The property manager was very rude and tried to charge me extra for my emotional service animal. We were never able to get a hold of her during her hours and would try calling often, sometimes leaving messages, but never receiving a reply. The downstairs neighbors we had were impolite and always banged on our floors telling us we should be quiet even though it wasn't quiet hours yet. The actual apartment was nice, however, living their felt like a prison due to constant complaints from our neighbor about us just walking around.
