Excellent wine tasting experience, with surprising and different good wines from Slovenia (from dry whites to bodied reds, even some Orange wine, and a surprise :), a very knowledgeable and friendly Somelier, with even some chocolate pairing for some wines. Would strongly recommend.

Wine tasting was great and Tina was a wonderful and engaging host! I would recommend doing the tasting towards the start of your Ljubljana stay because you get some really good knowledge of the area and wines produced that you can use for the duration of your stay in Slovenia.

I've never given much though about the wine I was drinking, but this experience made me change my mind. The ambient was perfect, the sommeliers explained not just the basics, like colour and smell, but also fine details and interesting facts about the wines we were drinking through stories and fun games. They even helped me get to know my own wine preferences better. A great way to spend an evening in Ljubljana!

We had such a great time at the wine tasting. Boris made it fun and insightful to learn more about Slovenian wines. It was a great introduction into what all the different wine regions uniquely have to offer. After this you will start to recognize and appreciate what's on the wine menu at all those great Ljubljana restaurants. The location of the wine tasting is quite special: a 300 year old wine cellar. That alone already makes it worth a visit!

Fun experience in a cool atmospheric cellar. Had a good selection of Slovenian wines and was able to accommodate both palates of my friend (red) and I (sweet white).

A great experience! Such a great way to learn about wine, It was lovely and funny. I participated the Wine Tasting Tour. 7 different types of wine, snack of bread, cheese plate, olives, pumpkin seed oil and some chocolate with wine. Boris introduced us all Slovenian wine regions and added some interesting stories about wine production. For me the winner of the night was blind tasting, I don't want to say something about the wine because it is a game but I must to say I tried it for the first time and I loved so much.

The wine tasting was a very unique experience. Slovenia has so many excellente wines to taste. Boris understood to present them to us and had many stories to tell about. I really enjoyed that event and can highly recommend it to all Ljubljana visitors.

Tina is an enthusiastic, entertaining and informative host and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The cellar is very atmospheric, although the lighting is a little low for wine tasting. The wines were enjoyable but it's worth noting that the cost for a couple is higher than for a good meal and at least a bottle of good wine.

Best experience! I scheduled a wine tasting for one and the other guests that booked to join ended up being no-shows. Instead of turning me away or charging me extra for being alone, Boris kept the show going and gave me an incredible one-on-one tasting. He is so knowledgeable but explains the history of each wine in a way that any level of wine drinker can learn from. He’s truly passionate about wine and his country and it shows in this experience. Definitely visit him!

The experience was really nice. We learned a lot about wine, suitable for different levels of knowledge. The location is great and the spirit even better. We also bought some wine to bring home.

This experience is a real adventure, starting when you step in a old cellar till you end it up after 6 different and tasty wines. The ambient is just perfect! The guides give you some insights about the wines but also challenge you to taste them properly. I recommend this to everyone... If you're a couple, go! A group of friends, go! Alone? Of course, after a while you are talking to the people surround you. PS - Appreciated a lot the cheese and the olives :D

We participated a Wine Tasting Tour in Ljubljana with Boris. It was a great time to be there. We really enjoyed. It was a unique experience to know about the wine industry in Slovenia. If you are interested in wine, you must join. This activity is very nice for the first night in the city as a tourist. The place is very nicely decorated and Boris has all the information about wine and Slovenia. He is a well-known person. Also, the blind test is very special. You will never know. :)

I'm not a fan of wine, but Wine Tasting Ljubljana I loved. Tanja made a "tour through Slovenia" (on a map), presenting the regional wines and explaining their specificities and history. She was very engaged and interested in our experience.

We had our wine tasting with Tina and really enjoyed our time. Tina created an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere in which we felt very comfortable. We learned a lot and tasted incredibly delicious wines. Anyone coming to Ljubljana and tasting Slovenian wines for the first time should definitely do this tasting!

It was wonderful experience. We tasted 7 different local wines. I didn't know that we have so excellent wines in Slovenia. Sommelier Julija was very kind, she told us a lof of our rich wine heritage and some great stories about wine and winemakers. She also prepered fun challenges. My favourite was blindtasting. And the ambient was really nice. Must try!

As someone who already knew a bit about Slovenian wine, I was surprised by how much more there was to learn. The two friendly sommeliers explained everything about the six sorts of wine we tried and answered all our questions expertly. The wines were delicious, although by the fourth one, our senses started to become a bit inaccurate ;). The ambiance of the 300-year old wine cellar was perfect, as well as the atmosphere created by the guides. We played wine tasting games, learned how to taste wine properly and I think that we earned our "Ambassador of Slovenian Wine" certificates in the end.
