Beautiful hotel, staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The room was spectacular and loved the view, comfy bed and mini fridge. Had an issue with the room service but they comped our meal for the error and were apolegetic/professional. Breakfast was certainly worth it, good value and great options. We will stay again!

A great hotel with rooms of a very high standard. I'm staying at the Innside Hotel in Liverpool with my family and I am happy to report that the slightly higher than average cost of the hotel is justified by the fantastic quality of the rooms. The views are amazing, the location is great and the staff are very friendly. The only negative I have is the lift to the reception has been out of order for the 3 nights that I have stayed resulting in me carrying a pushchair up a decent flight of stairs, which isn't great on my back.

Great location only a small walk to bars & restaurants The rooms were lovely modern & clean with a great view overlooking the docs! Bed was huge and super comfy also. Hotel breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold foods and staff were great and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave! Also the 360 sky bar is definitely worth visiting!

Pablo the receptionist was absolutely charming this evening. My name is Caroline and I am the owner of ‘Lavish Occassion’ an events company. Pablo was such a gentleman helping me from my car to the room with all my things to do a set up for guests who are staying over. He was so pleasant and it was lovely to chat to him. I am definitely coming back again for a social visit next time and not for business. Please let Pablo know I have spoken highly of him. He is a credit to your hotel. Thank you Caroline @Lavish-occasion

Probably the best value for money hotel I've ever had. Rooms are gorgeous and clean, the Gino's downstairs is great. Staff are lovely and had a chat while we got booked in. Found my go to Liverpool Hotel.

We booked a room with a view and we enjoyed our 2 night stay. The room and bathroom were open plan, which was, in my opinion, an innovative way to make smart use of the space available. The rain shower is spacious. Toilet has a separate door. Bed is king size. There is ample closet hanging space and a full-length mirror. The breakfast buffet is good and affordable, but the same choices both days. Location is walking distance from shops. Parking is not available at the property. The closest paid covered parking we found was called Princes Dock Parking - about 5 min walk from the hotel. 360 Bar has great views at night.

I stayed at INNSIDE Liverpool for six nights in the middle of September. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, tidy and well-looked after. Every member of staff I spoke to (from the reception through to housekeeping, the restaurant and the Sky Bar) was friendly, warm and helpful. The few times I had additional requests or needed something fixing the staff reacted quickly and immediately had a solution. I will definitely stay here again when in Liverpool and I'm already looking forward to my next visit, knowing that I'll be in very good hands with the team at INNSIDE.

Nice fresh and modern hotel. In a quiet part of town so not many restaurants and bars around. This means your are stuck with Gino's bar and restaurant which aren't that great. Breakfast is average. Coffee machines slow and a nightmare when one breaks down. The staff are great. Only annoyance is that the light in the bathroom is on a motion sensor so comes on and dazzles you if you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The bathrooms are open plan so it wakes anyone else in the room. Saw a number of complaints about discounted parking at the NCP next door. This is because the instructions the hotel gives are wrong. Ignore them and just follow the instructions on the ticket machine at the car park and enter the code the hotel gives at the appropriate time and it works. The discount is great.

A lovely hotel in a good location, very clean rooms and public areas. The breakfast was very good indeed, both continental and the full English. All the staff were very friendly, an extra mention for a young lady Kira ,from Italy , on reception. Very nice pleasant and very efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

Big new hotel in the old Echo offices. Great new venue for events and place to stay. Lovely modern spaces with three Gino venues - the sky bar is fantastic, with 360 degree views of the city. The restaurant downstairs is also really good, with an excellent menu. Attended an event in the conferencing spaces on the first floor and, to be fair, the evenings food was some of the best I’ve had at this type of event. The room was also a good find. Heard good things about the rooms in the hotel. Fresh and clean. Seems very reasonably priced.

Booked for one night and extended for a further four. Excellent customer service from Mr. Ionut who was able to accommodate my request for a quiet room. (12th floor rear facing) Contacted housekeeping couple of times; always brought items promptly and cheerfully. As a lone female traveller, customer service, safety and comfort are my priorities; this hotel delivers on all three, as well as much else. The hotel is in a brilliant location; walking distance to the station, shopping centres and main attractions. Highly recommended. Well done and thank you to the excellent staff who made a mediocre stay a great one!

A wonderful place to stay. Friendly Staff. Clean rooms. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. We were visiting our daughter for a few days and had a wonderful experience. Got a room with river views and really enjoyed every day when we came back from shopping and sightseeing. The location unbeatable. A five star can't go wrong place to stay in Liverpool.

