Smh super upset, I was coming at least once a month since being pregnant now 9 months I went about 2 weeks ago an everybody standing around said there systems down ok cool. Tonight I order through DoorDash an as you can see I ordered a TURKEY and sent bacon, lettuce, jalapeño, and cheese 😡 where is the main course super upset called store 5x NO ANSWER like did somebody get fired or this new crew doing drugs through out my pregnancy haven’t had no bad experiences haven’t been here since late February am looking at the other recent reviews I can clearly see this is a new crew

The fish sandwich is delicious and was on sale for 2 for $7 . My husband and I have ordered them twice a week during February and March. The milkshake is good, I had chocolate.

Food is horrible. I been living here 20 years. First time had Arby’s since it opened. And I have to say never again. Was the worst cold meat sucked out tenders and fries nothing special.

Service here is slow. Walked in a waited a good 5 minutes before anyone came from around the back to take my order. The place was empty and the employees looked at me several times so I'm not sure what the hold up was. Waited another 15 minutes for a slider and a order of boneless wings. One of the workers definitely took time to make their own lunch because she came from around the back with a full tray of food, sat down and proceeded to eat. Seriously.... The jalapeno roast beef slider was decent but the boneless wings were very mid .Not going to this Arby's location ever again.

Waited on our order although we were the only folks in line. ( drive thru) Then even though we repeated our drink order 4 times it was still wrong once we got it. But the young man who brought our order out to the car went back and fixed our drink order and made it right . The food was mediocre at best and I doubt we would go back

I cannot believe how bad the food was. This was my second time ever going to Arbys. The slider I ordered was disgusting and the fries were just as bad. It tasted like it sat around for hours. I left feedback on their site and asked for a call back and didn't hear from anyone. Also, I called the store back right away and no one answered. I will never go to this or any other Arbys.

I have visited this location a few times. The food has been pretty good. I tried the roast beef gyro this time, whereas I normally purchase the cornbeef reuben.. it wasn't my favorite. I usually get curly fries 🍟 with my order. The strawberry lemonade was really good! Although the drive-thru was pretty empty it took a while to place my order because the cashier was having issues with the regester. She was very pleasant and did apologize for the inconvenience numerous times. No major complaints so far, and I will visit again.

The French Dip and Swiss didn't come with any dip after asking for it, it still wasn't received 🤔 The roast beef sandwiches ordered, bread was cold. The fish was pretty good, though. Do better employees 🙄 Do better !!!

I had to try their new burger. Really good. Disappointed that my French fries were cold

Finally there is a fast food fish sandwich where the fish is bigger than the bun. My only complaint is, I ordered crinkle fries and got curly fries. Good was good.

They removed their Arby's sauce dispenser. Feels like the owner resents how much the customers take. What good is Arby's without the sauce?

I ordered a beef n cheddar through door dash and there is no cheddar on my sandwich at all. Dry and disgusting.

The idea of Arby’s is usually better than the execution. The food is fine/good, but the people working here and the dirty dining room are always a letdown. Some Arby’s restaurants do better than others in this regard, but this one leaves a lot to be desired. Problem is that I do like the food and it’s near my work, so I deal with it.

Decent young person was very gracious. Food was "meh". Arby's and I see less of each other.

I’m hooked on the roast beef and cheddar 2 for 7.00, so far everything is good, each sandwich from different places tastes the same

Good management by the nice Latina lady & good service in the drive-thru by the cute petite dark-skinned young female and the Jamaican guy in the evening.
