I've been ordering from Ormskirk Pets for some months now. What a find !! Always great service and very reasonably priced dog food. They are quick to respond to any queries you have and deal with it immediately. I can't praise them enough. I thoroughly recommend this pet store.

Excellent communication from Ormskirk Pets. I asked a question via their online form at 11:40pm and received an email answer at 12:49am. 69 minutes later at that time of night!! I asked a further question at 8:37am and received an answer in 59 minutes. That is exceptional. Very confident, I placed an order for a dog stroller at a VERY competitive price and received it 50 hours later! Very impressed with the whole transaction. Just hope the dog stroller does the job. I can totally recommend Ormskirk Pets from my experience!

Ordered required item. Evri attempted delivery when at work. Left clear instructions to deliver to neighbour the following day but sadly parcel left, complete with photo, on the street between mine and my neighbours house! The neighbour were in and expecting my parcel! Contacted Ormskirk who replied once, then ignored all subsequent messages for information. Ordered from Viovet, who use DPD, reliable delivery company. Although, received a parcel from Regatta, via Evri which was received within 24 hrs of ordering. I asked the person making the delivery why they left my parcel on the street but they advised it wasn’t them as they were on holiday. Unfortunately Ormskirk lose my business and I am out of pocket £41.79, which I can ill afford. It’s hard to have your integrity questioned even more so when there is photographic evidence. Its very uncomfortable not to be trusted, even though I appreciate the world has changed dramatically in my 60 years and that is a shame. I don’t have any idea why someone would take 10 litres of poultry shield, but I needed it urgently.

Beyond poor! Ordered a “ball launcher” for my dogs birthday, which rolled 30cm from the machine, absolutely useless! I returned this product at my own cost to the address given to me by the seller, when tracking my return it just keeps saying that the address is inaccessible for delivery, I have emailed the seller multiple times to try and resolve this and received no response!

We found this to be the cheapest place to get our two cats favourite food. We had delivery the first time we used Ormskirk pets and the parcel came within a couple of days. The second time I decided to collect the parcel myself. I was a little confused when I first turned up as to where to go but I headed for the warehouse door, where I was able to collect my order.

Took money off me and never sent the products. Con men, do not use. Update: they did get back in touch with me only after I told them I'd report them to my bank as a fraudulent transaction and said some nonsense about not having the product in stock. It's very easy to set up a website based on your stock, so I find that very hard to believe, and surely when you get an order in you check it and speak to the customer and not just go completely silent. They have refunded me now and emailed me to get me to change this review which I find really gross to be honest. All they seemingly care about is perception and not customer service, or even the little animal at the end of the process who is awaiting their items. My rating does not change in spite of their pleas

Had a slight delay on my order. Customer service was first class. Brilliant service. Will use again(and again and again) highly recommended.

I have made numerous orders from Ormskirk Pets and have been hugely satisfied with their service. Yesterday I had my first experience of their customer service and Mike was outstanding. Despite me messaging outside of normal working hours, he responded promptly and resolved my query in less than an hour, and my order was sent out on next day delivery, which I have received. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Really good swift customer service. I needed to cancel a purchase 24 hrs after ordering, on a Sunday night expecting to hear during the week. It was cancelled that very evening.

Always good prices, cheaper than my local supermarket, deliveries are prompt and questions via email are always answered quickly. Overall, absolutely excellent, long may you keep my mutt happy.

Ordered 4 pouches of food and paid extra for express delivery (1 - 2 days). Nothing arrived after day 1. Fine I realised it could be 2 days but by 3 ish still nothing so e-mailed then was told they only had 2 pouches left. Asked them what happened to the other 2 I ordered - no answer. They said they would refund me for 2 and bring the other 2. I reminded them that I had paid for express delivery so that needed refunding as well. They cancelled my order.

I have bought dog treats several time as they offer the best prices including postage. The items arrive swiftly and they also recently amended an order for me after I made an error. Great service!

Bought two of these bird feeders with the first one breaking at the handle within one day of being put up and the other pecked through within the first week. First feeder credited but nothing on the second and no return of postage. These feeders just aren't fit for purpose and to be fair, the price should have told me that!
