Always good fish but chips occasionally need a bit longer. Double frying the chips would definitely be an improvement. Southern fried chicken is tasty and not greasy. Gravy, curry sauce peas etc always good.

Used to come here all the time and it was amazing. Obviously have been affected by the cost of living crisis, but £27.50 for two fish and chips, peas and curry sauce is outrageous. Portion size was enough to feed 4 people, so maybe fix that and bring the prices back down.... large curry sauce wasn't enough to even cover the food, equated to about 5 tablespoons. Not sure if under new management but the fish was overly greasy. Chips were good but that's about it. Service was good an store was friendly. But sadly won't be returning.

Fish overcooked even though cooked while waiting and soggy chips. Better to serve in boxes not paper,!

Rip off price for average food. A tenner for a portion of fish and chips! They make you stand outside in the cold for ages just to add insult to injury! Won’t be returning without a mask!

We ordered chips and chicken 2x and also fish and chips 1x last friday night. The food arrived very quickly after we ordered which we were surprised at this ,food was disgusting the chicken tasted like several days old and re heated cardboard the chips was horrible, the only tasted okay was the buttered fish.... very expensive meals we throw most of it away in the bin.... not highly recommended , very disappointed 😔

Placed order then waited five minutes for order chips just out fryer fish cooked to order out of fryer at same time. Drove five miles back to home and fish and chips still hot. Highly recommend 👌

Lovely fish and chips being going to this place for years and it's still never let me down for food quality.

£14 for this. Absolutely ridiculous
