We didn't have enough towels, but when we contacted the staff, they were rapidly delivered to floor in front of our room. Fridge and microwave are shared, and each room has a kettle. Hair dryer was fantastic! I would recommend rooms which are on the upper floors (ground floor seemed cold), and which have a private bathroom. Stairs are very pretty and it was nice experience overall!
