Space is deffo our to go place for full English. We've been going since they opened and it's just always amazing treat in the morning. Yesterday we tried the dinner menu as well. Everything was amazing! Honestly all the food was great and the steaks were unreal. We love this place even more now we tried the dinner menu and it didn't disappoint us at all. What we enjoyed the most was the superfriendly staff! Especially Anna who is our long time favourite but even the two other blonde girls were really really nice and made our evening very special. I will recommend space to everyone I know and we will be back again and again. ❤️❤️ Thank you so much guys.

Unfortunately really poor, eggs were really undercooked, even when asked for them to be cooked both sides, toast was bread with barely any butter, spinach was raw yet oily, hash brown really bad, service was slow and sat on a table that violated covid guidelines (sub 1m, had to ask to move as the other table kept coughing). Spoke to manager/owner and although we were offered free drinks as compensation, he said "I can't guarantee good food and good service when it's busy", what can you guarantee then? The lights are turned on?

What a charming cafe/restaurant which has been converted from an old corner bank. Nice decor, nice friendly staff. I felt at ease with the ambience of this establishment. The coffee was excellent and the bacon and egg toasty was exceptional. Highly recommended and compliments to Umut and his staff.

This place is amazing, probably best breakfast in Liverpool and the dinners are great aswell. Staff are lovley and have amazing customer service. Management is great, we hosted an event on a Monday evening and they where so accommodating it's great. Great from top to bottom

Gorgeous decor and amazing loaded hot chocolates/ milkshakes for a fiver! The cakes also looked really nice but the hot chocolate was filling enough. Staff are really nice and had a little chat with us which is always appreciated. If you're coming by car probably expect to park a little way out and walk over, because the roads are mayhem behind Space.

Having a lovely breakfast this morning in Pippins Corner in Lark lane has prompted me to leave this review about Space Bar and Grill. I drove 30 minutes to pick up my order. When i got home i was missing my full breakfast, i called back and was advised the breakfast would be dropped off at my home, while i appreciated this the breakfast then took over an hour to arrive and was cold so it went in the bin.

Coffee is nice but the starters are a rip off How is a pita and a little bit of humus worth £5.50!?

A lovely little cafe set in an old bank. The staff are really friendly and the food was good! I will be calling again when next in the area.

Friendly staff. Tasty food & free parking. Dog friendly too. I’ve had breakfast here several times & never failed to have disappointed.

First time visiting as we were in the area. Not hugely busy. Lovely environment. However what I got was not what I ordered...a cheese, ham and mushroom omelette became a bacon, sausage and mushroom environment with very little flavour. Pleasant enough but definitely not what I ordered but it was what my friend ordered...they seemed to just duplicate it. Didn't get our water until we asked for it and it took some doing to get the attention of a member of staff. Meals took quite a long time to arrive too and the salad garnish was tired and wilted. Essentially it was OK. Over £16 for 2 omelettes, a pot of tea and a glass of water. It was OK, don't feel compelled to visit again though and I don't feel the staff were particularly welcoming.

Came for coffee and cake; the coffee was fine but 50p for oat milk is pushing it. The vegan cake was so unbelievably dry. No prices for cake were displayed anywhere so £5 was a nasty surprise. £8 for a disappointing cake and coffee means I will not be back.

Gold standard breakfast in here this morning. A stand-out in terms of taste and presentation. Been coming Space for about 2.5 years, back when they had that little room in the main dining area and stools at the windows. Always well worth a look into Space in south Liverpool in my opinion. Seems to have a vibe all of its own.

Very slow service, finished my coffee before order came, pancakes and strawberries...3 tasty pancakes with 2 yes 2 strawberries just enough for 1 pancake and only enough syrup for 2 and no coffee to wash it down with, very disappointed to say the least especially as the lady I mentioned the severe lack of strawberries to didn't have a clue what I meant, will not go again or recommend

Worst ever Eggs Benedict! eggs were hard & dry, was cold, muffins hard... & delivery driver didnt even speak. Would never order from this place again. (If u want good eggs benedict order from the little owl cafe L15) i usualy order from little owl cafe but they were closed today.

The atmosphere is nice and comfy, staff is very pleasant. And the food is really delicious. Dishes are well balanced with custom made sauces, which we didn't expect. We really enjoyed the experience and the food. Well worth the money. Definitely recommend 👌

Very good vegan breakfast. 👌 Had a problem with my card repeatedly declining so I paid cash, but half an hour later my card app notified me that payment had gone through (problem with my provider NOT cafe). When I returned to the cafe the staff were really helpful, happy to refund my cash when I showed the app to them 👍 I'll be back to try the coffee soon

Had no idea this place was not just a coffee shop! The evening menu was great, a mixture of Mediterranean favourites, including Italian and morrocan, served with style. Comfortable seating, well spaced tables, friendly and helpful service, stylish crockery and glassware, comprehensive menu, with vegan and vegetarian options, and the cooking did not disappoint, but lived up to it's promise! And the prices are very reasonable too. Have already booked my next visit, there's live music 🎵🎶 on Friday, jazz guitar I'm told.

