I love this place. I hadn’t been to the dentist in three years. After coming to New You Dental (Livonia) I come every 6 months for cleanings. From the first visit they made me feeling comfortable not ashamed for not flossing regularly or taking care of my teeth. They went over the dental plan I needed and payments options before treatment. They worked around my schedule for appointments or when I have to reschedule. Moose is always polite and gentle during cleanings. Thank guys for your service and honesty. 😊

This office does not know what they are doing when it comes to making appointments. They send you all kinds of appointments or make appointments for you that you never made. They call other family members about your appointments harassing them constantly. Front desk is unprofessional rude !!!!!! Find you another dentist to go to . It’s just the front desk everyone else is wounderful professional . Moose and the young lady in the back I think her name is Tameka wounderful they try and do their best always nice respectful .

They work fast and honestly the best women work here I wouldn't go any where else they deserve a promotion for dealing with me, but honestly this is the only place I would trust. I personally appreciate their work and the fact that crowns and root canals are covered by medicaid just shows how amazing they are. This is the place to go. Little to no pain and they work really well.

Most friendliest staff ever!!! Dr. Abraham, Tammy, and the staff were amazing . I was so scared to come in. But they made me feel so comfortable. Definitely recommend going here for your dental work.

I really was a person terrified of getting dental work. Everyone was so nice especially But Heba definitely put the biggest smile on my face! She gave me my smile back again. Thank you so much for making me feel so comfortable! I will definitely be back for my deep cleaning!

I lost a filing and broke my tooth, scheduled an emergency visit since my regular dentist retired during the covid shutdown. Thinking I was going to get treatment that day I agreed to pay the 130$ for the same day visit which just consisted of x rays an antibiotic prescription and a treatment plan. They don't consult with you about the treatment plan at all to see whether or not you have insurance or what your financial situation is. I was going in thinking that I was going to pay a couple hundred dollars and have a tooth pulled, turned into almost $3000 and 2 additional visits. That isn't even the worst part. Upon my arrival for my root canal the Doctor prepped me for the wrong tooth and was going to perform the procedure until I said something and they actually looked at my X-ray. Normally I would've walked out and went somewhere else but these guys already had my money. After that mess the procedure went fine. The only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 is because Dr. Abraham was great and made me comfortable the entire time even with my annoying sensitive gag reflex. At the end of the day if you're used to an "old school" 1 on 1 more personalized dentist experience I'd stay away from this establishment and any other like it. These guys are definitely profit over patient.

Horrible experience! Don't be fool by 499$ implant advertisements. I had my implants placed at New you Dental & months after all the implants were failing. dr who placed the implants repeatedly told me that the implants are okey. I had to go to another dental office due to sever pain and I was informed that all the implants are bad and need to be removed & replace with new sets. I went to another specialist for a second opinion and they told me all the implants are failing due to poor implant placements with New You Dental Center. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE. I will never recommend this establishment.

Excellent service! Dr. D Brittany, Moose and their newest employee rock! Go see them, they will make you feel comfortable, it’s clean and it doesn’t take forever.

This place is like the Walmart of Dental Care. I had an estimate of around ~$360 dollars for some dental guard and retainer to be made. My insurance processes it and I get the EOBs from them. I *overpaid* around $150 dollars. I call the office to explain this to them and tell them to refund me. This is where it gets fun. The main receptionist gives me a really bad attitude and is literally yelling at me on the phone. Saying I owe HER money, but she'll "waive" this extra magically appearing debt... OK. I don't take well to this. I call my insurance and they explain to take my EOBs to them and show them in person. EOBs are the final truth. I go into the office, and this lady is giving me sass again. She remembers me. So I start yelling at her, and explain very loudly so everyone can hear that this place does not practice good business ethics and will take your money. It wasn't a proud moment of mine, but I was angry at having been given the run-around so many times on the phone. I felt like this was my last option. The receptionist runs to the back and tells me she'll have me escorted out. I just follow her and tell her no, we are going to figure this out right now. One of the hygenists comes out (named Moose) and pulls me aside to talk about what's going on. I explain that I am owed a decent sum of money back, and the receptionist refuses to listen to me, and says they don't. The hygenist said it takes a long time to get money back due to processing. I am writing this to let everyone know that this may happen to you. I still haven't gotten my money back, and this happened in Summer 2023. At this point, to be honest, I don't expect to. Don't expect the billing department or staff to respect you and listen to you (except for Moose, he definitely defused the situation and overall handled that situation and me with tact and respect.) Learn from my mistakes. I had $150+ stolen from me by this establishment, and I've accepted that I most likely won't ever get it back. Go to a family-owned, small dentist business.

I have been a happy smiling customer for more than a year. Work is top notch and I am always treated like family there. Staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable always working with me and accommodating my busy schedule. Having recently visited I can also attest that they took all the necessary safety and cleaning precautions so I felt at ease throughout the visit. I highly recommend them! See Tammy at the front she always took care of me and made sure i got amazing service.

I recommend this dentistry. They took my X-rays and prescribed antibiotics when it was necessary. I'm also on state Medicaid insurance and they do a good job since I've had to switch offices. I plan on seeing this dentist for future cleanings. Thank you New you dental Livonia, MI :)

First time client and I was very impressed with how wonderful of an experience it was. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 10 years or so but it was a breeze. “Moose” was incredible and made the entire visit very enjoyable. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and great conversation. Definitely looking forward to follow appointments.