The hotel was beautiful, sky bar was lovely, however when we arrived we weren't able to check into our room until gone four due to it not having been cleaned yet, when we were supposed to have a three o clock check in. Our first reservations were at 16;45 so this made what should have been a nice evening suddenly very stressful. When we were given our room key I did complain about this and was completely ignored and just handed my key. The cleaning in the room then wasn't up so scratch, there was some small pieces of broken glass on the floor which my partner stood on, and the showers hadn't been cleaned properly as you could still see where a previous guest had been writing in the steam as well as dirty mugs. When we checked out we were asked how our stay was, so were honest, and were handed a card with an email address to get in touch with, this was over a week ago now and still had no response.

This was our 2nd stay in a couple of months. It's a lovely hotel. Got everything you need. The staff are really well trained and give excellent customer service. The Sky Bar is a must. Quality drinks with a great atmosphere.

Amazing night away! - visited the melia for the first time Saturday day/evening and it did not disappoint! On arrival we got drinks in the bar whilst we waited to check in, the dining and bar area is exquisite- beautifully set out and clean. When we checked in we were offered an upgrade - wow what a room and what fabulous views of the city! We also used the 360 Gino bar- unfortunately we couldn’t get any food as they were serving afternoon tea , I think this is quite frequent on Saturdays so if you haven’t booked in advance your only able to get drinks, really great views again of the city and the atmosphere is really nice, staff very attentive and no wait on drinks, served at your table by waitress/waiter , the lady on the check in for this bar was lovely, really friendly and helpful. It was a nice set up and the location was great. It is expensive for a one night stay but a nice treat

Fabulous few days, brilliant breakfast which was of the highest quality. What made our stay special was the staff, so helpful. The location is just right, you can walk to all the main attractions. We would recommend Gino's restaurant and do not miss going upto the sky bar for a cocktail or two. If you want a table looking out to the Mersey make sure you book and insist you get your table. We also had an India meal at Mowgli, the best Indian meal we have ever had. Our only moan is that they need to provide more hangers and some more towel hooks by the shower. We loved the hotel and will be back.

During my stay at this hotel for a couple of days, I found it to be average in comparison to other hotels in the area. While it provided a comfortable experience, it was not as centrally located as some other options in the vicinity.

I absolutely loved my stay here. From the minute we arrived the staff were amazing. The room was fabulous and very clean. The food was exceptional and so we're all the staff. We spent an evening in the sky bar also and it was a brilliant experience. I stay in melia Hotels all the time lately as I find them exceptional. I highly recommend innside Liverpool and will definitely be returning myself. It's a short 7 to 19 min walk to the city centre so it's centrally located but in a very quiet area. Well done INNSiDE Liverpool 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Such a stunning hotel, loved the sky bar for the views. Enjoyed a 3 course meal in Gino's downstairs where the food was delicious and service excellent. Perfect location for business or to be able to enjoy the city. Room was very spacious and comfortable with water and tea and coffee provided. Room had a steamer instead of an iron too which we thought was a great addition.

What a brilliant hotel! The whole experience has been top notch. From the reception staff who were so friendly and helpful to the fantastic views of our room on the 17th floor! Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Huge king-size beds, compact but decent shower, and a separate toilet of a decent size. Nice fridge with some complementary pop, and big enough for three bottles of wine! Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended 👍👍

Stayed at this hotel with my wife last night, it was a last-minute booking as only book it day before. Wow, how happy were we that we chose this particular hotel. From the minute we walked through the door until the minute we left. First of all, we were due to check in at 3pm but arrived at 1pm. This wasn't a problem as our room was ready and to add to it, we were given a free upgrade to a studio with river view, which included a free mini bar and 2 small cakes in the room. The room was spotless with a massive bed and floor to ceiling windows. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone Don't miss the 360 sky bar. This was magnificent, with views all around the city. From the reception staff all the way through to restsurant staff bar staff, cleaning staff, all were fantastic. The location was in the middle of office areas, which made it a little quiet as we stayed Sunday night. However, it was only a 5 minute walk to most bars, restaurants, and shops. Thank you for a memorable day and night, and we hope to return again soon.

A great hotel with pleasing aesthetics in a modern style. Our room on the 14th floor (no 13th floor) overlooked the Mersey and the docks. The drinks in the fridge were complimentary and there was a steamer in the room (very handy and takes up less space than an iron and board). The only suggestion for improvement would be to provide a box of tissues in the room (as this is common in hotels with 4 stars and above, it seemed unusual that there wasn't one). The mattress was too hard for my liking also.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, nice, and had great views. Breakfast was very complete and delicious. We had a great time at the sky bar and even watched a football match at the bar-lobby while enjoying some drinks. I must highlight the warmth and efficiency of the staff at all times! When we're back in Liverpool, we'll definitely choose Meliá Inn!

