I travelled all the way to Liverpool, just for this particular Primark. According to legend this primate has the epic, never before seen, bean jeans. if anyone is interested i have attached an image of said Bean Jeans. I was indeed able to find the bean jeans and ever since my life has been nothing but pure joy, everyday has been ecstatic and I no longer suffer from depression.

Super clean facility, with plenty of staff on the floor to help and keep everything maintained. With 4 floors overall you can easily find the section to meet your needs/wants/requirements. Everything is easily found with everything having large and bold signage at each item/sections. Definitely worth visiting this primark it will meet and exceed all your needs

I absolutely loved it here. The reason why I'm giving it a five star rating is because it has WAYY better stuff than the ones in Ireland. 😭 I bought so many things, I couldn't contain myself. The staff are so helpful and kind.

I'm liking the new (old) range of 'worn wear'. (Summer 23) I'm in my early 50s and these are giving me proper 70s vibes. I think I'll go full on budget mid life crisis and buy a Raleigh Chopper or a Grifter......anyhooooo This place is great. The staff are great. I was in full mode panic looking for a Bra my Wife sent me out for. I wish I'd got her name because this staff member, with no fuss at all, found it with ease and didn't make me feel like the sweaty stressed Dad I actually was. Thank you.

Like the new home department on the ground floor, it looked fresh and was styled well unlike the rest of the shop. Clothes just seem to be just slung on hangers the way the clothes are displayed is unappealing, and also a lot of the dye used on the clothes is very strong smelling and fish like. I've been to the Primark in Birmingham which is much nicer clothes are displayed better and the shop has a nicer atmosphere looks more fashionable and less like a cattlemarket.

Probably everyone knows this store, and you don't need to describe it too much. You will find there great clothes, from the youngest to the older, no matter if you are slim or freaky, you will always find something for the hall

Lovely friendly staff, they were attentive and caring to my sensory needs as a person with ADHD and Autism. Loving all the Disney home stock they’ve got in at the moment too

It was extremely busy and is hard to get to all the children's stuff. A bit annoying having to go up about 6 escalators, so the shopping experience wasn't enjoyable, but wow what a store! If it wasn't so busy it would have been so much pleasant. I can understand with it being a city centre store and primarni, that its always pretty heaving. The store is huge, so many floors. As always the checkout queues where a bit ridiculous but the staff were lovely and apologetic for wait times.

I find literally anything I have on my list each time I visit. Sometimes, even when I don't intend to buy stuff, I find myself buying them. Top notch customer services, too. Kudos

Liverpool is such a vibrant city that I expected more from their store here (I am talking menswear and don’t know about the other sections). The men’s is in the basement and doesn’t have the range of the Manchester store. There is a separate home section that is interesting and good value, and it was good to see a decent range of this in store.

It's fine. It's Primark. Usually they have good winter stuff, cute thick sweaters and robes and PJ's! They aren't that nice anymore, nothing cotton. It's too thin even to wear it in house. The thick fleece trousers are always amazing though.

A Friday morning in November and they had 3 people on the checkouts. 35 minutes in the queue. Absolutely terrible service. I understand hierarchy and roles but when you have members of staff walk over to talk to the people on checkouts and then look at the queue and walk away laughing "you haven't seen us, haha, you haven't seen us OK?" it really does annoy you when stuck in such a ridiculous queue

  • 1/5 Graham C. 9 months ago on Google
GET A SEPARATE QUEUE FOR RETURNS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. Seriously every time I've been in there lately there's "people" with bags of stuff they're returning, and many times without receipts (wonder what is happening there?). Put two and two together here. Yesterday we waited 25 minutes in a queue of maybe ten people due to the fact that this was happening. You're losing customers over this. Stop it! That and the three women who were taking up an entire till while they waited for someone overseas to transfer money to pay. Just void the transaction and serve someone who actually has the cash!!!! This is ridiculous. We wanted to buy two plain white children's t shirts and ended up in there for nearly 40 mins due to this.

Absolutely disgusting. The smell of BO (Body odour) and sweat in the lifts is enough to make you gag. The shop floor is like a sauna. No air conditioning. Lots of foot traffic which makes you duck and dive to get to your section, again - working up a sweat. Add kids to the mix and the value for money your hoping to get just isn't worth it at the end. I would rather spend more if it meant a clean, airconditioned environment with space to walk around without hitting a rack of clothes; mannequin or other people. Yes we want a bargain, BUT WE HAVE STANDARDS! They need to put aircon on; use some of the fragrance they are selling for the shop; put more lifts in and make more room on the shop floor.