We went for breakfast, with my brother who is celiac. We raised this with who I believe to be a manager and he immediately said that there is no glutent free menu, however he was well knowledgeable about the allergens and advised what items on the menu were good for my brother's dietary requirements. The food was great and the service was outstanding. Not a place to go to take business calls for sure. The atmosphere is lively, even in the day. Definitely reccomended this place.

This place is the gem in L17’s crown. Everything is fab here and Ummit and his team are exceptional with their customer experience. The food is delicious. The neighbourhood is blessed to have this place.

I went for lunch with my mum. We have never visited the space cafe and grill before. The food and the staff are lovely my mum had a falafel panini and I had a ham and cheese panini. I come from Bolton and my mum lives in wigan. We was in the area to watch tennis at the cricket club. Unfortunately we was unable to get anything to eat there and the stewards at the venue recommended space cafe. It was a very good experience and we will definitely be going back again next year.

Amazing cafe with superb food. And they allow dogs inside! Loved the scrambled eggs, mocha and hot chocolate. Eggs were fluffy and creamy, toast and coffee were top notch. Definitely recommend.

We asked for baby Chorizo with honey, which I can tell that was made with sugar as it got caramelized, so not honey at all or at least bad quality honey. I also asked for Caesar salad which i don't recommend you at all as the croutons was deep fried instead of baked, so when I took to try it the feeling was... like drinking oil🥺🥺 Very disappointed.

Ordered a cheese n ham toastie to take away. Nearly £6, not cheap! But it was gorgeous, real ham & plenty of it & nice cheese too. Came with small side salad & mayonnaise which I asked for. Some cutlery & napkins would have been good considering I was eating it in the car. But as for the food I couldn't fault it, will happily return.

Lovely place, fantastic layout, not just a cafe, foes evening meals too, friendly and pleasant staff, nice decor, great choice of food and dietary preferences.

Normally great but distinctly average today (on the cusp of being below average). Staff inattentive (had to leave seat to get served not once but twice) and they forgot my drink and then forgot to come to allow me to pay the bill. The haloumi fries were delicious but frankly a rip off £6.50 for six small pieces (2x3cm). Staff in kitchen were noisy too, maybe they could help your front of house rather than mucking around . I hope this was an off day and not a sign of the future. P.S please get some decent hand sanitizer, it's greasy and grim.

Really nice gem of a find in a random trip to Liverpool. Friendly and efficient staff. Good selection of food with some impressive coffee and milkshake choices. Reasonably sized and priced cakes. Lots of seats and toilet. Even a meeting room!? Based in a repurposed bank right on the corner. No specific parking but there's usually somewhere to dump the car in local area.

We went on Christmas day. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We will be definitely be booking for Christmas day next year.

I was in the area and fancied a coffee whilst waiting for my train which was dispensed with haste. Whilst waiting for it I spied the cakes on display and the naughty little voice within said, 'oh go on!'. So I did and am very satisfied at the train station. Only wish I lived closer so that the naughty little voice within can say, 'oh go on!' more often!

Good grief it's fantastic! Well renowned locally and with a growing number of people travelling in from further afield it is well worth a visit, from the delicious breakfast choices to ridiculously brilliant drinks and home made cakes I would thoroughly recommend a visit here.

Went for breakfast and the place was half full, at the most. The breakfast was okay to be fair, but the waiting time was unbelievable. Took at least 25 minutes to get our first coffee . Staff were polite and friendly, but massive wait for everything. Wrote off second coffee and left.

Excellent service and good food! The people who work here are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The portions are generous, and also the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable!

Because of lockdown we had take away teas, cappuccino, cold drink & a Rocky Road slice of cake. Very nice most enjoyable.

We had a bit of a wait to place our order, I think they had forgotten about us as we where seated in the corner, but it was worth it for the wee breakfast. The quality of the food was fantastic. I have tried many restaurants in the city for a breakfast but this was by far the best. Quality, tasty sausage and to die for black pudding. Well worth a visit.......again & again & again🤗

Nice people, nice food if a bit pricey, but whatever you do don't order takeaway. I've done it twice and twice I've been forgotten as I waited outside and then had errors in my orders. And they advertised milkshakes but it came as a cold coffee and they insisted it was right. If you want to take away, go the extra quarter mile and go to the Bread Shop instead.
