly because it is a bigger store.

The underfloor heating is amazing and the clearance is unbelievable. I bought it for my extension room in the back garden. This was two weeks ago. I’m waiting for the winter to tryout and give you my opinion. Honestly, I tried it in my friends house and it was incredible. I hope it works out and gives us the warm feeling that we felt that day.

Nice, Well lit up area at night. Very well maintained too.

Good selection of shops like any shopping centre and a large car park. Has an imax cinema and a few restaurants. Can get busy at peak times. The cinema and restaurants are relatively recent additions. It's not an indoor shopping centre but like an estate with many shops.

Unfortunately I such a bad experience with the staff from McDonald's from Speke. The staff was very rude, shouting at me threatening me with the police just because I have asked to speak to their manager and explaining the situation, I had the mask on I have respected the legal guidelines and literally I have been harrased. I have spoken to the manager but instead she was very disrespectful. Delivery drivers was canceling their orders for the bad treatment that was on them. If you believe you ever have any issues with this place please do try to email on MC'DONALDS WEBSITE and let them know what your personal concerns about the staff. Taking in consideration that they didn't respect the rules and procedures required by their Directors in order to provide a professional customer service to the client and other employees that works in collaboration with MCDONALD'S SUCH AS UBER EATS,STUART and JUST EAT. AT THE END IF THE DAY WE WANT FOOD FOR OUR FAMILIES AND IF WE DO PAY THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF MONEY WE ALSO WANT BACK THE PERFORMANCE AND RESPECT REQUIRED BY THE CLIENTS. REGARDS E.P

Could be better unfortunately all our major stores have now left and gone into administration So now what happens to empty stores, Even M&S food hall is gone (is this because foot fall has dropped)yet they have built very big food hall at Aintree retail park.

  • 4/5 Lauretta L. 2 years ago on Google
Place to go if you want carpet lol. Selection of shops is OK but seem to all sell similar items. Cineworld and food places liven up the area which make it better.

Brilliant store, absolutely huge and has everything, staff are great, never Had a problem when I've had Question and they are very helpful. The only downside is parking, make sure your in space properly without touching white lines as the ugly minded gestapo will ruin your day shopping for the slightest infringement.... Horrible people with an ugly job. Same everywhere now... We need a rebellion 😏

  • 4/5 sasa w. 2 years ago on Google
Decent place. Found what I needed easily as everything was signposted. Getting into the store is easy getting out was a bit of a challenge with the one way system. I escaped eventually.

Some things you'd expect are not available but they do have a pretty good line of stock especially in the plumbing and kitchen cabinets, doors and draw fronts. Worth having a look if your in need of something for a project.

Decent sized retail park with shops for everyone. I picked up some new shoes, a new phone charging cable, a coffee and some new towels. Great to pick up various things from one location. Lots of car parking spaces and ideal for a visit by public transport too. I will have to try out the cinema on my next visit.

  • 4/5 Jay G. 2 years ago on Google
Quite good, plenty of parking, lots of well known shops and probably something for everyone. Only toilets are in mcdonalds. No public conveniences anywhere else that I could see.

  • 5/5 John W. 2 years ago on Google
Be careful parking here, in my opinion it's simply revenue generation. You're better shopping elsewhere based on that.

  • 5/5 Karl J. 2 years ago on Google

Brilliant, there's retail stores that we all know, B&Q, boots, Argos, sportsdirect aswell as huge toy shops, sofa places and the likes of curry's l, pets at home! Theres loads of parking and around 6/7 restaurants including wagamama, nandos, TGI Fridays, a McDonald's and a really cool cinema! Great place for some afternoon shopping or to catch a film

  • 4/5 Catherine N. 2 years ago on Google
Nice little retail park. Plenty to do for a day and night out

  • 4/5 DWAYNE D. 2 years ago on Google
Only ever go to wagamamas. Seems like a lot about on there though. Plenty of shops and units.

  • 3/5 Michael D. 2 years ago on Google
Very quiet today, always seem to lose my way getting out, more signpost required.

  • 4/5 Tim N. 2 years ago on Google
Quite a decent selection of chain restaurants. Cinema as well. I mainly go here for B&Q. Loads of various shops (clothing, furniture, grocery, etc.) It's a strip mall. I'm not a massive fan of them, personally. But, for the selection and variety of places to shop, it's perfect for people looking for one-stop-shopping centre.

  • 5/5 Kelvin H. 2 years ago on Google
A lot of good stores and great parking. Considering this is a shopping park it's very clean you never seen any rubbish on the floor it's well kept. Entertainments, restaurants, building stores, pet stores and others. It has everything

  • 4/5 Jamie S. 2 years ago on Google
Cinema, Restaurants, Fast Food and a wide variety of shops (Sports, Shoes, Clothing/Fashion/Toys/Furniture/Food/DIY to name just a few genres). Currently (2022) there is major development underway to increase the Leisure side of the Shopping Centre. Free Parking and well maintained. 3 ATM machines in a central location.

