Food was delivered late, and even after having them read back your order to you we were still missing a dish. Chicken noodle soup was made with thick spaghetti type noodles, was really pongy and thick like gelatin. The only decent dish was the chow mein. £70 for a family of 4! (2 adults/2 children)...extremely extortionate. They take cash only and driver was rude when we asked the restaurant we wanted our money back for the dish we didn't receive. Don't waste your time or money on this place. Very disappointed on this low quality and highly expensive take away. We were within a 3 mile radius of this restaurant yet were considered not local and were charged £8 delivery fee.

Absolutely disgusting. Don’t waste your money. We threw it away but should of taken it back. Food wasn’t hot. Plenty of it but tasteless. Curry and sweet & sour sauces are sorted out behind the counter and had no lid so wasn’t hot and watered down. Looks dirty so goodness knows what it’s like in the kitchen. Should of just walked way.

The chilli honey beef was such a treat the kids and wife loved it prices were really reasonable and the service was phenomenal although being a bit busy everyone at the till was really nice would recommend.

Best Chinese I've ever had always pipping hot and the beef udon is to die for I've eaten alot of Chinese especially being for London and never had any come close

Unfortunately we could barely stomach any of this food. The crispy chicken was very chewy, ok sauce really probably the worst ok sauce i’ve ever had. S&P chips mainly just pepper. We threw away about 2/3rds of the food. I was expecting it to be great due to the 1 hour wait just for collection! When we arrived at the time they asked us to collect, we then had to stand and wait another 15 minutes for it to come. All in all not a good experience. We come from manchester so maybe too spoiled for choice with chinese takeaways but i am sorry to say this was one of the worst i’ve ever had.

Local Chinese, great food and large portions recommend a visit

I've eaten here a few times but only certain meals I'll eat as I find the others aren't great compared to the same dishes in other takeaways. Anyway ordered food tonight at 5.40pm, was told it would be 1hr 15 for delivery...fine. 7pm came and went, waited until 7.30pm to call back and told it would be leaving soon, deffo before 8pm. Eventually at 8.10pm it arrived so a grand total of 2 hours 30 mins but then qll the food is absolutely disgusting!! Couldn't eat it so the dogs now getting a £30 meal, if he even decides to eat it.

Absolutely awful. Told me 1 hour. Comes to 1 hour 20 still no sign. They then tell me to pick it up. Or it’s another 40 mins. Thought delivery was for a reason. Won’t ever use them again.

Worst chicken pad Thai ! Tbh, I didn't expect a proper Thai dish from Chinese takeaway but what I got is appalling. I couldn’t eat and ended up throwing £8 pad Thai in the bin. Don’t cheat by using sweet chilli sauce to make pad Thai !

This is the best Chinese takeaway I have ever experienced. It beats all the others for tastiness, quantity and delicious recipes. If I'm ever near Ruthin, I always get a takeaway from here!

This is our local Chinese and it's so convenient plus the food is top notch. A really good menu to choose from and the service is brilliant, they deliver too which is perfect after a long day at work. If you love Chinese food you will love Welcome!

Apart from been costly, the food here is great as well as the service. Also they will do home delivery.