Good choice of goods, even just after Christmas. We got lots of sale items. If you want short queue go to the top floor. Barely anyone here.

just your average Primark, was very busy, very stressful trying to look for makeup as there were others trying to do so too,but and extra star for the greggs, great value, had a nice seat to take photos on. ont thing I found strange is that you had to walk through the show section and while eating, you can see people shopping for shoes.

Very nice store for a variety of wears and some household items. You can always find something nice within your budget and the customer service is very good. The only downside is that they do not provide lavatories for their teeming customers.

  • 1/5 Sarah A. 5 months ago on Google
Absolutely disgusting today as a manager on the lower ground floor on the mens floor told us to get out of the lift to use the escalator to the top floor due to someone wanting to get in with a pram on only just getting to the waiting point. I have a drain in my kidney which I cant walk very far. She had a terrible attitude. Not impressed what so ever. We had been waiting in the que like everyone else.

Went in a couple of hours ago to seek a specific item of clothing. I needed assistance finding & identifying it (worn my lanyard to show) and the lady I went to was so kind and very helpful. Help is rare in other shops because autism is not visible so thank you for helping me during my visit :)

This place can sometimes look like a jumble sale as things on floor and products mixed up its great theyve place some toilets in there but not enough for the amount of people and the size of the place sometimes if you ask the staff for a certain size of clothing they cant be bothed to go and have a look but i know there busy.

Huge store, lots of different choices. Love how there's a greggs and TOILETS inside. More primarks need to have toilets because of the amount of time people spend in it.

I could not find what I was looking for in my size. Also I find their clothing can be a little on the snug side. XL fits me fine in other sho0s but I find myself buying 2XL and larger.

This shop, like all other primarks, is far too warm. Great selection of stuff

  • 4/5 Alexandru Mugurel C. 7 months ago on Google
It is a good store for clothes and gift shopping. The man's fall collection this year is not one of the best but I was happy to see the vintage clothes section with some interesting apparel. Not a lot to choose and I do believe Primark is probably best when summer or full winter. Staff look tired but still try their best to deliver an ok customer service. Always busy and I find customers who shop there are very messy but I guess a massive store like that gets messy at times.

  • 4/5 A A. 7 months ago on Google
Good selection of merchandise. You never queue for long and most staff are pleasant. Too crowded for me.

  • 2/5 Emmajayne K. 6 months ago on Google
Was chaotic more than the usual chaos that is primark. Also so many people, not local either blatantly shoplifting, hanging clothes under cover of their sari, and other ethnic groups just dropping items into different bags they had on the ground. Every floor had shoplifters and lookouts. It's primark u scruffy gang of bumnuts, are u not already abusing systems enough as it is. Im All for giving to charity and helping genuine needy but comeon, this is not what Britain is about! Be greatful, contribute and show thanks, Pay your way, contribute, if not fuk off. Rant over.

  • 1/5 Alan B. 6 months ago on Google
Uses to get decent bargains here but quality is not the same. Staff are very unhelpful, not their attitude more they haven't been trained properly. Don't seem to have a clue were anything is. The organisation is shocking too, if you like a particular item, guaranteed the cour and size won't be available, only unusual sixes like XXL. Queue was horrendous, definitely need more staff

  • 5/5 Ian D. 2 years ago on Google
Always find something to buy here. Providing you're willing to spend a little time you can uncover some little clothing gems here. Prices are a lot less than other places, there are a range of qualities here so definitely need to browse if you are picky. If going abroad on holiday or Christmas t.shirt/pyjama shopping this is the place to come to get as many as you can in one visit.

This 5 star review goes solely to Denise from menswear who truely went above and beyond for me today (16.10.21) when shopping for a suit for a funeral. Her genuine care and kindness made shopping so much easier for me. A queen👑💙👑

  • 4/5 Jay N. 2 years ago on Google
Large shop no waiting at tills when we went overall quite good. With most other shops closing these will become bigger because people want to see the garments and try them on doing that online can take weeks to get what you want.

  • 5/5 Edward L. 2 years ago on Google
Great shop but needs a cafe and really needs toilets ( it's a heck of a trek to the nearest with a child in need when on the top floor ) 🏃

Although it's very busy, the queue went all the way round the shop. About 20 mins wait so not too bad. Inside of the store is very well laid out. The displays were really inspiring, the outfits they created were lovely and was quite easy to find things. Staff were friendly too.

