One of best place to get tradional balkan food in Ljubljana.

Hands down one of the best Balkan grills you can find in Ljubljana. The have all the classic dishes you would expect to find, as well as a selection of daily Balkan dishes, such as pasulj and goulash. The service is fast and friendly and the ambience is appropriate for the setting. They don't accept cards, but there's an ATM across the street.

Always nice and good. Food is served fast and always fresh. Not so much on a menu but perfect for all meat lovers, portions are big (almost too big). Price is good, quite cheap. Ambient could be nicer but does the job well.

We were waiting quite some time before we were served. The waitress was exhausted. Šopska salad and prebranac were pretty good, grilled meat also. But having fried chicken nuggets and Wiener schnitzel taking almost half of the Balkan grill meat plate (together with čevapčiči, pleskavica, etc) isn't what I would expect. Also, I prefer lepinja bread over (too much) french fries. Overall, my experience wasn't too bad, but there are many things that could be improved.

Great food, reasonable prices!

All the food was great. Special mention for the ćevapčići and the bread, soft but also crunchy and oily in a good way. The locals come here so if you want a really authentic balkan meal you should come here. I highly recommend getting the shopska salata as a side. Cash only.

Good meat but the bread was a bit stale

We went there for lunch and the place was full. Portions were big so we ordered 4 different menu items and shared them. By the end we couldnt finish them all so i took some home. It all came less than 30 euros. But the pleasure of a well cooked food cost every cent we paid.

Would rate it with 4,7. If you are not meat lover (to be precise, talking about balkan grill), this is not a place for you. BUt if you arelooking for a great čevapčiči, vešalica, pleskavica, prebranac ... go for it. You will love it. And the price, ver cheap.

I loved my dinner last night. Easily the best balkan restaurant in Ljubljana! The peices are reasonable, the portions are quite big and (most importantly) the food is phenomenal!!

Best grill food around

Small local place. First impression suggest quite modest place, but food is really good and portions are huge for very reasonable price. Service is helpful and nice. Would definitely visit again.

For me one of the best "čevapi" in town. Proper Serbian food.