A lovely stay. We loved the space as soon as we went inside and the room was well designed (apart from the steaming kettle under a wooden shelf) and the furniture was great. Outstanding view back over the city and very comfy bed.

Not a fan of a bathroom that's semi open to the room & the mattresses could be better. The views from the Sky360 Bar are great & the hotel is in a good location. Staff were attentive.

Stayed here on vacation. The rooms are good, had a river view and the floor to ceiling window was good. Maybe an addition of a Nespresso machine could be an improvement. I was underwhelmed by the breakfast although i see good reviews. 1 coffee machine only so often queues and coffee wasnt great. Would have preferred greek yoghurt option and maybe some prunes would be good. The cold meats looked good though as did the other fruit. I asked if chef could do an omlette and was told they could do, so i duly asked for one with ham and cheese and was told that chef could only do a plain omelette with no additions- i thought this was poor and didnt understand why it wasnt possible so the next day i asked again , the waiter said he didnt understand it either and seemed a little bit embarrassed , after some unnecessary persuasion he got the chef to do one. So i think there are some quick wins the hotel could make to improve, i dont say it is a bad experience to stay there just room for improvement

Lovely hotel with plenty of space and spacious food bar. Parking is a nightmare and can be expensive. However, you can park at Mount Pleasant Car Parking for whole day just for £5 and then walk to hotel or can take train. Overall, good hotel.

The hotel us very nice and the location is brilliant. Breakfast is very high quality!!! if anything, if the staff are not available for service please do not stand in the front of house (3 members of staff at reception but only 1 was available for service - would be better if you did your work in the back office, it looks better for the guests waiting in the queue).

Brilliant trip to the Innside Liverpool. Customer service from everyone was excellent. Had Sunday lunch in the restaurant which was outstanding and drinks in the sky bar, brilliant vibe. Location is fantastic and rooms are amazing. Cant wait to visit again in the future.

A lovely hotel with pleasant and friendly staff. I honestly can't say I was impressed with the sky bar's view! The staff there were lovely though. We waited a very long time to be served at the secret garden , an apology came with our drinks but the bill came with the gratuity added (obviously I requested it was removed!). The hotel bar manager was really attentive. The Irish coffee was lovely but due to the size of the glass (too small) the coffee was not hot, by the time whisky and cream were added, the coffee was cool. Having given all that as constructive criticism, I would return to Innside.

I'm taking the time to write this as I was impressed with this place so much. I dabble in hospitality and took some good ideas away from my stay. Booked a Town House room. Basically a small apartment with no kitchen. Some body has put a lot of effort into design planning. All the staff exceptionally good at there directed sector, in a professional way. As an example of annoying service 3 different people disturb your meal asking is everything OK with your food🙄😂. None of that here. A BOUNUS TIP I THE SKY BAR TRY THE PLATTER. The meats and cheeses are delinatly NOT from Aldi. We shared one of those as a main with cocktails 🙄 then went downstairs to the reasaraunt as they had a pet friendly area for my resque dog. Good luck connecting Bluetooth to the £350 Marshal speaker. I had to call reception. Within 7-10min maintenence were knocking on the door to assist. I picked this place as I wanted to look at the river. view from the 15th was amazing. Well done to everyone and thank you for a memorable stay 🙏

I absolutely love staying here. I have stayed four or five times so far for work and this will continue to be my primary choice when visiting Liverpool. There is parking directly outside the entrance, although it is first come first serve. I usually check in around 8pm so have no issue with parking. There are stairs from the entrance to the reception but there is also a lift. They do offer accessible rooms, although I haven't stayed in one. The rooms I have stayed in are beautifully presented and have floor to ceiling windows. They offer a great selection for breakfast and their coffee is really nice. A great place to stay!

I have just received the most amazing service from Ganna in the reservations department, sadly due to a friend having Covid we have had to postpone our trip to this fab hotel. Ganna had no problem with swapping our reservation even though we had booked a non refundable room( oops) and helped to find a date that would not cost us any extra, Thanks you Ganna amazing service! Can't wait to come and stay again with you.

Lovely hotel, great location. Like most places these days, obviously under staffed but the staff that are there work very hard to try to cover this up. We will stay here again next time we are in Liverpool.

Rooms are just fine. The amenities are extremely basic and if you need anything extra, this hotel charge for everything (I requested some sleepers, it was 8 pounds). Breakfast is too basic and could be quite busy.

