We are totally satisfied with the hotel, staff and everything. If we are in the city again, we'd like to go to the hotel again. Positives: - The hotel is in perfect place. We just walked into the city center, it was only a few minutes. - Helpful and kind staff, 0-24 hours reception service. - Family business - Rooms are really modern with beautiful design. Nice paintings everywhere in the hotel, you can buy it if you like it. Price included under the paintings. We can open the door with magnetic card, digital light swithes are inside the room. - Clean and well-equipped room and bathroom. - Comfortable bed - Quick wi-fi connection - Breakfast is full with good quality food, it was delicious. You can use the coffee machine any time whole day. Coffee was good. - ATM inside the hotel - Good communication between the guest and the hotel for example: hotel can't accept credit card, just cash, they inform the guest before arrival, so it's ok, if you forget it, you can pick up cash, because they have ATM inside the hotel. - Middle price category Some little things that are not positive: - Unfortunately less power socket have inside the room to charge phones or we didn't find it - Soundproofing is not very good, our room was close to the breakfast area and early in the morning (during they prepare the breakfast food) sometimes it was loud. - You can pay only with cash (it's a family business, we understand it and we prepared the cash before we arrived, so it was not problem) - Hotel suggest costable parking possibility, but it's not just the hotel's parking place. It's behind the hotel, inside courtyard. For longer cars it's not a perfect solution, there is not much space between two cars. We used parking garage instead of this possibility. Thank you for staying there, it was really great. We'll go again next time.

This is a boutique hotel that appears to have been converted from a local apartment building into hotel rooms with limited changes to the design/layout of the place. Service is good. Breakfast has limited selection and is located in a crowded small room. Rooms are modern and renovated yet small and don’t have all the conveniences of a recently renovated space (i.e., extra plugs for phones, computers, spaces for suitcases, etc). No parking is provided at the hotel; however, cars could be parked on the street with a 2 hour limit during the day (although very difficult to find a spot) or in the garage for a fee a few blocks away. We booked hotel online with a deferred payment arrangement and didn’t realize until it was booked that the hotel doesn’t accept credit cards and only accepts cash (be aware!). Hotel halls have an appearance of a hostel with a limited common space but clean.

Clean rooms and the hotel's location is within 15 minutes walk from the center of Ljubljana. Friendly staff as well. We could not sleep well though, in fact, during our 4 night stay we could barely sleep! The walls are not sound-proof AT ALL, you could hear everything! Our room was in the same level with the breakfast seating area so from 6am until very late in the evening was very noisy as guests are allowed to make tea/coffee 24/7 and we could hear people preparing their drinks even in midnight! Next to our room were staying some guys who would come back to the hotel in 2 am, drunk, fighting etc. If the hotel was not too noisy with sound-proof walls so we could actually sleep at night, it would have been great. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone with children/family or to people who actually want to sleep at night and do not like partying. This place is for young people who want to have fun, get drunk and come back to their room to sleep and next day repeat the same routine. Very bad experience and it is a shame as it is a quite nice hotel. If our room was in the ground floor maybe it would have been better, but I can not comment, as our room was in the same level as the breakfast seating area.

I had an extremely amazing one-week accommodation experience in this hotel. The staff was very polite, kind and supportive. The room was cosy and clean. The buffet breakfast was a delight, with several different options for everything, all the food fresh and tasty. It is well located, very close to the main attractions (10 min walk) and there is a lot of public transportation services, restaurants and pubs all around. In the hotel you can also find vending machines and an ATM. I would not only repeat my reservation here, but also recommend it.

I think Its the best hotel in Ljubljana for the price-wise. But still ıt felt luxury. When you leave they give you a package which 2 bottles of water and Cocta (perfect taste), rock salt as a gift. If I come here again I will stay here with no doubt.

Perfect location, very clean rooms, friendly crew, good size rooms, very comfortable beds, large shower, private parking, very good and rich salted and sweet breakfast.