  • 5/5 Kerry P. 2 years ago on Google
One of the best stores around 5 floors. Go early around 8am if you want to shop peacefully without it being super busy! It does get annoying though when it is busy and perfectly able young people use the lift when it’s designed for people in a wheelchair or pushchairs because they are too lazy to walk so can be waiting 10-15 minutes for a free lift.

Bedlam in Polyester. Having worked in Fashion, I know its a massively unethical horror show. But the judge says I can't go around naked anymore and its cheap. As one of the major players, I trust they do the right thing ethically. They also provide clothes to fill my rapidly expanding Christmas weighted frame

Liverpool City Primark is an absolute haven for shoppers, offering an impressive range of stylish clothing, accessories, and home essentials at wallet-friendly prices. I was instantly captivated by the sheer size of this multi-level store. It's one of the largest Primark outlets I've come across, and it boasts an extensive selection of products for men, women, and children. From trendy streetwear to elegant formal wear, there's something for everyone. The store layout is well-organized, making it easy to find what you need. The friendly and helpful staff were readily available, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. One of the highlights is Primark's commitment to sustainable fashion. They prominently showcase their eco-friendly collections, making it convenient for conscious shoppers to make ethical choices without compromising on style. Moreover, the prices here are unbeatable. Primark's reputation for affordable fashion is well-deserved, and this store lives up to the expectation. You can shop to your heart's content without straining your budget. The only downside is that the store can get quite busy, especially on weekends. Maneuvering through the crowds may require some patience, but the fantastic deals and fashionable finds make it worth the effort. In conclusion, Liverpool City Primark is a shopper's paradise. With its vast selection, unbeatable prices, and dedication to sustainable fashion, it's the go-to destination for fashion-forward individuals looking for a great deal. Just brace yourself for the crowds and get ready for an exciting shopping spree at Primark in Liverpool city!

Not too busy. Picked the items of clothes I wanted, tills were fairly quick too. Prices are as usual, low, plenty of choices too in all departments. In & out quite quickly, less than a week to Christmas too, bonus!

So big. Quite busy. Many tills but not all were open. Most of the Ground floor tills were open. Second floor needs to open a few more tills. Needs Some extra as it can get quite busier. Good stock but needs frequently refilling as they can run out of stock real quick. All in one for clothing. I had my graduation accessories(except the main dress) there for real cheap but good quality. Got a lovely pair of heels for just £15 and it was Soo stylish. Loved them at instance. Unfortunately limited stock and it was the last pair in my size (UK 4)

  • 5/5 Laura B. 1 year ago on Google
I bloody love this shop, yes it's fast fashion but it's fantastic for growing kids. Although people go in with a list you rarely stick to it and by the time you come out you have bought 4 packs of socks, t-shirts in every colour and enough kids bits to keep a village going. It's clean, but can be messy on a Saturday afternoon but that's because people don't put stuff back. Staff are always welcoming and helpful, plus they are always lovely and chatty. I honestly cannot fault them.

  • 4/5 Ashwin H. 2 years ago on Google
Good place to get clothes for less £. Take all your selected foot-ware as there is only one Test shoe table, and some shoes are sectioned a bit far from this point. Normally it gets crowded at the billing Area after 3.

THANK YOU to the staff! I realised some 7 hours later that I had lost my AirPods somewhere in the store… When I got back there, security and employees were kind enough to direct me to the right till and sure enough, they had found them and stored them. What a relief! Also great choices, pretty well maintained, really nice staff, a good store all in all ;)

Busy shop with loads of floors, easy to get lost if you're not local, but there's plenty of styles and sizes to buy. Plenty of bargains too! Keep your eyes peeled for the red discount stickers

  • 3/5 David C. 1 year ago on Google
Some prices have gone up without an increase in quality. Cheap clothes that fall apart. Okay if you're on a budget short term but better to shop somewhere slightly more expensive to get longer wear.

  • 5/5 Ricky M. 8 months ago on Google
I came in today with a resident who had a seizure in the men's department. The manager Gary asked if we needed assistance straight away. We then had to buy clothes for him to change straight into and a 2nd manager Sarah allowed us to get him changed to save his dignity, she then took us to a till to avoid queueing. Thank you very much for your understanding and swift help.