I recently spent two nights here with my girlfriend. The hotel is fantastic, the room was modern, spacious and perfectly clean. A large shower and massive, comfortable bed and linens. A mini-fridge with a few complementary drinks was also provided, as was a small safe, kettle and tea/coffee plus all the other amenities you'd expect. The location was perfect as it was very close to the town centre as well as the docks. However it is just far enough from the hustle and bustle to be quiet when you're trying to sleep. We opted to pay an extra £12 each for the breakfast. You can't fault the value. Everything you'd expect, a selection of meats, cheeses, breads and fruits for the continental or all the essentials from a full english and more. Plus unlimited beverages. The 360 degree skybar is a great experience, we spent both nights here. We also had dinner at the downstairs Gino's restaurant. Not cheap but you have to pay for quality. The food was delicious, good ingredients and well cooked. Overall the whole place is very modern and clean. All of the staff we encountered were polite and professional, attentive but not overbearing. Roxana on the front desk was a particular highlight, a lovely and warm person. (Thank you for sorting our dinner reservation) Would recommend anyone visiting Liverpool to stay here and we are looking forward to staying here the next time we return.

  • 5/5 Lynda C. 2 years ago on Google
Everything about this hotel is perfect. Newly opened, it has been designed with comfort, style, convenience and hygiene in mind. The staff are as special as the building, welcoming and professional. Although the location is ideal for the city centre bars and restaurants, the hotel offers very good food as well as a wide range of drinks. The Sky bar is a must-visit with 360 degree views across Liverpool and, on some nights, a live DJ. This is definitely the place to come.

  • 5/5 Sean C. 2 years ago on Google
Brilliant hotel. Its not cheap and you definitely get what you pay for. Stayed on the 15th floor and the views over the docks were amazing. Everything appears brand new (or probably is) and the beds and comfortable, everywhere is clean, and it's very well laid out. Highly recommend.

Well done Innside Liverpool by Melia. 5 days after opening to welcome a group of over 100 takes guts. The service was second to none and nothing was too much for your team. Great open spaces, light bright and modern rooms with a few interesting quirks, topped off with a stunning roof top bar. Definitely one to watch!

I’d give it 0 if I could. It took me 2 and a half hours to check in ( this wasn’t just me it was about 100 other people too). The whole experience was a total disaster to say it’s a four star hotel.

Room was big and had lovely views (we were on the top floor). Everything was perfect only downside is the TV is only free view and when we tried to plug in our fire stick there was no outlet that was in range. A suggestion is to bring an extension lead but other than that it was a great stay :)

Not ready for business! We arrived at 4.30pm, check in was anytime after 3pm. We were met with an hour long queue to get to the check in desk only to be told that our room was not ready and there's nothing that could be done. This wasn't a one off there were at least 50 other people in the queue behind us most being told their room was not ready and the rooms that were ready were not up to standard as there were complaints coming in about the unsatisfactory cleanliness. We opted to cut our losses and walk to the Radisson blu. To add more insult to injury we were assured that the money would not be taken from our account but again this was not the case leaving us to have to return to the hotel the next day to sort it out. On paper it looks a great hotel but unfortunately it's understaffed and those who are there are undertrained particular with customers service.

Great views from the sky bar - out over the water and inland. Good range of drinks inc large range of cocktails. Signage to direct you to the bar is poor. Lots of people were wandering about trying to find how to get there. You go for the views though.

Thanks to the staff for making the date extra special.

Stayed here a couple of times now, and it's a good hotel. Only thing that's a bit weird is even if you're in a twin room rather than a double, the shower is in the room with you rather than in a separate bathroom - could be awkward if you don't want to see the person you're sharing with naked! Other than that, great hotel that's pretty conveniently located.

Enjoyed our stay here for two nights in room 407. The staff are great and very helpful - we spoke Spanish with Joaquín from Andalucía. The breakfast is wide ranging and has a huge space as it is located in Gino’s restaurant which we also used. The food there was tremendous. The hotel is quite near the river but about 20 minutes walk away from Liverpool Lime Street station.

Beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable room! Very modern and nicely decorated. It was my husbands birthday and they decorated the room for us and upgraded us to the 15th floor with a beautiful view of the river. Check in and out was seamless and the staff were so thoughtful and kind. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Fabulous hotel. Have stayed here twice, once in a suite which was fabulous with the bath overlooking the city. Second in a smalled twin room. Both times staff have been helpful, friendly and can't fault anything about the hotel. Recently ate in the restaurant too which was really great.

Really good value and well managed hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean and staff were excellent and attentive. Room keys failing constantly was annoying and restaurant could have been better organised and guest friendly - but otherwise excellent. Great location for sites too.