  • 5/5 SylTee 2 years ago on Google
Very busy shopping centre. Parking was excellent. Parking bays are not too bad size wise. If you are the lazy type or you have some one with special needs or disability needs, you don't have to worry. As you will be able to move your car from one point to the other. My first parking was at sport direct. I didn't want to work the distance. So I drove to Currys and park again. Just less than A minute walk in to currys. When I finished I drove back again right In front of Nandos order some food and finally jet home. I was able to do a lot in one shopping centre.

  • 3/5 scon e. 2 years ago on Google
It's a massive warehouse type shop but they don't actually stock a lot of products which is quite disappointing considering the size of the place , nice and clean though and ample parking

  • 5/5 Rozzy M. 2 years ago on Google
Love it everything you could need and clean great parking plus wheelchair friendly for me

  • 3/5 Nick C. 2 years ago on Google
Visiting for food at Wagamamas (which is fabulous). Retail park has lost many of the shops so could do with building back up again. Wouldn't just go here for the shopping at present.

  • 1/5 A w. 1 year ago on Google
The older man in the paint section has not a clue, very slow, not helpful and very rude, we went the day before and the young new lad was Brilliant, so helpful credit to the Company. Spoke to the manager he did say sorry. Which was good but we will be using a different store from now on

  • 2/5 Sarah B. 1 year ago on Google
Be aware if you visit here, despite saying free parking on the website, it's actually a maximum stay of 4 hours so if you planning a meal and film may end up with a fine as by the time you ordered and waited for food (especially at busy periods),watched the trailers then a film 4 hours goes quickly

  • 5/5 S 1 year ago on Google
Generally get what you need from here.. not a builders merchants and do sell DIY friendly materials etc. But on the whole B&Q is ok. If you are a tradesman or should I say in this day and age Tradesperson .... Not really for the Trade. They advertise it for the Trade but it's no... Trade materials are so much cheaper and I mean a lot cheaper and better quality but you need to be buying all the time and in bulk to get these prices. For instance one length of 5inch skirting board from here is the same as price 4 lengths at 4.2m from a real trade centre, and saying that here they only do 3.6m length max. Generally a good store.. just do t be afraid to got to a trade counter like a builders merchants, you will not get the same discount as a trade person but will get more for your money.

  • 4/5 Steven S. 1 year ago on Google
Great shops but the parking and system to exit is not so good but what do you expect its Britain with its car spaces like tinned sardines.

  • 5/5 Karl E. 1 year ago on Google
Lots of shops to keep the avid shopper happy and a place to eat with cinema thrown in enough to keep most people happy 😊

  • 4/5 P H. 1 year ago on Google
Stock levels quite good at the moment, I could spend all day here walking around.

  • 5/5 denise o. 1 year ago on Google
Great range of stores. I came specifically to visit boots as they have a greater range of products than my usual local smaller boots. Well worth a visit. Lots of great stores and a cinema on the shopping park. Plenty of parking spaces the times I have been here.

  • 4/5 Janice 1 year ago on Google
A few shops furniture, pets, Halford, food, argos DIY, cinema clothes, restaurants and Boots but if you spend good money in boots it's a big store but avoid the lancome stand because they now remove all the cellophane packaging from the makeup and perfume and store in a big drawer all thrown in together in a massive jumble, hence they couldn't find my favourite perfume it was in such a mess. I mean who would do that and what manager would allow that? Surely that is not legal. Hence I have took my custom elsewhere to recieve goods that have not been tampered with before I buy that are sealed and intact.

  • 4/5 Jamie H. 1 year ago on Google
Go on, go to Sports Direct and get yourself that pair of Slazenger webs you've been promising yourself. Afterwards, why not treat yourself to a small fries and strawberry milkshake from Maccies. Quite simply, I have to say that New Mersey Shopping Park has shops.

  • 5/5 Doris H. 1 year ago on Google
Nice shopping centre but very busy parking.

  • 5/5 Matt Driving Instructor P. 1 year ago on Google
Convenient place to go to shop with plenty of parking. Now with more restaurants, Yo! and Pizza Express added recently and new leasure activities such as Ninja Warriors and Hollywood Bowl, as well as the CineWorld, there's something for everyone.

  • 3/5 J D. 1 year ago on Google
Ok, you have to be careful to park within the white lines as they have a Private Parking company patrolling site ticketing you. No Public Toilet facilities, unless you go to say B&Q who's toilets are filthy. Site is ok, with the usual outlets but nothing exciting.

