They make sure to take your money every month but can’t call back about nothing ! I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE AT ALL ! THE PEOPLE OVER TOP OF ME ARE STOMPING ALL DAY ALL NIGHT I REPORTED TWICE TO “Zoe” but apparently she can’t all me back but can make sure i write a good review. I talk to the property manager and she told me she was going to call me back and it’s been over a week ! DONT MOVE HERE ! THEY JUST SHOW YOU THAT ONE GOOD APARTMENT AND THEN STICK YOU SOMEWHWRRE WHERE THE PAINT EVAN DONE , The walls don’t even meet the floors but will call you when you about to miss rent !

Maintenance sock the plumbing in here is terrible you have black mold that they try to cover up with bleach clothing hanging on the balconies you just have to come here to see what I mean

It’s a old deteriorating apartment, they don’t fix nothing with a lot of holes for rats and other bugs infestation, call for pest control was charged, rats uses my apartment than I, they even in my sofa , the apartment smells with the amount of mice running around every day, sewage is high on top of the high rent they charge . Move in with a carpet so old and dirty,bugs live on them . Appliances old and malfunctioning, . I spent so much to clean my apartment and buy bugs spray and mice traps, to make the apartment livable . Every move the person living above, you on the lower floor can hear , which can be very disturbing at times . Not going lie ,Mr Miguel Lopez was the best experienced, he has good customer service skills . They just need to do better with their high rent charge .

Amazing place to be in here at Milbrook, Office staff are amazing, always help us with any maintenance issue. I just signed my new contract and Zoe helped me with new things needed for my apartment. They repainted my whole apartment installed new carpet. They do call to make sure if my maintenance works are completed and make sure its been done satisfactory. Very Pleasant. I am very happy with where I am.

Lynette Brown, is the Assistant Property Manager. Mrs. Brown is by far one of the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly people at this property. She is very understanding and empathetic. Whenever I have a situation, Mrs Brown is eager to assist and give great direction. She will explain, give clarity and be sure you understand your situation. Mrs. Brown is a people person and knows how to effectively communicate with the public.. I feel safe knowing someone here knows how to treat people and give effective guidance.

My Husband and I live here for 15 years. Very pleasant and very clean property. We have cleaners come to our building everyday and keep it nice and clean. Office staff is very pleasant and helpful. We don't want to go anywhere else. I do have neighbors who live here almost 20 years. But I wish some neighbors with pets stayed clean. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

The most unprofessional company I have yet to come across. Before I signed the lease and toured the apartment I was told there were going to be certain renovations done to my current apartment before I moved in. The renovations never happened. I’ve had the worse experience with rodents and bugs. I’ve communicated multiple times with the leasing office as well as maintenance dealing with this issue. The issue has yet to be resolved and I’ve been here for over 3 years now. Ive put in several maintenance orders dealing with other issues in my apartment as far as losing heat, rodents and water problems/leakage. Maintenance likes to decide when they want to come and how they want to resolve the issue. Everytime I communicated with the leasing office they either take days to reply or not reply at all. When I’ve physically went to the leasing office they have been closed on days that said they are supposed to be open. They are completely non communicative. But want to charge their residents higher rent for sewage monger other amenities that they have yet to provide. This has to be the one of the worse places to live in the Northeast region. I would not recommend anyone to live here

We have the pleasure of working with Milbrook Apartments and their awesome management crew on their roofs. They are very focused on making sure every work order is addressed quickly and seem to have a strong desire to make sure their tenants are happy and well cared for

For this to be my first time on my own this was the worst living experience i ever had. I PAY RENT ON TIME AND A MONTH A HEAD ! To be Told That The Mold That Keeps Building In My Window of my apartment is dirt by Madison . Lynett never came back to me w. The report of my apartment. And for Zoe to call trying to persuade me to renew my lease is crazy. YALL HAVE LOST YALL MINE . AND I thank God As Soon As February Hit I’m Gone . IM GOING TO PRAY FOR THAT RENTAL OFFICE AND MAINTAINS OFFICE Cause imma changed person but they going to run into somebody that’s not the way they carry business.

Way too expensive and no repairs done on apartment but, they raise your rent up annually without question nor caring that your wages are raised. Greedy!

My dad Harry Scott scotty was manitance Manger of Millbrook from 1970 to 1996 when we moved to Florida. He loved it there . He has since passed a2sy but that place was his life. I grew up there. I went to Millbrook elm. Pikesville.misdle.and Pikesville high. My kids were born there. I miss there so much sometimes

When I called to ask questions about the apartments mr. luis knew every answer and helped me see Milbrook as a better option to move in and with his help I will be hopefully moving to the community very soon!! Thank you!

Talked to Ms.Brown the Assistant Property Manager told her my concerns and she respectfully listen to my issues I was having in my home and made corrective actions to fix all my concerns I found her excellent communication, professionalism and attention to detail to each issues a great experience

It’s a nice community and the customer service is great, they always assist you with anything you need and more…

Even the property is really dirty and irresponsible and thieves, I do not recommend it if you are thinking of moving this is not the place, when they gave us the apartment they said it would be clean and it was not like that we had to clean it apart from that it was destroyed the kitchen is totally old, I have 3 I have lived here for years and I went to ask for the key to my storage, which by the way I have never used and they gave me the wrong one. I went many times and the office manager, when I went for the last time to tell her to send someone to supervise, came out very angry. , saying that maybe the lock didn't work but he never gave me a solution so I told him that I didn't need that anymore and that it was irresponsible because I'm paying a lot for something that doesn't work, and they also charged me for apartment insurance that I didn't even pay. I knew, back in the day I already paid insurance for the apartment and they wanted to charge me for two insurance policies at the same time.