Great hotel in center of Ljubljana with parking provided which is really complicated to find . I recommend that you reserve directly and save on Booking fee since quality and service remain same .Polona at front desk really helpful and kind can not recommend enough . Will be back

From the outside the hotel looks weird as it is in an old building but inside it is very nice and modern. The rooms are spacious, good looking and clean, the breakfast was decent. All the light switches are with touch-screen, which is cool. I stayed for one night and I was totally satisfied. It's strange, though, that you can only pay with cash. There is an ATM inside the hotel but it probably has fees to withdraw.

Our room was pleasant and well serviced by the housekeeping team. Unfortunately, it was also located right next to the kitchen, where staff started preparing breakfast at 05.30 am each morning . No further sleep was possible from that point. A couple of other points. The very pleasant reception staff hand wrote passport details rather than photocopying them. This caused congestion and delay for the six other people behind us in the queue. Also, quite inexplicably, the hotel insists on the bill being paid in cash. There is an ATM in reception to assist with this. It is unbelievable that in 2023, a modern hotel in the capital city will not accept a credit card to settle the bill,especially as credit card details were taken to reserve the room.

Amazing Hotel. Sena at the reception is 5 star professional, super friendly, gave help to us lost tourist when she didnt need to and gave us an amazing room with amazing price. Rooms look very good and location is convenient. However my room on the second floor had the worst soundproofing I've ever had in a hotel. It felt like the windows were almost non-existent to the street, people living on the floor above kept dragging chairs and moving furniture against the wooden floor at midnight, the kitchen where breakfast is prepared was maybe 5 m away and I could hear the staff talking, slicing and vacuuming at 6 am. I had to change hotels for the first time in my life because I got maybe 3-4 hours of sleep during the night.

Really good quality rooms, have to say better than 4-5stars hotel. The only bad experience was breakfast, what was included and they have ask to pay for pure water!!!! This has destroyed all of good experience, principally not akceptable.

Great place, great location, very close to the historic center of Ljubljana, a 7 minute walk. The staff is very friendly and nice, and it's a 3 star + hotel in every aspect of the services. The breakfast it's the best deal for 6 euros/person. I definitely recommend Atelier Hotel for everyone who's visiting Ljubljana.

Rooms are great with plenty of room to sit around and comfortable beds. Service is friendly, english + Slovene and helpful. Location is good and within 10 minutes of the park, bus station and main downtown area. Only drawback is the rooms+hallway dynamic is odd with some rooms being very close to reception and very little space to move around. But it wasn't an issue for us. Good hotel, would stay again.

Very clean, well appointed rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is worth 6 euros. On the edge of the city centre but easily walkable to anywhere in central Ljubljana. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The overall structure is more than ok, simple but well organized. However, we had a minor accident with our car: the employee we first met upon our arrival told us to park it in a spot which wasn't legal, so the next morning we had to rush to move it to another parking lot, and we also had the wipers removed in protest for the bad parking. They eventually refunded the parking fee and the breakfast as well. By the way, the breakfast wasn't that great, scrambled eggs and sausages were cold and tasteless.

It was a very nice place to stay during my time in Ljubljana. The staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. The room 100% clean, disinfected, comfortable, and big. What I loved the most is how cheap was and the location makes it even better, is so close to the city so that you can reach anywhere walking. As well is very close to the train station. In general, is a very high-quality hotel. I would give them a star if it were up to me. Thank you so much Atelier Hotel I am very pleased with the quality and service they provided.

Nice rooms, excellent service, not really a romantic place but good for business. They should not advertise free parking if it is not and the fact that no credit cards are accepted leads to certain thoughts.

Best hotel experience. Very clean. Very well-maintained facilities. Breakfast is wonderful they have vegan options. Staff and concierge is exceptionally welcoming and helping our needs. Would highly recommend.

Very nice Hotel in a good location of Ljubljana. The rooms are comfortable and there is breakfast available (but I think there are very limited vegan options) and free coffee/tea. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we even got a nice present when we left.
