I bought an air conditioner and it came out used old and they didn't want to change it, check your product before leaving because something old can come out.

Sam's Club Management allows thugs in front of the store to shake down shoppers while they leave. And now, Squeegee Boys intimidate customers in the parking lot even blocking cars from driving. Costco would never allow this and I'd rather drive the extra 2 miles for the better shopping experience. And it's amazing you respond to my public 1 star review but your staff hangs up when I try to speak to the store manager to report the problems. It's easier to apologize than be proactive. Your response should have been, "we will look into this to ensure it doesn't happen again to our customers".

This store has a bunch of young persons that lack customer service skills most days the negative energy in here is so thick you can cut it with a knife !! Who is in charge of the managerial ? This was a professionally ran establishment for many years but the last 18 months it’s gon extremely down hill and it’s the many people such as myself that come in this establishment and spend sometimes 10k to 15k a month For my business that’s adds to about 100K annually but after today never again…. I drive the distance for a over all better experience. PS please Get some adults that want to work cause this ain’t it.

This Sam's Club needs to be inspected by corporate management!! #samsclubcorporate WORST customer's service of any Sam's Club in Maryland. The associates "helping" the self-checkout and their manager ("Maya"?) are so disrespectful, it's just beyond belief. We just renewed our $110 Plus Membership and have another business account. But after today's encounter (Dec 26, around 1 p.m.) we are considering cancelling both accounts. To make a long story short, we encountered a very aggressive associate as we started scanning our items. She approached us, cancelled the checkout process and said we were not in line. To be clear, there was no line and there were fewer customers than checkout terminals. A huge argument ensued. She called the manager ("Maya") who took the side of this bad associate. We decided to leave everything behind and walk out empty handed. The only positive thing about this was that the exit line was probably 50+ people deep with only one employee scanning the purchases. So it saved us time. With such minimal store traffic as was at 1 p.m. on Dec 26, the associates should be helping the huge exit line. And not harass members checking out their purchases! The corporate managers need to read these reviews. The 5-star reviews are because of cheap gas. Read the many complaints regarding the checkout associates. This is unacceptable to have so many bad apples employed there. We refuse to pay $110 for this abuse! :-( P.S. Also, before we left home, we called the store to see if the store was open. Several calls, one rang for 10 minutes. No one answered.

Customer service very bad! Staff refused to sanitize the self service. cash register between customers, to reduce the spread of Covid and other deadly transmissions. This unsanitary practice at this location , could affect anyone patronizing them. Staff noted to be very unfriendly , nonchalant and very rude. I suggest you place sanitizer and wipes at every cash register for self service customers to clean in between to reduce infection. Manager needs to look into this issue and correct it to avoid loosing customers . Very unsatisfied customer!

Very bad experience. I asked the cashier is this the right line to check out? She told me to wait on the other side while another clerk arranged for my next guests to check out there. I tried to tell her that I was here first, but she just cut me off rudely and told me to go to the back of the line. Just a small problem, but they don't have any desire to listen to the guest. And it was handled in a very rude and forceful manner. You can hardly imagine this is a member store, because there is no service here. Don't come here if you don't want your nice day off spoiled

I don’t appreciate your staff, talking to me and other people like we are dogs. If a policy in your store changes that’s fine. But for one of your front in managers tells me if I can’t abide by the rules then I can’t shop in that store is not acceptable. Now I do understand that you have to transfer your stuff from one cart to another., But at the time she told me that I was done. So your employees need to be manning their post, so when customers come up to the self check out They know of the new rule. you might want to reconsider this new rule for the people with disabilities that struggle to even get around the store… if your employees were more in tune with customer service, maybe you wouldn’t have gotten a review. I would like a store manager over the whole store to communicate with this review. So I can communicate with the store manager.

