This was a our first visit since the new slides have been added. The kids found them OK but the water too shallow resulting in lots of bangs to elbows and bottoms! The food was good as usual. I wish they would move the entertainment to outside. We've been 3 times in 6 years and never seen the outside stage used. You'd have expected them to use it during covid times at least.

This hotel is Really BAD!! We was here for one night, and we luckily only paid €60,- But this was too much for this hotel, the appartments are really old and dirty, it is smelling like never cleaned. The breakfast is nothing, and we was searching for a clean plate, everything is dirty. We want to warn everyone to think good before you book this hotel, we only paid €60 but in the high season is it a lot more, and then you spending a lot of money for nothing! Also not a 4 star hotel, i dont understand how they get that stars! For us never again!!!

I'm just back from a week in this wonderful resort. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially in the kids club. The place and room were always very clean and well kept. The decor was a bit dated in the room we had, but it didn't bother us. The buffet was well stocked with fresh food constantly being put out, however we were there during a quiet period and there was a large reduction in the choice at the buffet which is understandable, but also something to be mindful of. We are strongly considering returning next year as we really enjoyed it.

This was our first family holiday in a couple of years, it did not disappoint! The service provided by all staff was first class, in particular the animation team was fabulous, always friendly, enthusiastic and helpful, we commented on how good they were with the kids everyday, selection and availability of food was pretty good, only downside was not having water included with the evening meal, but this was only a minor detail. Area felt safe and the addition of lifeguards on duty every day was pleasantly reassuring. We will be returning for summer 2024, so happy we discovered this hidden gem! Keep up the good work!

Excellent customer service! Friendly staff! I would not go back here though: 1. Beds are too firm, not enough padding, pillows are cheap and not supportive. 2. I have teens and this place is for 10 and under 3. Gym is open at 8 and closed by 7 pm, no free weights 4. If you stay under 6 nights you have to pay for your water, soda, and juice for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is included. This is a ridiculous policy. Charge for alcohol, I just wanted some free water. 5. Food check in for every meal with a person who has a sheet. Get with the times and send me a QR code for the duration of my stay. 6. Beach towels are $10 deposit, $1 per towel exchange fee. So I just avoided the fee by turning in my towels and getting new ones. Another bad policy. 7. Rooms for 6 people are cramped, the kitchen is not needed and just takes up space. 8. No functioning A/C in the room I was in. This should have been checked before I checked in. 9. The Internet is not high speed. 10. I came 15 min later after dinner service ended, food was still out and I was denied to take a carry out plate. If you have little kids and stay for 7 nights this might be the place for you.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Clean, beautiful, active. Everything you could need all under one roof. The staff are friendly and happy to help at any time and the food was so much better than anywhere else we’ve stayed. It was our 4yr olds first time abroad and she was so happy with everything and made loads of friends too! Will definitely be returning.

Had a brilliant time here. The room was as we expected the food exceeded our expectations, the pools are great for all ages and the staff were so helpful from the minute we got there!! All in all highly recommend, especially if you have children!! Will try and come again next year!

Very basic rooms, only twin beds available. Room amenities in urgent need of an upgrade. Food was hit-and-miss; several meals were a challenge due to bones left in diced chicken pieces). Food quality on first and last days of stay was very good, in between questionable. Security boxes in the room come with an additional charge. Entertainment was poor, daily animation team somewhat better. Pool area is fantastic and the hotel's main asset. Shop opening times seemed very inconsistent, and prices were too high. Overall, not the 4* experience it claims to be. Lloret de Mar resort offers very little for families or those in their 30s, with the overwhelming feeling that it is long past it's hey-day. Nearby resorts like Tossa de Mar were much more our vibe.

Chose this holiday with my husband as we went with my daughter , her husband and there 7year old son. It was about 20 minute transfer. We arrived and reception staff very friendly. We found our rooms which were quite basic but was impressed by the cleanliness and the size, there was a kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the pool with a good sized clothes horse. Impressed with the hairdryer one of the best ones I've used in an hotel. We had a room opposite our daughter, my son-in-law had to sleep in the living area over looking the pool so my grandson could share the bedroom with his mother, he found it noisy and they did have noisy neighbours while we didn't have any issues with noise. A lot of friendly spanish families although my grandson found it hard to mix. It is a family orientated hotel yet the entertainment didn't start until 9.45 although there was a small disco before hand much to late for my grandson. Excellent choice of Food. The morning we returned they opened the restaurant for us so we could have a continental breakfast with hot or cold drinks, just give them 24hrs notice. Thank you a pleasant stay

Spacious room, a great pool and lots of Entertainment and things to get involved in for the family. Its also close to a really nice quiet beach with plenty of shops nearby. Walk into Lloret is only 20 mins. There is a huge selection of food in the hotel restaurant, however some of it can be a bit bland. You can't have everything!