  • 4/5 Marie-Claire M. 1 year ago on Google
Sufficient parking but the shopping centre is quite frankly boring. A parade of the usual shops, no real Xmas feel despite this being December. No real incentive to spend money. All a bit dowdy.

  • 5/5 Alan G. 1 year ago on Google
Pretty big retail park in Speke. Has most shops that you would go to and a fair few restraints that you can sit down in. Has DIY shops, clothes shops and restaurants. You can find yourself spending a few hours on this retail park.

  • 5/5 Gareth B. 1 year ago on Google
Decent shopping and entertainment facility, although when using the car park, ensure you've met all the conditions for free parking.

  • 5/5 Kerry C. 1 year ago on Google
This place is great love the new addition hear of ninja warrior can't wait check it out. A restaurant for everyone and a huge cinema what more could u ask for only thing missing which would be great is a old fashion sweet shop or something along them lines.

  • 4/5 Willo_ 1. 1 year ago on Google
Good range of shops here like B&Q, Argos, Boots, JD, H&M and Next to name but a few. The carpark is always quite full so if you don't mind parking further afield from the shop you want and walking around the shops there it's fine.

  • 5/5 Violet 1 year ago on Google
Lots of shops and restaurants here, you have got boots, superdrugs, nandos, bowling everything for everyone, worth a visit

  • 4/5 Richard L. 1 year ago on Google
OK. Good range of shops to visit very busy at the time we went so we struggled to find a Disabled Parking bay near the shop we wanted, but was all right reasonably quickly.

  • 5/5 Nicola M. 11 months ago on Google
Even when it's busy you can always find a parking space. As well as the shops, there's now a great stretch of leisure facilities: cinema, bowling, ninja warrior and lots of restaurants.

  • 2/5 Pablo S. 1 year ago on Google
For tools you'll be better with Amazon. For materials is ok but can be pricey. For garden bits it's ok For kitchen and bathroom look elsewhere. Just my opinion others will see different.

  • 5/5 Suzie H. 11 months ago on Google
Handy place for shopping, food and entertainment. The only downside is even though parking is free it can be a nightmare to find a space near to the restaurants or cinema.

  • 5/5 Rishi V. 11 months ago on Google

  • 5/5 R 7. 10 months ago on Google
Huge retail park. Plenty of parking and a lot of different shops. Plenty of restaurants, even a cinema and a bowling alley. One of the best retails parks I’ve ever been to

  • 2/5 Michael 10 months ago on Google
Ordered on the click and collect, supposed to be ready within the hour, would only ever use B&Q if everywhere else were out of stock, Screwfix, Toolstation, and even Wicks are far better at the click and collect experience. Or maybe they just have better staff.

  • 5/5 Pamela B. 11 months ago on Google
Everything you could ever want for DIY and gardening and lighting and decorating home all under one roof, laid out extremely well and aisles are numbered but if you need help staff always around to help, and on line ordering and collect in store or delivery, it's great!

  • 1/5 P D. 8 months ago on Google
Your now limited to 4 hrs parking, which is very easy to use up going to the cinema and using one of the many restaurants. Fortunately haven't yet fallen foul of it as far as I know, also I doubt the penalty charges are even legal as the conditions are impossible to read due to small print.

  • 5/5 Keith R. 9 months ago on Google

  • 4/5 Alan G. 8 months ago on Google
Good selection of shops. Lots of fast food outlets. Always busy. Take care in the car park, as many drivers think they are in a Grand Prix. Some massive potholes as you leave the Eastern exit, so watch your car's suspension!

We enjoy shopping at B&Q .. most of the staff are really helpful, especially a young man called Dan, who goes that extra 3 miles to help. He's a great salesman, too. If you are buying something that's expensive, it's great to have a knowledgeable person explaining things and advising you on the product. This is what Dan is like. But there are other knowledgeable personnel who do the same in this B&Q. Good shop

Good retail park specially to take kids as they have the bowling alley with arcade the cinema and ninja warrior place. Car park is one of those like edge lane and Warrington have where it's been made awful and confusing but it is pretty big

  • 4/5 Kev D. 5 months ago on Google
Standard retail park with a decent range of businesses on site. Always able to see staff walking around cleaning and looking after the place which is good. The only real letdown here is the maze of a car park. It was alright years back but with the changes around the cinema area its all a bit messy. One way bits that people are getting confused over and no entry signs that people simply dodge. Needs some rearrangements.

  • 5/5 Janet H. 3 months ago on Google New
Plenty of parking space and disabled parking. Plenty of shops . All wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately I went 2 days before Christmas eve so was extremely busy. Queues for parking spaces and Queues to leave the retail park.