I was told by sams management/ Daniele that employees cannot attend any type of school or other work to be employed here , she also stated new hires cannot be employed if they are in school or have any other type of employment even for a part time position I ask why if the potential candidate schedule doesn’t interfere with SAMS schedule? she said that’s just the rules. And refused to continue the interview even though I beyond met the qualifications for the position this seems unethical and of professional mishandling since in this day and time most persons have more than one stream of income. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR may need to look into this

I know this review is probably seemingly unorthodox but thought I’d give it anyway. I went Sam’s to purchase needed items but decided to make a stop at their café for a snack to head home. I’m SOOOO GLAD I did. I purchased the brownie sundae with both chocolate and vanilla frozen yogurt. When I ordered, the young ladies quickly informed me they didn’t have the caramel. I replied that it was fine to make it without the caramel. The delight I received when it was so carefully and thoughtfully presented. I experienced sheer amazement. I have NEVER seen one of the café workers put any real finesse into how they made the frozen yogurt cups. This young lady made my cup appear as though I paid ten times the amount. The dessert not only looked good, but it tasted great too. I’ll definitely be back for this. Honorable mention: the foot long churro (served warm, with the perfect amount of cinnamon, crunch, and softness🤌🏾)

Pickup is the absolute worse here. Do not place a pickup order unless you are willing to wait a hour and a half or more. Definitely more. All they say is “we backed up”. They really need more employees or some that are more productive because some of them don’t even care about the times you wait. They usually picky through and bring out all the smaller orders and make everyone else wait. It should be from the time you check in not how many items you have.

Bought car tires and paid for installation. Their website clearly says wheel alignment is included. We didn’t find out the wheels weren’t aligned until the car started to give us a dashboard warning. We called to complain, someone told us they don’t do wheel alignment and when I asked why didn’t inform of us of that; they hung up. Great customer service.

This location is convenient to me, but that's where the good news ends. The parking lot is in rough shape, many times there are no carts available because nobody has brought them in from outside. The scan and go is a game changer though - much better than waiting in line. I would rather drive the extra way and go to Severn - just cleaner and much nicer. Yesterday, we bought spareribs pre-cooked, and heated them for dinner today. They tasted odd, and I felt unwell this evening. I suspect they were old. The gas line is atrocious - I went to Safeway across the street even though gas was 10 cents higher. For my tank, it cost me an extra dollar - but wouldn't have been worth waiting in line 45 minutes for that dollar at Sams.

Haven’t been here in a minute! But it looks like much has improved. Re-established my membership at the top of the year. All was clean and well stocked with the exception of the rest room, very dirty, wet floor and unkept. Outside of that pretty decent. They had everything I came for and the self checkout was pretty quick for a Friday afternoon. I’ll be back.

This is one of my favorite stores❤️ I visit this Sams club a least twice a week and I’m never disappointed. The scan and go feature is the best thing they could have came up with🥰 no more waiting in long lines on busy days. The staff are always helpful and informative. This is by far the best Sams Club. 👌🏾👌🏾

I went shopping yesterday, and there was a female employee at the self-service cash register with a very bad attitude. I hope sam's needs to choose carefully when recruiting staff, and don't hire people with such bad attitudes and racism! I asked her a question and she said she didn't want to talk to me!

Waiting for curbside but all spots are taken and no one is inside their vehicles. Where is managment or the security rent a cop? Why would you create curbside pickup but then don't manage it properly. People park their vehicles and go shopping

I really like this SC but it would be better if they put up "markings, signs or line strips" so that the customers would know exactly what registers to go to, especially with self-checkout. I used to see employees direct the lines but lately I haven't, it's probably due to staffing shortage. When I was there the other day, there was almost a "brawl" between two women concerning the line and which register belonged to which specific line. So, strips or something of that nature would be helpful & make it run smoothly and less intense. Besides, we're already on edge concerning the food inflation prices of today, no need to be the same way checking out.

I have been a member for years. Scan and go is the best thing ever. I was in and out with 29 items in less than 10 minutes. Getting my gas and food in one place is very convenient. My only recommendation would be to open at 9:00 am on Sunday instead of 10. I am happy with everything else.

