am
quite
disappointed
in
the
service
I
received
today.
I've
been
a
loyal
customer
here
at
Hiša
Pod
Gradom
restaurant,
enjoying
the
offerings
and
quality.
Especially
as
a
restaurant
offering
student
boni,
it
is
quite
nice.
I've
brought
many,
many
customers
here
through
personal
recommendations.
However,
today
I
brought
a
party
of
six
and
we
waited
more
than
30
minutes
after
our
reservation.
We
were
quite
understanding
and
requested
house
wine
while
waiting
without
a
table.
Instead
we
were
served
a
more
expensive
wine
and
we
ordered
quite
a
bit
during
the
evening.
Our
waiter,
David,
was
quite
rude
and
disrespectful
during
the
night.
I
did
not
find
him
professional.
In
the
end,
we
were
given
a
98
euro
bill.
The
price
for
wine
was
more
than
2x
the
price
of
the
wine
we
usually
order,
and
believed
we
were
ordering,
and
it
was
clear
we
were
students
ordering
boni.
It's
even
more
frustrating
to
me
because
I've
known
some
of
the
staff
to
be
quite
polite
and
friendly,
knowing
me
well.
I
truly
wonder
if
it's
worth
losing
customers
for
one
big
check,
when
I've
visited
often
and
would
have
continued
to
bring
more
paying
customers.
Now
I'm
left
with
a
negative
feeling
and
interest
in
taking
my
business
elsewhere.
