There was a hair in the middle of my Kremsenitsa while I was eating it. staff was very rude and they argued with me that the hair is mine. Then they insisted that I should pay. It was the most disgusting cafe experience I've ever had in my life. Moreover, the service was very slow, I had to go and get the cake myself. Instead of apologizing for it, they shanelessly said i came and took it myself. I have never seen such arrogance in my life. If such a thing happens in my country, Türkiye, you will not pay, let alone arguing with you, they will apologize and offer you a cup of tea. Don't be fooled by the beautiful location to eat or drink here. My mistake, the last comments were all one point and negative comments, I should have checked. Of course it's not just me. And you pay too much for this gross experience

Complete rip off. A Spritz cost almost twice the price of nearby establishments. My wife’s crepe was rubbish as well missing most of the ingredients shown in the picture

While walking around the city center, I bought chestnuts for the kids at this bar. - The chestnuts were moldy and cold - The price is greatly exaggerated - The seller did not issue an invoice - It also failed to comply with the rules of sufficient distance and other measures to prevent COVID. The location is excellent, yet the service is bellow any criticism. A tenant replacement will be required as soon as possible.

Mojito drinks taste like mineral water with flavour. Toast is sub standard.

Take the seats by the river. Best view in the area. Could see both the chapel, and also the river & trees by the bank. Pricy drinks, basic things offered for breakfast, only has croissants etc, crepes arent available until 11am.

Wonderful place in the center of Ljubljana. You can sit and drink some hot Christmas wine and warm yourself by the fire. I recommend to everyone

Staff were very rude, we asked to pay by card and staff got very angry, we asked the manager to come over and never did. Definitely do not recommend, there are many better places in Ljubljana.

Surprisingly good for such a tourist trap potential location :)) the ice latte maciato was so good it makes me drool to remember :D . And the cake looked nothing special but it was very tasty. Great service. Very beautiful surroundings.

We're very dissapointed with the service. We ordered a waffle the day before, and It was one of the best waffles we've ever eaten. However, today we ordered another one and It was a black middle aged woman who attended us. She was very impolite, our waffle was burned and half of It stuck to the pan. She put the Nutella on the waffle without spread it, as if she was tired of doing that. We asked her if she could add White chocolate as the previous day and she told us that they had never had White chocolate (🙄). To summarize, a good place but if the same waittress continues working, I'm afraid people will avoid the place

I ordered a blueberry cake and it was rotten but I only discovered after I took a bite of it. I still had to pay for it because I already ate some of it. I mean if they are going to throw the whol cake out, why does it metter to them if I pay for it or not. They shouldn’t have served it for me in the first place.

The place is very kind, but the service is extremely bad and it makes that the place doesn't mean anything. The waiter leave our table before we all asked for our drinks; bad responses and impolite; and then, when the drink finally came, it hadn't any alcohol. We asked for that and he told us that he had said us before (LIE), and that this cocktail is "for ladies" because it has small amount of alcohol. Totally disrespectful. Can't come again to this place and don't recommend it to anyone.

"No cards, we don't have a terminal; cash only" —You don't hear that often in 2022. Unacceptable for a tourist place in an EU capital.
