My mom and I went to get permanent bracelets for her birthday! We had been looking into getting permanent bracelets for quite some time, but couldn't find anywhere in the area. When we stumbled upon Perfectly Linked, we were so excited! The process of booking the appointment was so easy! When we arrived for our appointments, we were not on Kelly's schedule. Even though we received texts/emails regarding the appointments, they never transferred to her end. Kelly was extremely apologetic and was still able to get us linked! There were so many different options of both gold and silver bracelets as well as charms. My mom and I decided to get matching bracelets and are so happy with our choice! Oh gosh, where do I begin?! Kelly is phenomenal and I absolutely loved her! I've been wanting to get "permanent" jewelry for years but never found anyone near to do it. So you can imagine how excited I was to find her place in my old town just 8 minutes away. I got a silver anklet for my darling and I anniversary so it was a surprise for him.. It's gorgeous!! My darling adored it! The heart chain with the heart gem charm is simple but it means the world to us. I can't wait to bring back my daughter for a mommy and me matching set!

After suddenly losing my sister in June, I wanted to do something that would keep her close to me. I remember seeing and episode on Married at First Sight where the couple both got permanent bracelets. I immediately began my Google search. Several stores popped up in Chicago. After reviewing their websites, I opted not to reach out to them. Then I came across Perfectly Linked. As I looked on their website and FB page, I thought to myself, this just might be the perfect place. Just from the pictures and the captions, I said, "Oh, this feels like home." I immediately emailed for an appointment giving details as to why I wanted to make an appointment. Kelly responded right away. Fast forward, Kelly greets me with a warm hug. I really wanted to burst into tears because earlier that day, I had to make the decision to allow my fur-baby to gain her wings peacefully. Tough month for me, but Kelly made everything all better with the space she created for me(well all of her customers). Little did I know that she had an arrangement of flowers just for me. Thank you Kelly. You are amazing and I absolutely love my bracelets. Yes, I went in to get one but I couldn't pass on the other two. Thank you for the sparkling lemonade which was delicious. Thank you for the conversation and most of all thank you for sharing your craft with me and everyone else. You couldn't have picked a better name. My sister asked the girls to be in her wedding today and then surprised us by taking us to Perfectly Linked. We had such a memorable experience! Our afternoon was filled with smiles, champagne, and beautiful new bracelets for the wedding party- I couldn’t choose, so I got 2! Kelly was friendly and provided a great atmosphere.