Not even deserved to give one star. Curb side pick up order was terrible. Waiting for more than an hour, I had to ask one of curb side associates while he came to other car, and he had such an attitude already when I asked him nicely to check my order. Also noticed there were more than 4 cars came and park in curb side pick up order but the driver just left out their car and went inside shopping. Such terrible people...no wonder the curb side pick up order always look so many car park in it looks they are busy...but come on, you can see there are no drivers inside the car...the sam's management should handle and fix this matter.

It's okay, they always keeping stuff which drives me crazy. I understand that's a good way to get customer to walk around and visit the dead area, but waste of time for me.

I received my order on Christmas Eve and I was missing two items. I tried calling multiple times someone kept picking up and hanging up. I called today and set on the telephone for over 15 minutes. You would hear someone pick up and place me back on hold. A few minutes later the call was disconnected! Sam’s really needs to go over customer service with all staff that answers the telephone. The first two ladies had attitudes, the store just open and they mad already?? I finally talked to a manager my issue wasn’t resolved, but she did provide me corporate number. I’ll be reaching out shortly! I called the number that was giving and that was the wrong number! Great job

I have been a royal customer for over 30 years. Great prices and values. The selections in the store could be more varieties! I enjoy the plus member benefits of free delivery and cash back bonuses. I also try scanning barcode when pumping gasoline ⛽ It's a real time saver!

The check out lines were much better but the exit was horrendous. There was only one person at the exit and the line was all the way to the snack area. The snack area line was also ridiculous as usual. They have to do better.

This place was ghetto fabulous. We ordered on line to pick up lobster tails. We were told the order would be ready between 5 and 6pm. We got there about 5:15, We were told they were still working on it. 6 o"clock came still no order. Each time we checked the order it showed still working on it. We went to a nearby store for something to eat. Each time we checked on line we got a still working on it message. We returned to the store about 7:15, waited in line until 7:30 only to find out that part of our order was held up because the bakery didn't have the cookie portion of our order. We recieved no apology for the delay. To make matters worth we were advised that it may take sometime to get our credit from the cookies. I wonder what Sam Walton would thing of this service?

This Sam's is always crowded, but I have the plus membership so I was able to get in early. I found everything I needed without an issue, was using the scan and go app, but unfortunately it stopped reading my items at the tail-end of my shopping, so I had to stand in line and get rung up at the register. This was very inconvenient. When the scan and go app is working properly, it is an awesome alternative to shopping and standing in line.

my mom brought me cake from sams club Catonsville and the cake isn’t what we put in , i think if they didn’t have what we wanted they could’ve told us and we could’ve changed our orders , my mother ordered a 2 tier cake and we put in a special order for it to look a certain way and when we received it the flowers were falling of the side , the 15 isn’t even centered , you can tell they made the cake last second .

Great selections for bulk groceries and other items. The drawback is having to purchase large quantities of produce that will spoil before consumption. Having to make 2 stops for groceries is not ideal.. However, the staff was friendly and polite and the checkout lines are were moving fast and efficiently.

It was great until my fiance answered my phone and found out that I was a lying, conniving cheater who has been spending a lot of time on the phone with my ex instead of her after I tortured her for 7 years for saying that "she would've loved to attend a party" in passing conversation to a friend of mine and accusing her of cheating for years. Such a great experience. Hit me up if y'all like dishonest leprechauns who be real slick with it!

Sam club is okay I sign up for Members but they ran out of Card so my mother keep calling every day and still no cards this suck I can loss that piece of paper they gave me. That's why I gave it 3 star. I hope the service is better when I start shopping there.

I have been shopping at Sam's Club since it was located at Port Covington. Occasionally it is a hot mess but when management hears the compliant they respond. And new people are hired because that is usually my compliant (bad customer service). Lucky for me, I have not had that bad service for over ten years now. And I love that I can find everything I want when I do shop there. Great store and location (even during the pandemic shut down) 🙂.

I like this location. The items are fresh and there’s a good selection. I usually multiply each item in my cart by 7 to figure my tab. There’s a huge parking lair, but I prefer parking along it’s side. There’s not many employees around for assistance, but overall it’s a smooth transaction- especially using self checkout.
