Good location, close to the city center. The hostel was clean and the room quite big. Unfortunately an accident happened to me while I was sleeping on the top bunk bed. I fell down on the floor as there was no protection to prevent from it. I hit the floor face down, opened my lip and hit my nose and knee pretty badly. The morning after I asked for advice on where I could find a pharmacy and a hospital. The lady working there was sorry and worried so she asked some guest at the hostel to help me. This person told me that I was fine, I was beautiful and should just relax and grab a beer. Obviously this man-who is not part of the hostel staff-did not understand that I was in pain and not needed any of those comments. The day after, at check out time, we met with the manager of the hostel, who asked me what had happened. At first I was surprised he did not know what happened as he was there when I asked for advice the day before. I told him I fell off the top bunk bed and he said I should have told him so he would have given me the lower bunk bed. As if I could have planned this would happen. He also said that maybe I had a little drink that night. I am not saying it’s their responsibility I fell off the bed but I would have appreciated a little help and understanding about my situation. My expectations were not met. Last but not least, I would ask the hostel manager to avoid cheekily offering a beer to a young lady, this is just inappropriate. Obviously this was just my own experience and hope this won’t happen to anyone else. This is a nice hostel if you are planning on staying a couple of nights in Ljubljana.

Had bed bugs in our room, bathroom stank, one window could not be closed, very loud, not clean, what a shitshow, would never go there again

A dirty and dark place. The whole place was reeking of weed when I arrived and there was nobody in the reception. The only good thing about it is the location. Apart from that I can't find any reason for someone to stay at this place.

Great location and easy to access. Would have given this 5 star for an affordable accommodation for those who are travelling but almost brained myself coming of the bunked as there was no steps

They sometimes have hot water for your shower. And they didn't let me boil some to make tea either. Great location. Filthy place.

OMG I am not a hostel expert, but I expect at least some cleaning. Ana Hostel was at a good point in the city, but this is not worth the stay. Dirty beds, wet sheets and brown shower curtain for dirt. Nothing seemed clean. A nightmare.

Pretty nice hostel close to city center. A bit shabby but does the job. Weak wifi. I was only able to connect my first night. Linens were great and beds comfy. Towels were thin and you get a shampoo/bath gel sachet for every night you book.

We could not get the room we booked, so we had not 4 seperated beds. Unfortunately it was pretty hot which we did not expect. The location is great and the price was very cheap.

While we passed the entrance door for the hostel, we met someone who just left - and he was furious. As I didn't book here, let me pass along the message verbatim: Don't go there, the people are horrible. Not even a night, he said.

The room was OK. The bathroom is common for each floor (3 rooms per floor). The reason of my rating is the bad smell of the hostel. apparently is allowed to smoke inside the hostel and inside the rooms, so all day is smelling like cigarettes, plus in 3 days we were in there they didn't clean the bathroom.
