Comfortable dog friendly hotel. Breakfast is delicious! Choose what you want and service is great. Rooms are cozy with a moderately soft large bed and a nice big bathtub.

In the room 203 the ventilation system made horrible noise during hole night. Called the reception regarding this problem, no help provided at all! It wasn't possible to sleep at all! Waitress at the breakfast very rude and unfriendly (she could think about changing her profession into something more suitable for her). Waiting time for breakfast was horrible, waited for 25 minutes to get some breakfast with small children. Only one person serving. Ordering a still water twice made a huge problem to the waitress. The reservation system provided wrong check-in time. The staff was very unfriendly. The parking process is very complicated. The only positive aspect of our stay was the location. Never stayed in such a horrible "hotel".

This is a lovely hotel with great staff. The location is perfect- near all of the sites but the neighborhood is quiet. They took great care of my dog and were welcoming despite my late arrival. I'd recommend this stay for anyone.

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Cubo. The room was very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The service was excellent. It is also situated very close to all of the sights in Ljubljana. I would recommend a stay here to anyone.

The reviews for the hotel are high so I had high expectations. The service and location is great. The room we got was outdated facing the construction across the street. The bed feels worn and not very comfortable. However we do appreciate the free drink provided in the fridge but keep in mind that the empty bottles have to be left in the room. The highlight of the stay is the breakfast. The service and food quality is top-notch and feels like dining in a 5-star hotel.

Great hotel with very nice staff, always looking out for the client. The bed was huge and super comfortable and the room was spotless clean. The breakfast is a la carte and was included on the price. You have options like eggs Benedict, omelette, fresh juice, fruit, etc. Very satisfying. The hotel itself is located in the city center, just a 2 min walk from the riverside. Definitely recommend a visit.

The hotel is located in a perfect area, which is right in the downtown. The breakfast is amazing, something which is unique. The staff are very friendly and extremely supportive. I would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone. You would not regret.

Recommend the hotel with both hands! And especially the BREAKFAST. For our group this was the BEST breakfast we ever had in a hotel!!! Staff is also really helpful. We were served by an employee named Urska, who made our experience even more pleasant!

This place is fantastic, in a super location with amazing staff. Staff helped us with transportation, restaurants, accommodations, and an amazing, cooked to order breakfast. They even kept our bags while we hiked around the nearby countryside. Definitely recommend!!

The first thing you notice about the boutique hotel is just how good thecstaff are. Friendly, helpful and professional where customer service is their number one priority. Our room was very comfortable, only stains on the carpet, uncomfortable pillows and loose fittings on the wardrobe were negatives. Breakfast was very good, very good quality food and service. The hotel is in a fabulous location for exploring the city around the river or having a walk through Tivoli Park. Again, it's the staff at the hotel that make it an exceptional experience.

We were really impressed with our stay at Hotel Cubo. Room was super clean and modern, and the free mini-bar was an awesome addition. Service from the hotel staff was great as well. Location is central and just a block away from the old town.

There are multiple reasons why this hotel is at the top of the list for hotels in Ljublijana. I recently stayed here for a week which was a perfect amount of time to enjoy the city and do some day trips. I enjoyed the Christmas markets nearby and the lights all around the city. The customer service is excellent. The location is so central for walking to all the touristy sites. Large rooms, comfortable soft cotton sheets, plenty of hot water and strong water pressure, plenty of counter space in the bathroom, tasty breakfast included in rate, toiletries/slippers/bathrobes provided,free mini bar stocked daily. There is a big supermarket next door behind the pink church in the basement of the Maxi dept store. Well there are lots of groceries nearby. Ljublijana is a jewel of a city, so cosy and friendly. I hope to go back one day.

Great hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The location is perfect in the city center. We were able to walk to historical architectural buildings, cafes, shops, and castle on the hill. The hotel rooms are big and the breakfast was quick and delicious. Staff helped us get car service to the "Postojna Cave" and "Predjama Castle" (castle built into side of caves) which was extremely interesting. We were with a VBT cycling group and can't wait to return to Slovenia and plan to stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful hotel! It is walking distance to everything in the city centre, Rooms are spacious, staff is super friendly, smiley and helpful. They will do anything they can to make the customers happy and satisfied, this is a. 5 star service. Special mention to Peter at the restaurant who was taking care of our breakfast every morning with a lot of attention and professionalism. They are also acting green (sending the invoice by email, limiting food waste, conservative about line changes - if the customer stays more than one night for example etc etc ) and this is definitely a +. I absolutely recommend this hotel and i will come again for sure without hesitation.

Best hotel in Ljubljana. Nice, modern, and clean rooms (and bathrooms) with very good location in the city center. (Request for a room with the view of the castle). Staff are also friendly and helpful; they can help arrange airport transfer for you. Food in the hotel restaurant is also amazing, serving international and local Slovenian food. You’ll enjoy staying in this hotel!

Few steps away from center, nearby restaurants, bars, shops ... Staff really helpful; room was absolutely amazing very modern and spacious; breakfast although to choose from menu there's a lot of variety, healthy and nice appearance/decorated. The complimentary mobile with google maps given to us was very helpful during our stay. Parking no problem since staff take care of your car if no space will be available direct outside hotel. Highly recommended.

I rarely review a hotel as it's usually pretty standard. The thing that was the stand-out here were all of the staff and team. Blad I think was his name on reception and Peter serving breakfast were incredible, as were all the others here. Their service was amazing, genuine, heartfelt, helpful and transformed our stay. The hotel is beautifully placed for a 5 minute walk into the main town, spacious and well appointed rooms. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will return. Thank you to all the team at the hotel for being so brilliant throughout. I would give this 6 stars if I could!

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Cubo for three nights during our time in Ljubljana, and everything was pretty much perfect! Matt was especially helpful at the front desk and answered all of our questions and gave great recommendations. Breakfast was very good both morning that we ate at the hotel and the cell phone with GPS that they allow you to use during your stay is extremely helpful.

The staff was wonderful and so friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Loved trying all the beverages stocked in the room fridge. The daily a la carte breakfast was fabulous as well.

Wonderful hotel and amazing staff. The junior suite was beautiful. The bed was huge, very comfortable, and had excellent linen. Plus the bathtub and showers were fantastic. The hotel is also just a short walk from the center of town. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel. Very considerate staff, recognized an error in my reservation dates, allowed me to fix it without penalty. Hotel is very fresh and renovated, rooms are large and modern. Located perfectly in the center of the city, Lidl market across the street, 3-5 minutes walking to any attraction in the city. Also several cafes and eateries, some open until late. Haven’t tried the room service but selection seems great and prices are more than reasonable. Exceptional service, high quality amenities in the room. Minibar offers a great section of complimentary snacks and drinks. Breakfast - absolutely amazing! Worth a stay on its own. Frankly, I never had a hotel breakfast as good as this one. It’s included in your room price, and there is a great menu selection - presented to you like it’s a Michelin star restaurant. They also offer to serve it to your room for a very small fee if you prefer. Overall this hotel is awesome. If you are looking to stay in Ljubljana - this is your place.
