This is the most comfortable Dentist’s office I have ever been to. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Dr. Shaw helped me understand what work I needed to have done and why. Didn’t make me feel judged for the amount of work I need done and helped put together a realistic dental plan to help me get my dental health back. Truly I am grateful to be going to such a stellar practice.

I recommend Lockport dental all the time. Dr. Shaw has been my dentist for at least 30 years. I have a lot of anxiety when I go to the dentist and he definitely handles it quite well. He is excellent, and will do whatever it takes to save your teeth. He is very compassionate. The employees are all very nice.😊

Today was my first appointment here as a new patient, and I am thoroughly impressed. Not only did they get me in quickly (less than a week) but everyone from the front desk staff to Dr. Shaw were wonderful. Kim, the hygienist, was very careful in doing my exam/cleaning/x-rays. I go back in a few weeks to have a decaying tooth extracted that unfortunately can't be saved because I had a root canal and crown done on it a while back. But I'm not at all concerned. Five stars for this practice all the way!

I used to be terrified to go to the dentist. Since finding Dr. Shaw & Kim, no more fear. They are so caring & amazing at their craft. The office staff is also great.

Cleanings are thorough yet gentle on my mouth. I appreciate that. The Doc checks everything over and evaluates the health of my teeth afterward, this gives me a feeling of confidence and makes me feel like I am being taken care of. The office from the front desk to the dental chair is a positive atmosphere.
