Terrible attitude towards the client and refusal to provide a reasonable refund. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Very comfortable hotel with spacious and modern rooms and friendly staff. They also speak Italian! The hotel has a free parking and it's located in a quiet area not far from the center of the city (about 5 minutes by car). The hotel also offers a taxi service to reach the center at a very convenient price. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10 a.m. There is a wide selection of things to eat and you can choose between sweet or savory food. We liked a lot this hotel and Lubiana!

Good breakfast. Hotel taxi to the center for only 4 eur and a quality interior of rooms. Also electric car charger a big plus. Location close to the highway allows you to get in/out from the hotel very fast. Excellent for tourists passing Slovenia like me.

Comfortable place to rest after a long drive from Stuttgart, Germany. My room was modern & fully equipped. Breakfast the next morning was a buffet hot & continental, perfect to begin the next leg of my journey- Montenegro.

Excellent hotel in terms of quality/price. Very friendly staff. A little lost in the suburbs, but an excellent choice if you have a car, as there is parking. Close to local buses. Good breakfast. Small terrasse outside to enjoy with the selection from the bar. They also have a great deal with a local taxi company for trips to/from the airport which are charged to your room bill.

as I understand, the hotel deletes the negatif reviews. That' s why they have got high rate. I don't think they are professional.

The hotel is a very nice one, actually 4 Stars. Located at the entrance to Ljubljana, in a quiet area, with small residential houses and low traffic. It is clean, well equipped and the staff is great, gave us all the info we needed. It has a big parking lot, so you don't have to be worried about where to park the car. The rooms are big, with a nice bath and toiletries, mini fridge and coffee machine. It is pet friendly, which was a plus. 30 min walk to the Old Center. It has a terrace, which is nice when the weather is ok for staying outside.

Very modern and nice place to stay. Location is ideal if you have a car as there is a lot of parking but it is quite far from centre. It is a 40 minute walk to Ljubljana centre. Staff is super friendly. Rooms were very big, spacious and quite clean.

The hotel after 12 hour driving was brilliant for rest. A quick showerr a nice cold beer at the bar the bar man was a good man very friendly. 5 star from me 🇦🇱🇦🇱🇦🇱

The hotel has it's own large parking, this is a big plus, since most hotels in the area don't have parking at all. We had a large apartment, with two rooms, each room with a comfortable bed. The rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't like it when we had to ask for bathroom items. I expect the cleaning staff to check and refill if something is missing.

Great! Good hotel, good location, good breakfast! But the best part was the friendliest, professional and absolutely positive reception manager (Andrei if I am not mistaken) This was our first visit to Slovenia and we absolutely loved it!!!!!!

I booked a 4 star hotel and was planning to visit in June. Unfortunately my girlfriend had a concussion and therefore we tried to change our visit to a different date. Although it was only 5 days before our visit we were expecting that we could rebook and would loose only half of our money as mentioned in the terms and conditions of booking.com. When I called the hotel, they told me to sent an email to the manager, which I did. In parallel I also wrote a message through the booking app and officially requested a new date through the app. I did not receive any reply and I’m still waiting for a reply. But on the day of checkin I received a no show message, which means I lost all of my money. The lack of hospitality and deliberately ignoring all of my messages with the goal to steal all my money is not worth any stars.

The front desk personnel is very professional in attitude towards customers... impressive! Rooms are clean, cozy, spacious. This hotel made our short trip to Slovenia more favorable.

Very clean, comfortable with excellent staff and a fabulous breakfast. Easy parking and 30min walk to Ljubljana center. The hotel will also arrange for a taxi to and from downtown for 4euro each way.

We stayed in an apartment. Very spacious, clean and quiet room. The breakfast was excellent, totally exceeded our expectation! The staff was wonderful, very friendly and help. Many thanks!

We were pleasantly surprised how charming this hotel was. Staff is absolutely phenomenal. Rooms were clean and big. Breakfast was outstanding, plenty to choose from. Free parking spaces. Additionally they offer a cab service from the hotel to the city center for 4 euros. Everything was great. We would totally recommend staying at this hotel!

Excellent hotel. We arrived early, so weren't expecting our room to be ready, but we were able to check in after an excellent coffee on the outdoor terrace. The hotel is a 20 min walk from the Centre of Ljubljana, but you can walk to town along the Remembrance Trail and the river, which is lovely. The hotel amenities were the best we have experienced this trip (and we have stayed in many different hotels and countries over the past seven weeks).

Really great small hotel, perfect for a stop over. Recently remodeled, very friendly staff, clean, free parking and wifi. There’s a quite decent breakfast buffet in the morning. It’s not close to downtown, but it worked well for us since we came by car. Overall a really good deal given the price point.
