My and my family have had the pleasure of staying here for 2 days and it’s been a blast. This is one of the finest example to “never judged a book by its cover”. The front house is covered in tags and graffiti, the street is narrow and the surrounding shops gives the place a Berlin’ish wibe, BUT.... the apartment was simple, with all the basic necessities (Ikea stuff). The WiFi actually worked (most of the time) and we loved it right away. Clean, functional and with an amazing ceiling. Okay, there is some minor down points. • If you arrive by car, you are more or less forced to pay for parking, since the streets are overcrowded. • In summer, the apartment can be an bit hot and there is no air conditioning. It’s not fancy in anyway, but if you’re into all that urban stuff, you probably like it here. Ljubljana is a great city and when you step out of the gate, you’re only a few meters away from the city center. Me and my family will most definitely visit this town again and we wouldn’t hesitate on booking this place again.

Service ok,even if I Tried calling 7 times after the booking but there was never an answer, also no answer via email. Very bad apartment! We stayed in the apartment and the sheets were not very clean, broken chairs, broken and dirty kitchen, broken tv, dirty floors. It felt more like an hostel then an apartment. The staff was very nice and polite tho.

The quality/value ratio is great here, since the quality you get compared to the budget you pay is excellent. The receptionist was super friendly, the location is excellent (in the city center and close to restaurants and shops). What I didn't like was the cleanliness of the apartment's floor. I couldn't walk with my bare feet because it was dirty, and the toilet needs a better ventilation system.
