    They have a very diverse selection of inventory which is very appealing. However, every time I go here I am treated with such disrespect that I leave feeling so horrible about the purchase I just made. I once asked an employee to help me figure out what color I was for the tarte shape tape concealer, and they looked me up and down, walked to their selection of drug store makeup, picked up a random bottle and handed it to me saying “this is a dupe.” I didn’t ask for a dupe, I asked for the tarte shape tape and I found this interaction quite insulting. Another time, I had accidentally knocked over one of those plastic pieces with the prices on it and as I bent down to pick it up, an employee cuts me off, aggressively picks up the piece and proceeds to angrily slam it (multiple times) back into place. Then, when I went to pay for the products I was buying, the employee at the register asked me if I had an item on me. As I looked at her puzzled, she explained that an employee (she points to the employee, and it was the same one that had angrily picked up and slammed the plastic) had told her that she saw me grab it. Even after I said no , she proceeded to ask me two more times. I was absolutely baffled that I was being accused of stealing when I did no such thing. I cannot help but think this was because of the interaction I had with the previous employee being angry I accidentally knocked something over. Recently, I went and was simply holding an item when an employee comes over and rudely declares “so, those actually aren’t samples for you to open.” I was not trying to open them. I literally do not understand where employees at this location get their gross entitlement. I do not even want to support this location anymore because my experiences have always been off-putting.

    Ladies, Cheelia in the salon is a true gem! This woman is holding down her salon as a team of 1 with a genuine passion, care, and smile. You can tell Cheelia loves her job. She is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Again, this boss lady is doing it all by herself- the make up, the piercings, the hair, whatever else comes her way, and she is doing it with class and a smile. There is a real difference when dealing with someone who loves their job and customers. Give her a chance! You won’t be disappointed! And Ulta, give this boss lady some kudos and a raise!

    Imoya the cashier was extremely snippy and disrespectful when I was checking out my lashes and when was redeeming my ulta birthday gift. I rather take my hard earned money elsewhere because I will not tolerate any type of disrespect and passive aggressiveness from any cashier at Ulta

    So I recently went to this location a lady with ginger short hair tried to sell me a product. I was walking around the store looked like I was being racially profiled. I go to the register and she asks me “will you be buying everything “ . Are you serious ? Do better ! I will not be back. Did you expect me to say I was going to steal it ? if people don’t want items stop trying to force them it’s annoying. People in there are also not helpful just not interactive with each customer. Terrible

    Went to Cheelia for the first time and she absolutely killed it with my haircut!! I’m inlove ❤️❤️ She did wonders. Will definitely come back!

    Skylar and Maya are the best amazing people who work at Ulta! While I went two separate times, I was able to ask for help with my hair to get advice. I used the products and my hair is healthier, stronger, and softer. I appreciate their time to help me. Even when I kept asking questions, they weren't annoyed. Seriously, addressing my concerns. Thank you very much, Skylar and Maya!!

    This women there with a white coat always follows me around. I go there a lot and she’s the only one who does that. There’s a lot of people there and she always comes after me. I’m not interested in stealing you stupid stuff. Worst costumer service here

👍👍 Danielle is absolutely amazing and FAST! I have a lot of hair extensions and she makes sure it’s 100 % dry and takes very good care of my hair. Courtney is also an amazing make up artist there as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
