It was all good. However, the beverage dispenser only worked in breakfast time, and there was no sign indicating this. Service was kinda detached from human nature. Ich habe Hunger. help me

The hotel rooms are small, not luxurious but have everything needed if you're on a budget. Only problem we had was that the AC was turned off for the whole hotel and the room got kind of hot at times. The hotel staff instructed us to open the windows but it was pretty loud outside (it's very close to a main street)

The location of this hotel is great but there are a few problems. The air-conditioning for the hotel has been turned off. I am part of a big tour group from Australia. Several of us are complaining. The receptionist advised us that this is common in Europe. I'm not sure she is being honest with us. Also the fridge facilities are not working. If you have a choice, I would think twice before booking this hotel.

Clean and nice room, staff was ready to help at any time. There were plenty of food types to choose from for the breakfast and everything was delicious. Distance from the city centre is around 2 and a half km which is ok, but if you only go to the centre and back, otherwise is a bit far for the walk. Anyway really good experience. Recommend

The hotel is well located and downtown can be accessed via the TAXI METRO app for 5 Euro (10 round trip). Rooms are perfectly sized and there's an on site restaurant. CONS: Air cons are automatic and if the temp drops to a certain number the AC either drops or stops and we were a bit hot and not ready to open windows in a foreign city, no matter how low the crime rates are. Breakfast was great, I was overall very pleased. The downtown area is magical at night. City feels safe.

The breakfast was very good. Lost of bakery products and quickly refreshed. Healty foods like fruits and yoghurts are more than enough. Orange juice, Filter coffee and other hot drinks are okey. Room was super clean and cozy. Parking area is behind the hotel and night prices are good around 3 euros. No slippery and bathrope around these prices. Location is a bit away from city center. Beside that everything is OK.

Very clean and well organized hotel, on good position even though it is a little bit far if you go to the centre by foot. Had some less important issues, but polite staff was very helping. I would like for noise policy to be little bit more strict, although it is not so problematic, sport teams are sometimes in Hotel and they could be separated somehow because they tend to make noise in rooms and crowd restorant in the morning. Staff managed to help about that but it has been an issue several times.

Nice modern hotel, with cozy small rooms, fast Wi-Fi and great breakfast! Legendary kino Šiška is just behind it, so it's perfect if you come to the concert!

Stayed at m hotel Ljubljana for 1 day on a business trip. The hotel room was spacious and nice. Bathroom was also spacious and newly done. Breakfast offered is also with a good large variety. City centre is 20 mins walk from the hotel. So overall this hotel is good value for money. Recommended.

The rooms are clean and nice. The single rooms aren't to spaciuos, bathrooms are clean. In rooms you'll have a mini fridge. The center of town is 35-40 minute walk, easiest way to get into town and home with a taxi. The staff is nice, helpful and speak English. Wifi is good. Breakfast is good. In front of the hotel 1 normal size coache and a small one can do drop-off and pick-ups at the same time.

The room is modern, spacious and clean. This hotel also have good service and if you arrive before check-in time, you could put your luggages in the concierge. This hotel is not in the city center but the nearest bus stop is at a walkable distance.

Great hotel, I stayed there a couple days. It's one of the best hotels in Ljubljana. The breakfast is tasty. I recommend it.

Booked hotel one night in July. Hotel location is fine, but room found with dirty towels inside, strong chemicals smell and parking wasn't free as advertised. Staff was nice but overwhelmed with visitors that day and very tired. Also building itself looked like box with windows. Probably old Soviet style architecture. We didn't stay and informed staff about it. Reception responded "show us the room and if I see dirty towels I would get you another room" -actually not a nice way to address the issue, like we were lying about towels. But again they were very tired that day.

Best matteress ever, very comfortable, great breakfast, AMAZING STUFF, by my own mistake i forgot to pack my AirPods and have left them under The pillow and found out hours later, when was already out of Slovenia), after only one e-mail i arranged for them to be send back to me from Slovenia to Poland and they have came untouched. Nice hotel with good location, great service and clean room. The breakfast was very tasty. The only. complaint is that they have few parking spaces. We booked three rooms and did not get a one parking space even though we wrote when booking the rooms.

Spent a few days in October there. Terrible choice for the price, don’t go by appearance. This is a very basic hotel by comparison to other places I’ve stayed at in Slovenia. Air conditioning was not switched on and so your choice was to open and close the glass door to cool the room. Reason given was the weather! There was no box of tissues as is typical in almost all self-respecting hotels. There was no complementary coffee and/or tea. Also, compared to other hotels in the city, breakfast is not included, and one has to add this to the booking. Woman who checked us in was extremely unpleasant. If I were doing a secret inspection, I would fire her on the spot. I would not recommend this hotel in Ljubljana, there are better choices.

Room is good but their washroom is extremely small and doesn’t have proper ventilation. No proper toiletries (they didn’t even had toothpaste or toothbrush). Location is good but there is no room service. Bring your own drinking water, they charge 2€ per bottle.

Location is very good however that is where it stops. Air condtioning has been switched off, there are no tea and coffee facilities in the room, the rooms are very small, staff are rude. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Nice hotel for a night or two. Some rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. Good wi-fi. Parking is near by but with complicated procedure-you have to coordinate with hotel reception.

Clean rooms, good choice of food for breakfast, free charging for ev for guests nad charger is located 10m from hotel entrance.

I was given a warm welcome on arrival check in by Nina and Ervin l was allocated room 116 it was immaculate breakfast was a very high quality food the restaurant is also very good Slavi gives tge guests a nice welcome as well all staff are very pleasant and helpful Erwin is exceptionally helpful nothing is too much trouble the hotel is very well managed by him my stay was first class the hotel has some shops close by also the bus stop to the city is just minutes from the hotel the city can be reached in 10 minutes l would certainly come back and highly recommend this hotel to others you will not be disappointed.

Our flight was cancelled and we were put up for the night. The review is affected by the dismal and downright rude desk clerk. It was something to behold. The hotel is a 6€ can ride from downtown or you can walk the 25min.

All in all, not great but not terrible. Don't fool yourself into booking a three bed room because the third bed is actually a sarcofagus that opens and isn't long enough for a grown man. The staff should take some basic training in hospitality, like, if a guest says good morning you should reply in a same manner or something...

Comfortable hotel, next to the highway, but also close enough to the center! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, with air condition but no minibar (just refrigerator where you can put your own beverages). The included breakfast was very various, good quality food and nice service . We would surely choose this hotel again when we come back in Ljubljana! There is possibility for a family to stay in suites - space enough for 5 persons!

It was a very good experience. Well prepared and nice employees at the reception and restaurant, they are talking English fluently. The breakfast was good and various. Let me share with you some photos about our junior suite room. I reccomend!

It's a decent hotel, clean and cozy, and has s lovely breakfast buffet with a wide choice of food. The staff are nice too and rooms are cleaned everyday. They also try to support water sustainability.

I spent 2 nights in this hotel while in Ljubljana for business reasons and I’m quite satisfied with my staying. My bedroom was great and cleaned everyday, it had a fridge and extra bed cloths, soaps and many towels. All meals were great but they lacked of vegan options which is, together with the fact that I’d prefer a shower rather than a bath, the only 2 reasons why I didn’t give the hotel 5 stars. I strongly recommend this hotel!
