We lived in Slovenia in 4 different places. The only positive thing here is the comfort of the beds and the modern bathroom. - This was the worst for me, and on top of that, a hotel that supposedly has 4 stars. I have no idea how. When we checked in, we found out that 2 beds are folding, not normal.. There was no soap in the bathroom. At the same time, ants appeared in the accommodation and quite a lot! We requested a complaint about the room, when the man at the reception told us that it was completely full. After these 2 problems suddenly there was a place and he showed us 2 different rooms that we can choose. Wrote breakfast included in the price, which we did not receive. He claimed that they don't do them because of corona measures and that there was a mistake in the booking, we had it in other accommodations without a problem.. Terrible noise from the street, right next to the main road and the drive to the city. Parking for 10 euros extra per day.. (there is a parking lot nearby that is free on the weekend) For me, I will definitely never visit this accommodation again.

SCAM! We booked a deluxe room for two people and got the ground floor - directly at the street, no isolation, we could have slept in a tent and it would have been same noise. Receptionist didn’t want to give us a invoice, since we wanted to cancel the room after visiting it … The we demanded to get an proper invoice they yelled they would call the police. Highly unprofessional and not worth it!

Lol, funny to read all paid reviews about this (insects house) hotel. 4 stars hotel doesn’t have cards - only keys. The doors are made of a wood - so you can be sure - you will catch and hear every sound and noise. The bed set was not ironed , the blanket was stabbing. The smell in the room was extremely wet. It was a huge mistake to prepay this horrible place. Will try to get back my money and run from this “great” place. P.s. you can be sure - nobody will help you because the reception is permanently emptyш

My experience in the hotel, was as follows: I did the check-in before my arrival. I had to pay a deposit of 100 euros, which seem odd to me. I came to the hotel at 15:15 with two bags and a poster. There were two women and a guy who didn't greet me. Moreover, they looked angry at me (I never felt so unwelcome to a hotel in my life). They were on a hurry and didn't bother to talk to me. I was hoping to leave my stuff there so I could go eat at ease (but I couldn't). Outside of the hotel is noisy and the rooms were not properly clean (maybe because they left on a hurry?). There was no soap and the shower was unstable. In the end I received the bill after my stay, and the information, that my deposit will be returned in 5-10 days. So, this is an experience I will not repeat.

This place is not a hotel but Airbnb. (You have to pick up keys and card with a code.) You don't see any person. Rooms are clean and everything works. Bedsheets were not ironed (a bit suspicious) but seemed to be clean. A woman on the phone helps you to get in when you are lost in the check in procedure.

Me and my family planed to visit Ljubjana, Slovenia. The place that we choose was horrific. Extremely rude staff and service, false advertising about parking. No basic needs as shampoo or hand soap, very filthy room, cigarettes left under the bad and dirty fridge. I would never recommend or go back!!!

Please don't go here, horrible choice, would never ever go back! Filthy, extremely rudeeee staff, hanging up the phone nonstop on me, not helpful at all, very unsafe, doors to building unlocked, no staff on premises and better this way as she was extremely rude.
