It was clean and very friendly at breakfast time. Lovely food in the morning. Needs updating and the bedroom needs to be upgraded. The mattress was very lumpy and the single bed broke last night. Small window looking out in the beach area. Nice walk to the front and the shops. Need a car to get to see anything or go on the open top bus.

We stayed here for the recent scooter rally. Great location with its own car park at the rear. Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent. We would stay again without any hesitation.

We asked for and received a ground level room. The room was enormous, freshly painted, the bathroom looked brand new and the room was serviced daily. The staff were friendly and polite.we will be returning in the future. The placing of the hotel was perfect. It fronted on the prominade and is a 10 minute walk from tow, we are both disabled and we made it in 15 minutes. Thank you Kensington and staff.

Good food but housekeeping needs to be addressed. They went into my room emptied bins, no pillow fluffed up and no bed made!!

Lovely family run hotel. Staff are fantastic and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Food is good too.

Best Hotel I've been to so far , staff are fab , food is fab even for a fuss person like me ,lots and lots of place to go and shops

Ive never been to a hotel that is so friendly ..cosy and .clean...from victoria and david ..both of them and andrew...they made the stay superperb ...will recommend to all who look at staying there...you cannot beat this place
