Have
a
presentation
to
my
board
of
directors
tomorrow
and
made
an
appointment,
5
weeks
ago
for
a
hair
cut,
so
i
look
proper.
Responded
to
the
various
texts
and
emails
over
the
previous
few
days
to
confirm
the
appointment.
Arrived
5
minutes
early,
somewhat
greeted,
and
then
sat
and
waited
for
15
minutes
with
no
update,
not
a
word
was
said.
Based
on
the
previous
appointments
hair
cut
time,
there
was
no
way
I
was
going
to
make
my
next
appointment
so
I
said
I
needed
to
leave.
I
was
going
to
be
respectful
to
the
person
who
graciously
made
time
for
me.
The
person
at
the
desk
did
not
say
a
word.
No
apology.
Not
a
question
or
suggestion
of
an
alternate
date
or
time.
Mistakes
happen
but
at
least
be
respectful
enough
of
others
time
and
apologize
for
blowing
a
client
off
and/or
offer
an
alternative
instead
of
literally
saying
nothing.
BTW,
if
you
cancel
in
less
than
24
hours,
they
charge
50%.
If
you
don't
show
for
an
appointment,
you
are
charged
100%.
Think
they'll
reimburse
me
for
my
time?
UPDATE...the
stylist
called,
would
not
answer
any
questions
and
handed
the
phone
to
the
owner.
The
owner
blamed
me
for
not
waiting
15
minutes,
obviously
did
not
respect
my
time
and
that
I
had
another
appointment.
She
also
hung
up
while
I
was
talking.
She
refused
to
answer
the
question
of
why
they
couldn't
provide
an
update
on
the
delay.
In
a
nutshell,
this
was
all
my
fault
based
on
the
comments
of
the
stylist
and
owner,
even
though
I
showed
up
on
time.
