our waiter looked like a younger, lively Keanu reeves. honestly, he was a king & i forgot his name but if he serves you you are sure to be treated well & as a priority. I ordered a gin & tonic but it was flat :/ so he replaced my drink with a rum & coke & it was on the house!! super great customer service <3 my family got the antipasto, brussels sprouts, pizza, stuffed shells & eggplant Parmesan to share. i am vegetarian, so i asked for accommodations, and they were gladly met! the food was decadent & we had tons of leftovers (meals for days!) we come here at least twice a year as a treat- can't wait to come back !!

On a business trip to Detroit my boss found an Italian restaurant for dinner and the both of us are from the New York area we were looking forward to what they called traditional Italian food. It’s family style so beware. The prices look high but the amount of food you get it amazing. Our group ordered a bunch of dishes as there was 15 of us. The waitress was fantastic. She was fast and answered all our questions. Out of the dishes we ordered I had the chicken parm. Perfectly cooked chicken. Needed a bit more sauce,or gravy as my wife would say. I also had stuffed shells that were big and cooked just right. Again needing more sauce and ricotta cheese but still very good. Calamari was very good as many at the table never had it. It’s an acquired taste. The let down and the reason for the 4 starts was the cheesy garlic bread. First the bread was some kind of sandwich roll and not Italian bread, the garlic was non existent and just a blop of cheese on top. Very disappointing. Overall a very good meal. Loved the decor. Remember, FAMILY STYLE dishes. Bring everyone you know and try a bit of everything.

Amazing ambience and really good food. They have family style serving so the quantities are pretty big even the small portion except for the pizzas. They have really quirky ambience. The stuffed pasta was really good! It’s a must visit if you’re in the area!

We had a very enjoyable Thanksgiving dinner here. My wife and I found the turkey tender, mashed potatoes and dressing very tasty. The Green beans were fresh as was the bread. The pumpkin pie could have used some more thaw. With the amount of people there it was understandable. Our manager / server Nikki was very attentive and pleasant to talk to. Overall, a great dining experience.

HUGE portions family dining style so it was perfect for our party of 8. The chicken parm, salad and massive sundae was pretty good. Everything else was meh. Service was ok as we hardly saw her and she ended up piling all our dishes behind our table.

We had a bad experience & was given a gift certificate for them to redeem themselves. Well we ordered an antipasto salad via carry out & it literally was WET lettuce w/ mild peppers. Did not look appetizing at all!! I spoke with the Dist Manager who said she'd make it right & would call me back. Whelp.. that was weeks ago... This place has just fallen off & continues to do so. Keep your money! UPDATE: I was told to use the link to leave my comments & info.... no response 🤷‍♀️ as expected!!

The restaurant was not very crowded at 8 o'clock in the evening. Friday night . It is interestingly decorated , the walls are covered with old pictures. Photos are everywhere even in the restroom. Different from other restaurants. The food was delicious. Small portions are enough for one person. Friendly staff. Definitely we will go again. Enjoy !!!

We ordered take out, unfortunately I was not impressed. Cheese Manicotti was burned on the ends, see picture. Margherita pizza was very poorly filled almost like a flat bread instead. The spaghetti with meat balls was good and the meat balas are large. No waiting time for pick up. Staff/host very helpful and quick to attend customers at entrance.

The Food was amazing with a great server and fantastic atmosphere. They're antipasto salad is to die for! We ordered three large entrees along with a large salad for the 10 of us and everybody left stuffed. We were Celebrating our dad's 90th birthday and they gave us a free dessert, which was huge!

Love coming here with a group. Portions are family size. A small feeds 3 people. A large feeds 5 people. I highly recommend starting with the salad and an appetizer. We got a pepperoni pizza that was a huge hit.

Supper expensive , a dish with only 3 small pieces of chicken should not cost 20-30 dollars , table of 3 people got only 2 pieces of bread . Although free I would expect at lease 3 pieces , salad was OK. The Lasagna was terrible. Expensive and small.

Took the family for dinner today. Really hit the spot for Italian. We got a couple apps and a few main courses. Love the family style servingd, then everyone could try the different dishes. Our server, Tyler, was super friendly and gave recommendations. The manager came and checked on us also. Great food, great service, fun atmosphere.

