This
place
is
like
the
Walmart
of
Dental
Care.
I
had
an
estimate
of
around
~$360
dollars
for
some
dental
guard
and
retainer
to
be
made.
My
insurance
processes
it
and
I
get
the
EOBs
from
them.
I
*overpaid*
around
$150
dollars.
I
call
the
office
to
explain
this
to
them
and
tell
them
to
refund
me.
This
is
where
it
gets
fun.
The
main
receptionist
gives
me
a
really
bad
attitude
and
is
literally
yelling
at
me
on
the
phone.
Saying
I
owe
HER
money,
but
she'll
"waive"
this
extra
magically
appearing
debt...
OK.
I
don't
take
well
to
this.
I
call
my
insurance
and
they
explain
to
take
my
EOBs
to
them
and
show
them
in
person.
EOBs
are
the
final
truth.
I
go
into
the
office,
and
this
lady
is
giving
me
sass
again.
She
remembers
me.
So
I
start
yelling
at
her,
and
explain
very
loudly
so
everyone
can
hear
that
this
place
does
not
practice
good
business
ethics
and
will
take
your
money.
It
wasn't
a
proud
moment
of
mine,
but
I
was
angry
at
having
been
given
the
run-around
so
many
times
on
the
phone.
I
felt
like
this
was
my
last
option.
The
receptionist
runs
to
the
back
and
tells
me
she'll
have
me
escorted
out.
I
just
follow
her
and
tell
her
no,
we
are
going
to
figure
this
out
right
now.
One
of
the
hygenists
comes
out
(named
Moose)
and
pulls
me
aside
to
talk
about
what's
going
on.
I
explain
that
I
am
owed
a
decent
sum
of
money
back,
and
the
receptionist
refuses
to
listen
to
me,
and
says
they
don't.
The
hygenist
said
it
takes
a
long
time
to
get
money
back
due
to
processing.
I
am
writing
this
to
let
everyone
know
that
this
may
happen
to
you.
I
still
haven't
gotten
my
money
back,
and
this
happened
in
Summer
2023.
At
this
point,
to
be
honest,
I
don't
expect
to.
Don't
expect
the
billing
department
or
staff
to
respect
you
and
listen
to
you
(except
for
Moose,
he
definitely
defused
the
situation
and
overall
handled
that
situation
and
me
with
tact
and
respect.)
Learn
from
my
mistakes.
I
had
$150+
stolen
from
me
by
this
establishment,
and
I've
accepted
that
I
most
likely
won't
ever
get
it
back.
Go
to
a
family-owned,
small
dentist
business.
