Photos are a bit misleading, the place looks nice but it's kinda unpractical, the jacuzzi holds only one fill then you have to wait 5h for hot water, the place was clean yet not cleaned there was a lot of dust and i even found a clipped fingernail, not bad but not the best. The pans for cooking were dirty, the jacuzzi was full of hair and dust and i expect i can take as many hot showers as i want to not only one or two. The dining table was dirty, there was a small hole in the couch as if someone was smoking inside, on the balcony we didn't get a proper ashtray but a pepsi can that was full of cigarette buds. You can get better for cheaper definitely.

From the inside the hotel is very modern. We had a room for four people with a sauna. Unfortunately one of the double beds was just a sofa bed with a very hard edge in the middle. The real double bed was already very sagging. The sauna was okay, but nothing special and unfortunately took forever to heat up. There were also no sauna towels in the room. The boiler is right in the room and was very loud, which kept us from sleeping for a long time. What was positive was that the room had a full kitchen including a fridge and freezer. All in all, we would have expected more for the high price.

The accommodation is about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the center. Our room was modern, very clean and well equipped. We had a great stay and the city of Ljubljana is definitely worth a visit!

I think for the price It's really worth it. The distance really is 15 minutes of a nice walk with many bars and Restaurants on the way. The appartment was small but really really great equipped! We had small issues like towels that were left from previous guest and we missed some very minor thing, but it was not a problem because the person in the reception helped us with everything and was amazingly nice, even though it was past 21:30. He also helped us find the parking and was super patient. There were some small things that were not perfect, but again, for the price It's good in my opinion.

We had a room with a terrace. Which was very pleasant in the evening. The room was clean. Arrival and departure were easy and flexible. Only the kitchen equipment was a bit weak when it came to pots. Just a pot. We particularly liked the style of the apartments. Each one individually designed differently... We'd love to come back.

Nice staff, unfortunately the studio wasn't on the ground floor as booked, but in the basement and the walls were damp. Otherwise very clean.

The apartments are around the back of the building, follow the signs through the main door and you’ll find it easily. The rooms are nice, they were clean and well equipped. The main issue was unfortunately a really bad smell from the drains. Apart from that, staff were helpful and friendly and it’s not a long walk to the centre

Perfect place for us for a shorter city trip. Part of our Slovenia-Croatia trip and perfect for it. Nice welcome with good recommendations for activities. Despite being 4 people, the room was big enough for us for a short period of time. I really liked the design and the sauna was a little highlight. For longer trips, or for people who need a lot of space, I can imagine it being a bit tight. The sauna, the dining table and the areas for running are a bit small. However, it was a perfect fit for my traveling group, as we spend a lot of time looking at the city anyway.

Game Lofts was such a pleasant stay, clean also has all amenities needed for a family up to include washing machine. Staff was amazing and helpful and it’s only 12 minute walk from Ljubljana main square.

We were here for a three days and very satisfied. The central part of the town is close, it's very clean and has all is needed. Also, it's easy to find the main bus station for the airport.

This is a really amazing place to stay. Tobacco factory turned into rooms. It has good facilities and all the rooms are very different and well equipped. Highly recommend booking on Gami website so you can pick the specific room you want. Reception are brilliant here and give you many tips for the city. Highly reccomend staying here. Top tip is to try the Manna restaurant, very good food and even better service.

Saddly the Gami Ex-Factory Lofts were not what we have expected. The Lofts are in the back of an really old and shady backyard. The Part in that we stayed is under an office an between a Kindergarten. All in all was very dirty and did not meet our demands for an 140€ stay per Night. I would not recommand the lofts at all.

Nicely and conveniently situated. Well decorated, furnished with all the necessary to self cater although we did not as there are so many nice places at walking distance. Free carpark, easier to find a spot after working hours as it is also part of offices and buisinesses.

It's a perfectly fine holiday apartment. The reasons for the mid rating are: 1. Kitchen utensils are missing. One small wooden spoon and a soup ladle only 2. Couch small and uncomfortable... Kind of collapsed. 3. Slight ant infestation 4. The jacuzzi bath being in the bedroom/sleeping area is not particularly something I like... Things can get wet, adds to humidity when sleeping. 5. Parking can be challenging, and was blocked in a few times 6. Jacuzzi not that clean. When jets start there is a very bad drain smell 7. Water puddle next to toilet, which never disappeared. It seems to run on minimal management and maintenance. Because it is fairly newly renovated, it is not showing obvious signs of wear,

We stayed 1 night in the jacuzzi-equipped Aqua room. Perfect and nice service.

Exposed wiring in the bathroom above shower head. Dodgy cable jointing above washing machine. Wi-Fi was terrible poor coverage. Shower was filthy with black mould in the shower seal and brown grease in the shower tray. People running up and down corridors and a horrible smell of that strong tobacco they smoke. Walls were paper mashe and could hear full conversations of next door. Would not recommend stay away at all costs.

The rooms at this venue are renovated from office places from old tobacco factory, hence the name "Tobačna". The rooms are small, but well equipped for travellers who are on a budget. The wifi is available everywhere and the kitchen and rooms are cozy and have a modern look. However the rooms aren't very big and the suits are divided into stories because of very high ceiling.

Disaster, we literally entered the room that wasn’t cleaned after previous guests. Creepy place in the old factory, I couldn’t sleep all night. Plus it smells really bad.

Cool spot! Nice room. Spirit from past times. Parking wasn’t easy to find! Drive around the building! We stayed only one night, it’s better suited for longer stays. Equipped with kitchen and Washing Machine 😀 It could have been a bit cleaner. That’s all…

Just arrived but we're impressed, our loft is spacious and bright with all the amenities required. Excellent reception, extremely friendly and helpful.

Decent accommodation. Good welcome. The cleaning must be reinforced given the price, this is the reason why I only put 3 stars. White vinegar is your new friend! Located 20 minutes from downtown. Close to Tivoli Park.

We rented for 4 persons an appartment for 6 guets. I would expect in an appartment for 6 a coffee machine. And on hint on this not an answer like „we did not mention a coffee machine in our description and there is a vending machine outside the appartment“. Seriously, breakfast with coffee from the vending machine??? Plus: - not even one wardrobe, - no hangers - not even one hook in the whole appartment - not water stop in the sink - one sleeping room so small that could not open a suitcase beside the bed. And that in a room with absoluly no storing possibilities, not evena chair Just to mention the mainpoints besides the fact that the appartment had approx. 50 m2 and only cheap furnituring. But I forgot one thing: there is a sauna in - for what ever you might need it. Customer orientation is something different.

In the end of August we stayed in the Apartment White for two nights and we enjoyed it very much. Ljubljana is a nice Spot to be and we wanted to stay one night longer. We reserved Aqua ( White was full) and when we checked in at the 31th of August the fridge was turned off, under water and had an awful smell. The inside was moldy. The dishes in the kitchen also weren't clean. So we wouldn't dare to try the Jacuzzi. So this Apartment is the price not worse. Much too expensive.
