If you're looking for an authentic Neapolitan pizza, this restaurant will not disappoint. The crust is soft, with just the right amount of crunch, and the toppings are all authentic and mostly imported straight from Italy. They also offer a decent selection of both wine and beer. The ambience is cosy and the service is friendly.

Excellent Neapolitan style pizzas of decent size. High quality ingredients and top service. Pizza shop where you can buy ingredients etc. On the picky side, the basil was only in traces and was also too baked.

Watery, soggy pizza. Looked promising at first, but the pizza disintegrated after a few bites. Was like biting into a pocket of water, dripping "sauce" all over the plate. Only the crust was edible. We managed to eat 25% of our meal. Server did not ask how our experience went, and seemed unphased while taking away the remaining sludge on our plates.

Excellent Neapolitan pizza with fluffy dough. Kind waiters, professional service. A very big selection of pizzas, vegetarian as well as vegan options. And something called “pizza frita” (didn’t try that one yet). They still have good prices, especially considering other pizza places that aren’t half as good. Cozy atmosphere. You can also buy the ingredients they use!

Apparently one of Europe's top 50 Pizza places according to a sticker they have at the door. Not one of the best I've had but they're solid pizzas with chewy inside and crispy crust. Our favourite was the Bestia if you're good with a bit of spice.

We came for lunch on a Sunday and there were spots free. Dogs were allowed inside which was great so we could bring our dog. The menu unfortunately was not in English but a translator helped. The pizza was delicious, the dough was fluffy and crunchy. We already got the recommendation to eat it hot, because after a few minutes, while still eating, the dough got softer, almost as if microwaved. I've never seen it like that. However, it was still delicious. The service was not the best, glasses were just put on the table in one side, not giving directly to the person who it behind to. But I understood that service in Slovenia is not that good overall. Overall, I recommend to eat here.

The best pizza Napoletana in Ljubljana with fast and friendly service. I love pizzas thin dough, soft prosciutto and tasty mozzarella. Will forever be a returning guest. Do recommend.

Wonderful place. Pizza with tasty mozzarella. Pizza ingredients were fresh. Service was also good. Person helped us decide as per our taste. Their tomato paste on pizza is different than other places in Ljubljana. We liked it much. One can easily feel difference with just smell when your dish is served. 💯 recommend this place for wonderful pizza.

Excellent pizza and salat! The salat was huge and it is served with pizza bread so it makes a complete meal. The pizzas are fresh and quite light (comparable to pizzas in other restaurants). We tried three different pizzas and the base (Margherita) is the same then ham or vegetables etc. are added. Next time we have to dry pizza fritta.

The best pizza in the world. The dough is buttery soft, fluffy and very crispy baked- it is extra long rise. I ate pizza with pomodoro, basil and buffalo mozzarella and it is fantastic. We ordered by phone (pizzas to go) and get them fast (15 min). Location of the restaurant is in street, where there are parking spots on the both sides of the street. Recommended.

Proper pizza napoletana, very good dough, right balance between soft and crunchy, large choice of toppings. Few local craft beers on tap. The restaurant is quite small and packed, but I guess that's the price to pay.

Must say that for a long time I didn't eat this good Napolitana. If I could I would gave 10 stars on pizza. Service is only 3stars... Nothing wrong with staff there. only funny thing is that they give you a bill for 0.2€ for every glass of tap water. I understand if you don't eat there, but Verace seriously?? Its tap water... from pipe... Atmosphere is OK nothing special, parking is outside (prepare to pay the parking 1.2€ an hour, you are in the city center of Ljubljana) Pizzas are really good, I recommend them... Just don't order tap water hahaha.

Had dinner here last night staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The food was much lager than expected but still for a much cheaper price! I had a salami pizza and it was fantastic. Really would recomend to visit of you want and only about a 4 min walk from Drangon Bridge.

Maybe one of, if not the best pizza place in all of Slovenia. True Italian pizza, cooked in a coal oven, with ingredients available from Italy. The extra price for the buffalo cheese and the Napolitano sauce is money well spent. Short wait time, decent service, amazing food. Don't order from volt or ehrana, go there and get the pizza fresh and delicious. Trust me, well worth the time spent there.

The pizza was very delicious and I’d love to get one again, but I won’t because the service was a letdown. We waited 25 minutes for our takeaway-pizza and people came and left while we waited. When I asked the waiter about our order he didn’t even remember me in the first place although I was standing in front of the entrance all the time - waiting for the pizza that was cooling down on the counter in the meantime.

We were visiting Ljubljana for 2 days and we felt like eating some good pizza. As we are vegan, the options are always limited. I checked the restaurant on Google Maps and the pizzas looked really good. When we arrived the vegan menu was even bigger than we expected. The taste was 10/10. The service was really fast and friendly. Would recommend. :)

Very good pizza. Excelent ingredients, but smaller portions. Stuff was is not very friendly, they focus more on Glovo and Wolt delivery than on guests in restaurant.

Amazing pizza. The cheese is fresh, delicious and creamy. Dough tastes like it was just made, and the pizza came within 7 minutes of placing my order, and a good price too. Ticks every box I can think of, perfect!

I have to admit that I always thought I knew my pizza...that was until I had one at Verace! Delicious and Interesting are the words I would use to describe the pizzas. I would also say that the price/performance is amazing! I do recommend you book your visit in advance which can be easily done via their website. The overall experience was fantastic and the food was mind-blowing. If you like pizza but a different approach to it I definitely recommend Verace!