We went all inclusive. Food was pretty good and was constantly being replaced by freshly cooked food. The pool was nice and big with a separate play area the kids all loved. The area was relatively quiet as well, so no hordes of tourists. Would go again.

Had a brilliant time here just last week with my family ranging from ages 49 to 2 years old. Rooms were well equipped and clean. Pool was great, no problem getting a sun bed. Food was of high standard and always something for us to choose from. Location fabulous, 10 minute walk to town where there were a variety of shops and the beach. Would definitely return

Wonderful holiday and wonderful place! Hotel has everything you need in it! Staff are so helpful and polite. You’ll never go hungry with the amount offered with all inclusive. Massive variety of fresh food on offer and lovely outside seating area. The pool is great for children, plenty of things to keep everyone entertained. No fighting for sun beds which is a bonus. The rooms are basic but no complaints as they are clean and well organised, lovely to have a balcony to enjoy the sunshine. Really close to the beach and a few souvenir shops. Great experience and great price. Would definitely come back.

Our family of 5 spent an enjoyable week at this hotel. The children's ages ranged from 8 to 16. The staff were friendly and efficient, and very helpful. The food was excellent with lots of it. The pool entertainment again was first class. There are more than enough sunbeds and the pool area is kept spotless by a dedicated army of cleaners. The rooms were very clean with excellent air conditioning. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Rooms dated but spotless. Cleaned daily. The staff are fantastic, so helpful and polite. We had a late arrival and Freddy who checked us in offered to make us a sandwich! We went for the b&b option, there was a huge array of choice at breakfast. Needed a doc for a minor issue, reception helped and had a doctor to my room within 10 minutes. Short walk to beach and to the centre of Lloret de Mar. We have no hesitation in going back

Spent 11 days here in June with family and friends. Lovely hotel, food was really nice and great selection every day. Staff were all extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist. Lots of activities for adults and kids. Pool was great and pool activities were a lot of fun. Location is great....close to beach and water park. We would definitely consider coming back and would recommend to others. Thank you.

Been at the hotel for 11 nights and what I was more amazed was the food. GOOD QUALITY, plenty of choices for all type of people. Even the pasta everyday were diferent shapes and kind of pasta for the kids, plenty of desserts etc. ALL the Staff were brilliant all the time, from start to finish.Cleaners are lovely and always want to help you even if you don't ask ( I did not request to clean my room, and she saw me with my 1year old and offer to change my rubbish because it could smell :) that was so great :) rooms tidy, spacious and offer all the facilitiesyou need. Location is perfect, close to the beach, walking to town and not so busy as in the city centre. Underground car parking (15€ a day) but is worth it. The only down side for me really (I thing it goes from person to person) but I would like to have music all day in the pool, it will make the atmosphere better in my opinion. Overall, is a place to stay again, no doubt ;)

The 5 of us spent an enjoyable week at this hotel. It was popular with families of five given the kids room had 3 beds. The staff were good, friendly and always on hand. The reception team was great and helped with a couple of queries including a request to check out a little later. The food was excellent with lots of choices. The rooms were very clean with good air conditioning. Also the the whole hotel was tidy and well looked after. The entertainment was good although a touch late in the evening for our kids ages 5-11. We also liked the location 10-15 mins from a couple of beaches and also okay to walk to Lloret. Our only issue was pool a touch chilly but not unexpected given we visited in late October. This is a beautiful hotel, the staff are very friendly and the rooms were cleaned every day for our 7 night stay which was fantastic 😊 food was plentiful, we only went b&b as we have some fussy eaters so it suited us best. Plenty of pools to choose from for adults and kids depending on their ages. I was so happy that we didn't have to reserve any of the sun loungers there were always free ones no matter what time you went down to pool. We will definitely be back again thanks for having us 😁😁

Had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. All the staff are very friendly and pleasant. Rooms are basic but clean. We went for the all inclusive deal. Food was OK but plentiful with a good selection to suit everyone for breakfast lunch and Dinner. Plus hotdogs Burgers and pizza and chips and salad at the pool bar for the kids all day. We will definitely be back next year.

