Found it to be useful while having a point transit and not traveling business class. A 3hr pass for $20 is quite reasonable considering the arrangement and snack /meal options available. The wifi is good and the lounge is not crowded. It's a peaceful and quiet spot very close to most of the departure gates. The staff are polite and friendly. The snack /meal bar is average but definitely can't complain, for the price, it's good. The rest room is very clean and spacious. Definitely worth it to have a quiet nap or to have a break from the hustle and bustle of the airport.

THERE IS NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. SOFT DRINK AND WATER ONLY in terms of drink menu. Small finger food, tea and dessert available. Using for three hours they charge 21 USD. The quality of food was not great but clean bathroom you can use. If you do not want to spend time sitting and waiting too long before the gate opens as there are nothing to do in the airport. OK to stay and spend sometime.

Pricing at 21$ for 3 hours per person, they don’t have good food and very less varieties. Just tea, coffee, pasta and chicken. The seating is average with only 2 charging ports for the whole lounge. Wifi is good, bathroom is decent. Not a good place for the price. Better to take the priority pass lounge or the airport premium lounge if possible.

You will be fooled by the name of “Executive”. It should not be considered as a lounge at all. During check in, they refused to check the card and asked for the App. They said that my card is not accepted. After I got free WiFi, they checked the App and they were surprised that my card is accepted although I told them from the beginning. After they processed the check in using the App, they asked to check the card! OMG After I entered, their WiFi is not working. Food varieties are limited. All items are Sri Lankan items although they are in international airport. It ends to have just biscuits. Try to stay away from this lounge.

Tried 3 airport lounges in srilanka, personal feel best one, food is ok.. Ok... They are updated food as per the timing. Bath facilities available but it's a congested one.

There are few lounges in Colombo International airport. From the pictures, I read some reviews here actually were for Araliya Lounge next to Executive Lounge. Very misleading and should be removed to avoid confusion. Anyway, this so called Exective Lounge (no way near to deserve such name) is the first lounge on the left when one were to walk towards departure gates (diagonally left from gate 6). The lounge is in a very sorry state of maintenance, the seat cushions are dirty, collapsed/depressed, poor lighting, saw few cockroaches, noted some housefly and mosqitos too, congested hardly room to walk through the sofa without knocking another luggage or passenger in the lounge, lack of power plug, food were pathetic, miserable beverage, NO alcohol like beer, unfriendly reception and so on. How can this place be deserved to be called Executive Lounge?

Barely there 'Executive Lounge' with seating (yes, comfortable sofa chairs) arranged to maximize capacity. Resulting in inconveniently tight spaces to get to and out of seats with less than ample legroom. Food selection is minimal and less so for beverages. At least the staff are attentive and gracious, doing Sri Lankan hospitality proud!

Sad little room. The seats are ok, the food is scarce and barely edible, the drink selection is meh, the service would've been better if the staff was capable of speaking English. Definitely recommend it to people with a foot fetish because I promise you you've never seen so many bare feet on tables in your entire life.

Non friendly receptionist. I have used DreamFolks privilege card and paid for one more guest online in DreamFolks and all I have to do is show the scan code to the receptionist. But the receptionist said they don’t support scan code. Bad part is they’re not at all interested in looking at the problem. So better enquire them before paying anything.

Today I bought a very basic meal and I was simply disappointed by the quality of it. I miss the old Chinese dragon Cafe taste. It's sad to see that many restaurants in Sri Lanka wants to produce their food for low budget and make a good revenue. Unfortunately this restaurant also follows that theory

Very basic lounge...air-conditioner was making a racket, extremely limited food choices, no alcohol, coffee powder from a bottle... Too many seats packed in....very shabby...all for us$21 per person!! Seems like it's a drop in for a snack venue for staff who talk loudly to each other at front counter. Needs a complete overhaul...embarrasingly poor to be called a lounge.

Not sure you can call this a proper lounge? Feels a bit like Manila lounges. Hopefully the new Colombo terminal has better lounges in the future.

This is an adequate lounge for the money that they charge - USD20 for 3hours. The personnel are friendly and professional. Food and beverage selection is standard. I don't believe they serve alcohol in the lounge. I have deducted one star only due to the fact that the furniture has seen better days and also because they do not have any recliners to prop your feet up and maybe catch some sleep. Also they only have one restroom per gender and if the lounge is full, you may have to wait.