One of the few places that takes Blue Cross HMO insurance, and probably the best. They can be a bit disorganized at times, but be patient. They really care and they do a great job.

I came in as a new patient a few weeks ago and was treated with the ut-most respect and kindness. The Dentist is sensitive to the needs of her patient's and my procedure (tooth 🦷 extraction) was quick and painless (thank GOD) I would Highly recommend New You Dental to one and all. I went for a cleaning and had Heba as my hygienist and she did such an amazing job! This was the best cleaning I have ever had. I would definitely recommend asking for Heba! She did such a great job and has such a great personality!

Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to! My dental hygienist was Hebah and she was super nice & patient and she really cares about whoevers mouth she’s working on. She really takes pride in her work and I basically left with a whole new smile; my mouth looked completely different and she got rid of all the gunk and staining. You should see the before an afters they’re literally insane. Really the whole staff is beautiful and this is my new permanent dental center ✨

EDITED: 11/19/20- I still highly recommend this practice and today I had another hygienist by the name of Heba and she was great. Very thorough and amazing at what she does. This practice is great from the front office to all of the team in the back. Very friendly staff and they do great work.

I’m very grateful to Dr. Demi for her compassionate care. She is so gentle and soft spoken. She always makes sure I’m comfortable and that I understand what I need to. I was embarrassed at first but the dr. has always made me feel solid and whole. I have been a patient for almost a year and have been impressed by Moose and Amanda too.

First time here and was greeted by a friendly staff and tested to prompt service. I will definitely be making this my dentist of choice.

i have state insurance and they accepted it and got me in right away for a cleaning and a problem tooth i had. The staff was so kind and welcoming as well as holding up to the covid-19 precautions and sanitation.. Stephanie was my hygienist was hilarious she made me laugh so hard and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth they feel so amazing. Now state insurance doesn't cover core and crowns but this office worked with me and gave me an affordable price so that i can get the dental repairs i needed. Dr.Abraham seen me right after and was able to start working on my problem tooth and will have my crown ready by the first week of December! I used to work at a dental office and this place gets an 11/10 because of the friendly staff, clean sterilized environment and affordability. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I had a great experience today. I have not been to the dentist in years, so I needed to have a deep cleaning. Heba, my hygienist, was amazing. She was very polite and made sure that I wasn’t in any pain while she completed the deep cleaning. I will definitely make this my dentist office of choice. I would highly recommend New You Dental Center to anyone who is looking for a dentist!

My Hygienist was Heba and she was so gentle, funny and energetic about getting me to get the best care I need. I have a lot of dental anxiety and she made me feel welcomed and relaxed. I definitely will get my cleanings here regularly.

I have not gone to the dentist in around 6 years until today. The entire staff was extremely professional and focused on making sure I received the best care possible, including guidance on how I can maintain healthy teeth between visits. I will be back in 6 months instead of 6 years.

I went for my very first appointment since my wife made them…and was greeted with smiles and joyful employees…since it was my first visit I had to do X-rays etc and Heba was very amazing at doing her job, she had me laughing the whole time…she did a excellent job with the X-rays and the cleaning

It was bad experience when I aske them on the phone about who’s the doctor there they said D Hosin. I went there because of (D Hosin) because she is so professional but she wasn’t there, and the dental hygienist (Heba )she is so professional, but the employees in the office are so mean I will not go again, they did not ask me about my insurance before I start when I finish they ask me to pay cash I didn’t want to pay cash because I have insurance card and it covers but the employee there dose not want to waste her time to ask if it cover or not, so they force me to pay cash, I paid 175 $ for just cleaning they did not make x ray and the doctor didn’t see me I paid too much. I usually paid 85 $ for cleaning and x ray and seeing the doctor but in last time they did not, and I paid double the price.

Just wanted to Leave A Review from Today. I had to get two fillings and They did a great job. Dr. Nammou and Karmeletta (Assistant) were wonderful and I Had a Pain Free Experience at the Livonia Location. the Whole Staff there are Amazing.

No one likes dental work but the staff at New You Dental are charming and entertaining as a distraction. Early morning appointments are met with enthusiasm, humor and chipper attitudes. I have considered canceling my appointments out of fear and dread of dental work, but knowing I'm in the hands of competent and charismatic staff, like Heba, puts my anxiety at ease. Look no further for your dental needs.

The worst experience I've ever had. I had a plan to work on my mouth with this place. But after having issues breathing once I got home. Swelling of my entire face. Numb from my eyes down. I will never return to this place again. Then at checkout the lady on her phone taking all day instead of getting me out of there. My heart was racing and if I don't feel better later I have no choice but to go to ER. This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. They decided to put me on antibiotics because of how swollen I was. But didn't check my chart that I'm allergic to penicillin. You have to check with people or look in the chart. That could be my life. This why I don't go to the dentist now. I just can't seem to find a really good one.

All staff is very professional and friendly. I was able to get an appointment only 1 day after I called to set it up. I received a thorough cleaning, x-rays, and wonderful service. Very pleased !!

Very good service staff always professional in their work and explaining what is happening and what to expect. Have had several appointments with very little waiting or no waiting. Price appears to be a little high, but I have not did any research before going. Was happy all service I needed/need are in one place.
