    My experience at the OMNI Eye Specialists center was a good and easy process. The staff was friendly and made my time there comfortable with ease. Dr. Garcia was thoughtful and took his time to explain my condition to me and made important suggestions for me. I will be back again for a follow-up. I would give the center five stars.

    Omni Eye specialist made me feel comfortable and relaxed the staff was very friendly and helpful everyone was very Professional and patient the Doctor was very clear and informative I left feeling confident about my vision health I have decided to recommend Omni to everyone and to make them my primary eye care provider!!!🙂

    The personal are very friendly and helpful. The doctors are very good with the patients. And when you are there they make you feel comfortable.

    Everyone at this office was so pleasant, so professional and really really take interest in their patients. I wish that all of my doctors that I had to see which treat me with that type of dignity and respect. Thank you so very very much for having the staff and the doctors and the technical person to serve elderly people again thank you.

    Everyone is so courteous and polite. Taking time with you. Not rushing you. Providing professional services in a timely manner. Supplying the necessary details regarding your condition in understandable language as well as promptly answering all your questions. I have been with them since the summer of 2021. All my doctors have been great. In speaking with other clients I've not gotten a bad report. Thank you. I appreciate the care you provide.     It has been my experience that Dr. Jasmine N., really cares for my Eyecare for the past several years . She’s the only reason why I continue coming !! Sadly to say , each of the Baltimore locations of Front Desk Receptionists are not very well trained or informed of how to behave among the public . The Optic-an entered the wrong code for Billing and I was charged and slapped with a Balance after I paid my portion for add On’s ; and received my glasses ; after the fact . It was explained to me what my “Total Cost “ was at the time of picking my frames out ; nothing special, just simple frames and tent . I Paid and received a receipt 🧾. The Optician was never planning to come forth ; only to me . That’s just wrong and shows a lack of character and integrity . I spoke with Billing several times and explained what happened; my issue is still unresolved. I no longer trust Omni Eye Services; they are greedy and don’t care about your concerns “ Rhonda”. I would not recommend them, to anyone . Poor Management, I reached out to the Office Management in this regard and he never responded, Brian Little . Marie is the Optician; required me return to select my glasses stating , my insurance eligibility was not covered until August ( the person who scheduled me should’ve been knowledgeable of that pertinent information) ; I couldn’t even select them same day as my visit because they were so hasty to schedule me ; scheduling team didn’t even advise me of this , they need ongoing training .The quality of service is poor, much worst than it’s been . I’m writing because I want the community to be advised and aware . Everyone knows , eyeglasses are not released to a patient with a Balance Due!! They lie and hide !!

    I have been with Omni for a year now. Initially a young lady at the front desk was rude and dismissive talking to customers as children but I haven't seen her so maybe she's no longer there. I had two cataract removal surgeries, Dr. Garcia was the surgeon and he was pleasant to work with although after my first surgery he recommended the left eye gets surgery next I guess he meant his left my right but I was confused and afraid at that point that he didn't know which eye he last operated on. I even said "you did my left eye already" several times but he kept saying my left. I was later able to get that cleared up with another doctor there that took the time to look into my chart. Today I had a disappointing appointment with Dr. Eric Jones and that's the reason why I'm leaving Omni. Last week he examined my eye and said he notices some swelling and I need an injection because he hasn't given me one since March (historically previous specialists would inject me monthly). I told Dr. Jones I could not stay for an injection because I have to return to work and I won't be able to see once my pupils are diluted. So today I go in for my injections. I wait over an hour and I was there early. Finally when I'm seen Dr. Jones says my eyes look great since March. I ask if I need the injections and he says I can get them it won't hurt. Last week he said I need them, today he says I don't but I can. I tell the doctor I will be late returning to work since I was waiting an hour to be seen and I too have patients to see in the next 30 minutes. Dr. Jones interjects and angrily says "plan to be here for two hours...two hours. I have never been told that before. I asked if he was okay this is not usual behavior for him. He stands up, opens the door and says nothing so I left. I'm disgusted with Dr. Jones' attitude today, late arrival to my appointment and lack of respect for my time. I and also frustrated with his overall incompetence at every appointment never remembering what he said the appointment before, ,not taking initiative to look at my chart for previous notes unless I ask him to. Maybe he's tired, maybe it's time he retire. I don't know but I do know I've located a more professional eye specialist that my husband told me to try one year ago smh

    Omni Eye Specialist has some of the most professional and courteous doctors and employees. I always feel at ease when tests are taken and information shared with me by my doctor's.

    The technicians and the doctor I saw were pleasant and professional. My issue is with the answering of the phone. I tried for over a week to talk to someone in order to get an appointment. I left my name and number on the recording as directed, and no one called. You would think that there would be a better phone service for this type of business.

    I have been using OMNI Eye Specialists for years and have always received the best quality service. My mom was also a patient there (she past a couple years ago). There staff and doctors are very professional. I highly recommend them.

    Love the doctor. Worse customer service. You can call at 8 am and they don’t answer the phone it’s Now 20 minutes after opening still not Answering Phone.