Entered and no hostess to greet, understaffed, bartender also was working our section we sat at while trying to keep up with other waitresses orders, her own and whoever sat at the bar. After 10 minutes the bartender came over to our table finally and looked at us for orders which is when we asked her for the menu…..moments later the chef came out with menus. The bartender who was waiting on us came back for our appetizer order and it was at this point we asked for waters. As a larger party, 2 guests ordered each a glass of wine but 2 different types and also 2 different sizes she came back giving the smaller size to the wrong person and the larger to the other. Never came back to check and ask how the food was or if we needed refills, at one point a guest wanted another glass of wine and after a while had passed someone in our party ended up walking up to the bar to order her another glass. In regards to the menu, there was disappointment as the only protein options were chicken or salmon not much of a variety. Food overall tasted okay, didn’t blow us away by any means but was edible.

The atmosphere was great! The restaurant is beautifully decorated. Love the Motown music selection playing in the background. Our waitress was nice, Nicole. She explained the menu and was very attentive to us.

Jodie, our server, was the very best. Ask for her. This place was very old Italy feel. Even the "small" portions were huge. I shared in calories with friends. Make sure you make a reservation.

Jodie was our waitress and she was great. Ordered one plate of pasta, it was enough for both of us with enough to take some home. Food was very good and hot. Had a cannoli, was so good got one to go. WILL DEFINITELY GOING BACK.

Old school style decor which is fine tons of odd pics all over kinda cool feels very cluttered tho. Service was not great saw waitress 3 times once to order once to get food once to get bill. Our drinks were empty most of the time. When Bill came we looks and spaghetti wasn't half off which we went on the day it was advertised as a special price and it was full price. Got that taken care of no issue. Food was alright chicken parm was decent almost no sauce on it mostly just chicken and cheese on top. Ordered mozzarella garlic bread got regular garlic bread never saw waitress again to get it change so we just ate it as garlic bread.i would suggest hitting another Italian spot

We made a reservation to celebrate my daughter coming into adult hood. The restaurant failed to give us a call at the very latest the morning of our reservation to notify us that they didn't receive their truck. While the server a wonderful young man did his best to notify us that there we're several items not available or they ran out of certain items, receiving our meal of items we ordered took FOREVER, which turned into a situation of even those whom ordered 1st needed to ask for a box as soon as the food arrived. Therefore I was able to taste a bit of the food. Point being if you make a reservation call the restaurant the morning of or night before to ensure they received their delivery, so you can shift your families/party to somewhere else

If you know me, you know I love my Buca's! It's been at least 10 years since eating here, and can I say it still holds the nostalgia it did when I was younger! From the moment you walk in, you're literally thrown into the most atmospheric experience that will stimulate your eyes, and you just get instantly hungry! If you're lucky, you get walked to your table through the kitchen! It's always my favorite part! This is a family plate style restaurant, so be mindful that it's meant to serve multiple people! Will be back soon!

This is a unique Italian restaurant. Food is served family style, normally serving 3-4 people or you can get larger portions. They also have pizza but my personal favorite was their ravioli. They have several themed dining rooms and can handle large families. I wish I had gotten the name of our waitress but she was very "entertaining" we all had a good time and good food. The photo below is the Pope room, they have a few more.

Family style dinner. The small plates are for 2-3 people they say but I would think 3-4 people. Dining for two resulted in way too much food leftovers. Would definitely not eat here again without more people. Service was great. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Very attentive overall great. Our pasta with shrimp was good but the ceaser salad was over seasoned and drowning in dressing. It was hardly edible and they were out of croutons and they couldn't make pizza off the menu either. Would not come back here to eat.

Very nice, unique and huge Italian restaurant. The foods taste great, but be careful that their portion is so big even for the small one. We ended up packing our leftover good for a week!! The parking is easy and they could easily host 16 of us!

Had a great meal here. The chicken parmigiana and spaghetti were excellent! I really enjoyed the marinara sauce, which I haven't had in a long time. Our server Abby was perfect. She made sure everything was taken care of, and that we were satisfied. Bring your appetite, they serve family style. My wife and I had leftovers for another great meal.