This is a package holiday hotel, they give everything you would expect. Rooms are cleaned daily, but are quite basic and in need of modernisation. No iron and nothing to wash and dry the cups, plates, glasses etc. Very noisy from other rooms, especially if they have children. Easy to find the hotel and it is not located in the more tacky tourist part of Lloret de Mar. Food is buffet style and acceptable.

We have spent a week here. First the plus points - Kid friendly, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, live station for waffles and pancakes on some days. The staff is friendly. Room is cleaned everyday and fresh towels are available. Now, for the negatives - The hotel was extremely crowded and noisy. The walls seem paper thin and we couldn't sleep peacefully on a single night without being woken up by noises from the other rooms around us - people's phones and alarms rings, sounds of water running in the other bathrooms, sounds of furniture being moved around. The staff cleaning the rooms that had been vacated early morning were very noisy, speaking loudly on their mobile phones and with each other. The kitchen in the apartment is very basic and the cutlery and crockery is not clean. Most apartments/apart hotels provide atleast a very basic kitchen kit with a sponge, brush and a tiny bottle of soap. None available here. No bottle opener in the kitchen. You need to go downstairs to the kitchen/bar if you need one. The buffet is huge with a lot of choices but the quality of food is poor. Clear case of quantity over quality. The cups, bowls and plates though washed very often dirty and dotted with food. Expected a lot better from a property with such a high rating. Disappointed and would not want to come back.

The hotel staff provide an amazing holiday. All staff are professional, polite and work exceptionally hard to provide an exceptionally clean environment. This is a fantastic place for families with a huge selection of food provided. We had great fun trying out activities and my grandson enjoyed the children’s club where again the staff were amazing.

The best Aparthotel in all of Spain. The entire place is of a very high standard with exceptional customer service from reception and the manager. Great location with plenty of everything around and the 10 minute slow stroll to the beach has plenty of places to eat, drink and shop on the way.

The hotel was brilliant. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the pool ! The pool was so much fun with the new splash pool too :D hours of fun spent in there ! The entertainment staff held various pool games throughout the day and for the kids, a mini aqua disco around 6-6.30pm in the pool ! The food was fab :) we were half board, so breakfast & dinner and we never once felt hungry. My 2 young children had a great amount each day! The staff are all so friendly & very welcoming.. always happy to help if we ever needed anything. There is also a small park area out front of the hotel, and a shop just to the left of the reception. Opens i think, 10.30 most days. The surrounding area was nice ,plenty of little shops and resturants as you walk down to the beach. Great hotel, great holiday we are hoping to return again in a year or two !

We really enjoyed our all inclusive stay here. The food was good. They have highchairs. Free ice creams for the kids. Plenty of choice at the bar too. You don't serve yourself because of covid which I think is sensible. The rooms were an ok size. They were cleaned every day. Fresh towels. Beds made. Had a little kitchenette. NOT A DOUBLE MATTRESS 🤦🏼‍♀️. The kids had a great time in the pools. The slides are brilliant. They always had 3 lifeguards on duty. Pools are freshwater. Entertainment was only ok. Magic show, flamenco, balancing act, & comedy/quick change show. The mini disco was a bit of a let down. They didn't speak English during it. Spoke French and Spanish. No English songs apart from baby shark which they played at the end of every show because the mascot is a shark. We really enjoyed our time here as a family.

Nice location not far from a beach, acceptable food and drinks (nothing fancy, but okay for a week), very nice pool area with a lot of sun loungers. The rooms aren't of top-level, but acceptable. The kitchens are equipped with refrigerators, cutlery, etc.

An amazing stay once again! This is our third stay at this wonderful hotel in 5 years whilst being our first visit since 2019. New water park is fantastic and thought has been given to ensure that their are ample sun beds etc. food brilliant as usual. Wide variety. Something for everyone. Hot and replenished regularly. At times the snack bar ran out of food and we had to wait a while. It was also a shame that they stopped the freshly baked breads in the snack bar. Whilst rooms are dated they are clean and well maintained. We only used ours to sleep in so the furniture etc doesn’t bother us. Lovely pool view to wake up to every morning. We had an issue with the air conditioning which was dealt with immediately. We had a brilliant 11 night relaxing holiday. Thank you to all of the staff who work tirelessly. If you’re considering this hotel then book it without reservation.

Very quick and easy to get checked into our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. The food (breakfast/dinner) was really good, a lot of selection and very helpful catering staff. The swimming pool area was amazing, great selection of area’s. The pool bar was great and the snack room was an added welcomed extra. The entertainment was good, kept my our family of 4 (my wife, and girls 11,16 years old) staying till the end. All through our 9 days stay our rooms were immaculately cleaned on our return. They only thing I can pick at, which isn’t much. Is that the air conditioning didn’t always work. But having said that we had a great holiday and the girls were very sad to leave.

