Can't believe I have just walked into McDonald's caernarfon to witness the manager (blonde haired lady, big lady) stood at the food counter picking dirt out of her nails with a fork. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a manager who should be setting examples to other members of staff...she should definitely NOT be working with food!!

Never got milkshakes ot the deal mcflurries. Over the last few times I've had to take the kids there, either food is cold or they don't have the full menu. Foods a disappointment anyway just overpriced rubbish to keep kids uiet. Can't even get that right

Please remove your 24hr sign. I was refused service at 10:50pm while travelling back from North Wales with family. Extremely disappointed. Do not recommend at all.

Local teenagers sprayed people with water, and the only thing they were told off for was having their feet on the table. They had finished eating when we turned up. They should have been told to leave long before. They were taking up two tables and made us feel very uncomfortable.

Ordered on the app got our order wrong and overcharged? Emailed customer service, didn't resolve matter straight away, took about 10 emails. Eventually received a voucher for the over charged items, said for good will! as if they were doing us a favour for their own mistakes! Left it at that. Must add the staff who served me were polite and efficient.

Visited outside rush hours - very dirty place. Food on floor on the tables and seats. Toilets were disgusting. Never before saw such mess in any MD Restaurant. Food was slightly warm but plenty of vegetables. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Ill be honest. Its Mcdonalds. Its nothing like it used to be. Food was great and enjoyable. Service is incredibly slow. We used the drive through which isnt the best, and its worse when its busy. Staff are 90%of the time polite and cheerful, the other 10% of the time they look like they dont want to be there. Would use another site, but dont really want to driver another 6 or 7 miles to bangor. Next one is Aberystwyth.....

Fast and mostly reliable, it will take a longer period of time to get your order during 3pm to 5pm

Service good however, have had good experience in the past and have sent a review however recently food dreadful have complained a few times definitely my last time going especially after giving 3 chances previously.

After ordering through the app I was parked up for over 15 mins to find both mine and the Mrs food was made wrong. How people can't follow instructions in black and white is beyond me. The food if you can call it that was thrown together and came out to us wrong and cold. Got to be the worst mcdonalds I've been to ever! An I go regularly for toffee lattes. Which we ordered on this occasion an they even got them wrong n was barely warm.

Great little mcdonalds. Small ish parking area. Has drive thru and spaces for the mcdonalds app (didn't see them until we was in drive thru) food was warm and delivered quick. Visited twice and both times we was happy.

Just called in for breakfast with my family we used the drive through and what a happy pleasant team they have polite happy and professional food was hot and fresh something I can honestly say I haven't experienced in a long time for maccys welldone caernarfon 👏 we are now happy and full for are journey home

Friendly, helpful staff. Hot food! I say this because I've been to other McDonald's where the food is cold.

Between this one and Bangor, I always choose this one, as the staff are friendly and you don't feel rushed. Don't get me wrong - most staff at Bangor are great, but I always feel like I'm being rushed through there, whereas in Caernarfon, I feel that the staff care about their customers more. Hardly ever had any issues, but if we have (missing food etc) then it's always been sorted efficiently and effectively. Used this place for years and will continue to do so🙂 Using the app, it's even more efficient as there's less room for error.
