Even we came in just 17 minutes before closing, the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Thomasina was all smiles and made sure we didn’t feel bad for cutting it close. Delicious milkshake as always, and a burger and fries to match.

Okay, generally pretty good but I decided to rate today for a few reasons, namely inflation is making this place more and more harder to goto, and secondly these guys work for tips. So my issues simple, I go in order and pay for my food, wait 15 minutes, guy told me I'm getting fresh fries, and so 15 minute wait for literally just fries, I get them and they are raw. This has never happened before, but come on, this place cost way to much and expects tips, get it together.

I’m a burger person even when I go to expensive restaurants. Five Guys did their thing. Young man at the register who’s going to the Air Force (Waylon) thank you for your customer service. Spoke with one of the managers Tommie cool. Ordered the viral hack. Grilled cheese sandwich with added patty with all the toppings. It hit the spot. In and out in less than 10 minutes, $9.21 Thanks y’all. I’ll be back.

I always get the double bacon cheeseburger, large fries and large drink... The atmosphere is classic, the people are always nice and the food is always cooked to perfection... Could cut the salt a tad on the fries but I really have no complaints at all to be honest... I haven't had a bad meal from this location ever, always clean and friendly service! Everything was on point!

A little on the pricey side but the quality was there. A tad slow to get the food but it was worth the wait. I wasn't too happy about the overall friendliness. Cashier never said thank you, or actually anything. I complimented on the food a few times but again, didn't get any acknowegment or thank you. It seemed to be a racial thing and the vibes were that we were the wrong color.

For the prices you pay, waiting for 40mins in the restaurant (after the app said my order was completed) for an order placed through the web is UNACCEPTABLE. The app has been deleted and we will never be going to Five Guys again. Once my order was made and handed to me, the fries and buns were soggy by the time I got home. Never. Again. Do better.

It's a fast food burger done right! Food made fresh and the topping really shine through. You can actually taste the layers of flavors. Burger cooked just shy of perfect but that's due to personal preference I like mine mid rare / rare. Let's talk about the fries ..... THE FRIES are just perfect. Crispy outside, fluffy inside, seasoned perfect and it's their signature to give you a ridiculous amount. The dining area is well kept, no mess on the floor and the overall atmosphere is simple and clean.

Ordered through doordash Definitely overpriced doesn't come with fries I didn't get any of my toppings so I got a plain cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard no mayo onion lettuce pickle or tomato that I asked for and lastly they don't clean their Grill because there was Char stuck in my cheese and on my bun that's disgusting. I can only assume there's a bunch of young kids working here that aren't paying attention. Also there was a random pieces of burnt bacon in 1 bite of my burger so if you don't eat pork just know you're eating pork in some way LOL my first time eating here although the burger flavor was freaking amazing this was just trash as far as the experience. I received two patties instead of one so who knows if this was even my order or not unless they automatically give two patties I'm not sure

Great place to grab a quick burger and a massive amount of fries. Good selection on ingredients for burger creation as well. Prices have gone up as I paid $35 for two burgers, one bag of fries, and a drink but you get alot of bang for your buck. Food took a little bit to get but they were pretty friendly and lively behind the counter. Bathroom floors were pretty greasy but the restaurant itself was pretty clean. Love the free peanuts.

I haven't visited Five Guys in years.... not since residing in Washington, DC. Still pretty good. But, I do believe that the east coast locations...make the veggie sandwich a bit heartier than this location. But, it was still pretty good.

Love this place. Great burgers. Great fries. Great shakes. I get a little cheeseburger and a small fry. It's a huge meal. Trust me.

Food was great as always. But rest was lacking, getting are food was fast but taking our order took for ever and we were only one in line and not very friendly, I think just really tired at end of night.

Food, always good; staff, no complaints. My concern/issue/complaint is their pricing; four bacon cheeseburgers, two fries & two drinks for $90.00. Unjustifiably! Roughly the same dinner a few nights later in another Livonia burger establishment...$45.00 Not sure that we will be back :(

Can't complain about the food at five guys at all. But $41 for two burgers, two drinks and one order of fries is a little crazy. It's good, but it's not that good.
