The friendliest staff I ever encountered in my travels and a very nice atmosphere around the hostel. The pool and the cafe are very nice, clean rooms and fair prices. I loved there for 4 weeks and it really felt like home, mostly because of the nice people that work there and the all-around lovely atmosphere.

All the staff are so helpful. Location is handy being so close to supermarket. We upgraded our room on the day to a private suite with no problem an extra camp bed and mozzie net was provided for our son . Complementary breakfast and pancakes in afternoon delicious I'd definitely stay again.,

Great location - tour planning with the staff was easy, great local restaurants and grocery at short walking distance, garden was well kept, excellent amenities such as massage, laundry, breakfast, swimming pool, and bar. I felt very safe and cared for during my stay last May 2022. (I'm sorry I forgot to post this earlier). Missing Zambia because of the warm people in the hostel.

Oh this is a good spot!! Super affordable and really such a find! It’s clean, a good vibe and in a really great part of Livingstone. It’s close to Vic Falls and there’s a good crowd of young people.

A great hostel in a great location. Unfortunately I only spent a night there while I was in transit to Lusaka. The staff was superb and the bed was comfortable. I recommend it to low budget travellers.

Very nice and affordable place to stay, customer service is not so good but can’t complain much. Water is always hot and rooms are very clean, lots of trees and very nice and clean surroundings that give really nice jungle vibes, definitely going back! Only bad part Is that they don’t serve food except breakfast

Very nice place to use as a base and move around from there.. Miriam is a star!! She made all our bookings and arrangements with no problems!! THANX AGAIN MIRIAM ! As for breakfast it was disappointing. Feels like one is treated like a child and the cheap coffee is not kind . . We had a braai /barbecue also a disappointment.. Not the vibe that we are use to or planed for (meat was kooked well but one piece p/p weather you liked it or not). The new rooms are nice (only need mozi nets). Rooms can do with a bar fridge each. Pool was a blessing as it is hot. . Rooms need a update as it is not as nice as the photos on website.. A little bit pricey for what you get on the accommodation side. . Situated in a perfect spot close to everything although the nearby clubs are extremely noisy till early morning. Airport transfers was a breeze as Miriam had all bases covered (again). . Thank you for everything. (sept 2022)

Place was very nice and clean! Excellent outdoor atmosphere. Wifi only worked around the bar area and plenty of mosquitos everywhere but that is pretty typical in Africa. They helped us book white water rafting, breakfast was amazing, and drinks were reasonably priced. Staff was super helpful and accommodating.

We had a really wonderful stay here. We are cycling through Africa and wanted to treat ourselves for a couple of days, and this place was absolutely perfect - beautiful environment, pool and bar, but also very reasonably priced, and really down to earth, with super friendly and helpful staff and owner. For us the location was also ideal - all the amenities we needed were within a very short walking distance.

Beautiful accommodation. Rooms is adequate and spacious. Comfortable beds and the staff is amazing. They attend to your every need from breakfast to "ordered in" lunches or dinners. They arrange for all your sight seeing trips even with pickup at the Lodge. Thank you Fawlty Towers for an amazing experience!!

Very strongly recommend you stay at Fawlty to enjoy the tranquil and beautiful hostel, where the staff are always proactively helping you plan the best activities. Big thanks to Joy on the reception desk for her tireless efforts!

Nice place, very comfy beds in the dorm (upper bunk is a bit shaky), and very central. One downside, they charge 10usd for laundry. But the FREE pancakes at 3pm are very nice, the pool clean, the common areas exceptionally comfortable, lots of space and sitting options :) and they have a kitchen you can use, even though it is not very well equipped, but there are 2 huge fridges to store food and drinks

Centrally located, rooms were clean, very basic but good for a day stop over. Beautiful garden and free off street parking.

This is a paradise in Livingstone and won't break the bank. First- It has aircon! Trust me - You'll need it. The rooms/linen are super clean. It's directly opposite the supermarket. It's quiet (you'd never know you were on the main road) and has a great bar - lounge area with TV where you can hang out if you dont want to sit by the pool. I stayed here 3 weeks and I was SO happy I did. The staff are great. The vibe is chilled. Just great all round! Definitely recommend.

I miss my time at FT. This is the place to stay in Livingston. You’re in town, but you also have a quiet, beautiful compound to relax.

Amazing place. They have a really nice garden and courtyard with a pool, amazing bar with good selection of drinks, you can book various activities through the reception. The breakfast is well worth the price. The only downside was communication - we had a turbulent journey to Livingstone and didn't know what time we're actually going to arrive and if there will be anyone in. The lady at the reception seems to only check the messages in the morning. Nonetheless, there is a security guy who can help you check in.

Great place to stay, friendly staff, comfy beds and lovely pool to swim in. We really appreciated their help with organising a visit to Victoria Falls and a visit to the amazing Chobe National Park. We had such a great time, thanks! 😁

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at fawlty towers. The private room with a/c was extremely comfortable and clean and came with a delicious free breakfast. We also loved being so centrally located in Livingstone with many bars, restaurants, and activities nearby. All of the staff at fawlty towers were extremely helpful especially Mariame who helped us with many things around the hostel, provided recommendations, helped us book activities, and even helped me to find a covid test for traveling. All of the staff at fawlty towers were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here while in Livingstone.

I have a nice time staying there for a month. All staffs are helpful, particularly Joy who has been a great receptionist solving any issues I have whenever. The only unfortunate downside is that music goes on into the morning, into 3am in some occasions. Although not the fault of the hostel itself. Bring earplugs!

What I loved the most about this place was the location. It’s very central. Across the road from Mosi-oa-tunya Square where there are a variety of shops. Close to restaurants and clubs. Easy to get a cab. Walking distance to the museum. Good service. The room price is great and good value for money. Not ideal for families. Very ideal for backpackers. It’s a chance to meet new people and learn more about Livingstone. Beautiful pool and yummy pancakes

Only spent a night here. The place is well located in town. The landscape is lovely. The room and bathroom was quite small. Breakfast is basic.

Though we only stayed a night, I really liked it. Traveled with family. We could book on the day which was super convenient. We had a yummy complimentary breakfast and checked in past 01:00am without any trouble. They do know their work and have thought about a lot - tours, experiences, spa treatments, etc. Sadly, I couldn't try out all they had to offer. But based on my limited experience, I'd definitely recommend them as a good place to stay.

One of the best budget hotels in Livingston. Situated right opposite a Shoprite supermarket and a Hungry Lion restaurant. Also surrounded by 3 leading pubs always packed with holidaymakers.

Excellent location on the main Street and right opposite the ShopRite and Hungry Lion. I loved the decor, staff are helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. I loved the outdoor pool area. The bunk beds are unfortunately toooo high.