As a couple with 3 young kids I couldn't recommend the resort enough. It has an amazing pool area with slides, a games room and a little playground. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were only a short walk from the shops and restaurants and only 10 minutes into the centre. The rooms were a little small but they were very clean. Breakfast was gorgeous, great selection.The only downside is dinner was not great so I wouldn't recommend going all inclusive. Would definitely visit again...

Excellent hotel with fantastic staff. Entertainment was for younger kids but everything was fab. The food was wonderful, and varied everyday. The location was quite central with buses running regularly to various towns, English speaking staff at the bus station was extremely helpful and made the journey even better. Overall a fantastic time and suited for families.

It is what it is. The pool was great and entertaining for the kids. Hours spent there and I loved it too. The food was as expected for the price. Nothing amazing but great for the price. If you want 5 star food you need to spend 5 star prices. The plates were dirty now and then at the breakfast buffet which did annoy me. The staff were helpful and I did not have any issues with them as yet. The parking was expensive at E10 a night. That adds up over 2 weeks. The rooms are basic but clean and tidy and functional. I judge by the value and what you can reasonably expect for a price and I got what I paid for and had a happy stay.

We had an amazing holiday all thanks to this hotel. Staff were amazing to me,my partner and 4 children. food was amazing so much choice. We did not want to leave our family apartment after our two week break it was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Very clean hotel , with a brilliant pool for the kids keeping them entertained, they had really thought of everything. Gail and Freddy on reception were so helpful and kind to us.We will be back in the future☺️

food was great and good selection, room was great and housekeeping is brilliant, most staff were lovely(couple of staff were sour but u get that in every job). couple of things just need addressing. around pools it is really slippery and everyday numerous people old and young got hurt falling, also there needs to be extra lifeguards, area is just too large with so many people for the lifeguards to cover, 3 kids got pulled out in the days I was there and the lifeguards were oblivious to it . pool toilets need regular mopping during the day as it was like an ice rink. The people working in entertainment were really nice and great with the kids. overall we had a great stay. would definitely recommend

The hotel itself is brilliant but we had massive issues with the food. We had to go out to eat in the evening as choice of meals was poor and everything seemed to have mushrooms in. No allergen care was taken at breakfast time either with omelettes being made with mushrooms in on the same hot plate as plain omelettes. Spoke to reception about the choices of food but were told that they had a wide selection of choices available which they didn't. They had the same dish on 3 times in the same evening and that was apparently a wide range of choices available. This sounds like I'm being picky but it seemed like they were using up what was left before the hotel closed for the winter months. As I said at the start of the review, the hotel and pools are fantastic. The rooms are cleaned daily and the complex is spotless. I would probably come back here but on a self catering basis as rooms are well equipped to cook and the hotel.is about a 10/15 minute walk to the main area of Lloret de mar. Overall we had a good holiday and the hotel is brilliant it's just that the evening food was terrible.

We chose to go all inclusive and we weren't disappointed there was a good selection of food and drinks too. The cleanliness of the hotel was to a high standard. Our only criticism was the evening entertainment wasn't as good as we would have expected. That being said overall it was a brilliant holiday and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

I stayed with my family for a week. The hotel was lovely, the food was ok. The snack area for all inclusive was the same really everyday cheap pizza, burgers, chicken skewers and chips. I stopped having this as the chicken and burgers were always pink inside and every time I told the lady or man behind the counter. The night entertainment is inside, so it’s a nightmare to watch the show. Because people staying at the hotel are from different countries, people have different ideas of what manners are. Every night we would have families squeeze seats into tights places in front of where we was seating so they could watch the show and block us and are so close that we can not move our legs. It’s a nice hotel but because of the headache of trying to watch the entertainment at night, and the food under cooked, I wouldn’t be in a rush to return to the hotel.

Just got back from a lovely 9 day stay, myself and my three children loved it, Would just like to thank the two pool attendants for making my disabled son Lewis feel extra special, he loves people being friendly and these's two went out there way, you really did make his day! 😁 also the guy that mainly worked to pool side bar, I know you don't understand much english, but you managed to understand my son with no speech ordering a large Coke! and a bottle of water for his Mum thanks so much for your patience. This hotel is lovely and clean the pool is great, food was fantastic ❤
