Terrible. My wife spend over $50 on a quick meal, we open it up and it looks like this. All 6 patty’s were burnt to a crisp, the hot dogs were rock hard, burnt and indistinguishable, the drinks barely had any taste at all (cup of melted ice). Try to call the location and they just let the phone ring. Call corporate and they just say they will investigate.

I mistakenly read it wrong so the order was messed up. Instead of asking to see if it was correct they made it that way. To clarify I have been having issues seeing. When I realized the whole order was off and told the lady she acted like its my problem not hers. So I got upset. The whole situation was a misunderstanding but instead of handing it like a professional. It was like I was talking to a child who didn't care and why was I making it her problem. Nobody would ever order a plain burrito. All there was in it was tomatoes and a tortilla. Seriously not your problem. I just spent $40 on food i couldn't eat. Chicken sandwich with nothing on it taste nasty. Next time ask questions especially if the customer is right there a button away from 40 minutes wasted on nothing.

We went right before closing. Around 11:30. We placed an order of almost $60. We rarely get Sonic so we get a little bit of everything and split. We ordered their newest steak grilled cheese. I was not impressed. The boyfriend enjoyed it though. Soft pretzel with cheese was awesome, but too salty for me and I LOVE salt. Burgers, chicken, hotdogs, fries, all fresh and delicious. The snickers caramel little treat was amazing. I am NOT a sweetsie kind of person, but this was just enough and so good I kept more for myself than the boyfriend ate. Last was the blue raspberry slushie... we added real cherry fruit, but received flavoring instead, and added NERDS candy. We didn't think we were going to like it, but ended up wishing we bought a large instead of a small. Their fountain drinks we ordered a coke in the biggest size... 44. There is WAY more ice than coke. At least they have the good ice and we had a spare can of RC. The BBQ tatir tots were too much flavor for me. The Frito burrito was good.

Fun and delicious! Came with the family to eat in the car on a gorgeous day out! From the person who took our order to the person who brought it out, they were super friendly! Very welcoming place. Food came out fast and tasted great. Orders were correct! The onion rings are so delicious! Shakes were thick! The kiddies loved the slushies! We had a fun dinner here and will be back!

Lady on the intercom perhaps was having a bad day. Only 3 cars in lot and told she'll be with me in a few minutes. When she came on she sounded exhausted. Food came and the guy who brought it was great: smiling, attentive; a real nice guy. Food: tasted like it was over cooked/soooo hot in a microwave. Definitely disappointed again. Disappointed first time about a month ago but thought I'd give them another chance. I don't think we'll be going here again. Sad.

I drive about 35 minutes to come to this location. I always order slushs and sides. The food and drink is always fantastic. The service is very okay. I do tend to come later in the evening but they're usually open until 11. Today I made it at 10:30pm and was told they were closed. I didn't argue because that would go nowhere. I'm just disappointed and feel a little lied to. I will probably continue coming here but I'm still disappointed.

The worst 2 hotdogs I ever had. Unbelievable my chili dog had 3 beans in it that's how thin the chili spread was and the all American dog had more relish than anything else. How complicated is it to make these hotdogs ? Damm shame l used to like Sonic ,hopefully it's only the one in Lockport that has zero quality control.

I use Uber eats and most times I can get decent food or my order is correct. Sometimes like tonight I ordered the Honey bbq popcorn chicken and got just the popcorn chicken plain. I mean it's not that hard to read the order word for word.

Ordered one hot dog, $4.23, ok, appeared to be an extra skinny hot dog, ok, ate the hot dog, ok, they put ketchup on the hot dog, ok, ah no.

We never eat here, but we LOVE the slushes! If you order in the app the slushes are half off which is a SUPER deal! The lemonade slush is so refreshing on a super hot day!

First time back at this Lockport location in about a year. I went through the drive thru to get a slushy,I ask did they still have happy hour because it’s been so long since I been to sonic.the manager on shift 6/24 Sunday at 5:57pm is the person who took my order(he said “No”). I still order a small green apple slushy. When I pulled around to the window, I noticed that theres a sign on the window that says happy hour and the time of happy hour(which is was over but I was still going to order). So I ask him did he hear my question at the speaker because I wanted to be sure.he ask me why I ask , if basically I see the sign and proceeded to close the window as I was talking which I feel was extremely rude.he was extremely dismissive of my questions and short!i made sure to be patient because I believe he was having a bad night or just hates his job. I will never go back there as long as Matt is still working there and is the manager. I followed up with corporate and will be calling the store manager in hope to get the situation rectified.

Stopped into sonic for my birthday. Ordered some yummy drinks and snacks. Order came out exactly how I ordered. Delicious ocean water and lemonade.

My review is about the service. This particular location provides great service. Because it is a quick response after pushing the red order button. The staff has always been friendly and nice. My girlfriend said this is an excellent Sonics location. Our Order arrived quickly and correctly. The onion rings were crispy and crunchy like they should be. The burger is made fresh and quite delicious.

Tastes like microwaved chicken, who knew $50 worth of food could fit in half a bag and I'm not being critical either. Truly just bad for it's price if you want chicken go to KFC or McDonald's even. I'm very disappointed. 3 4 inch half cooked sticks of cheese breaded with old bread crumbs. Popcorn chicken that was cold, large chilly cheese fries that had 17 fries in it (yes I counted) and cheese and chili were cold. Never getting from here again. Btw slushy was overpriced and half of it was just water. Nerds didn't help it either. Garbage.....

they lied and said they didn't have ice cream when they did, then we asked for ice cream again and they said the machine was broken. So which one is it hmmm 🤨 you should never ever lie to you customers, this is a fact 😤 The food was good, but also never lie to me again.

Very slow at the drive up the drive. I had to tell her order 4 times and when I got up there it was still wrong. High prices. hard to use the app

Order was accurate. I use the app and by the time I arrive I'm only waiting 1-3 minutes. Drinks are discounted in the app. No complaints at all.

Tried to tell them about my concern of cockroaches all over the patio outside, but one of the workers who stated he was 19 years old, came outside and threatened to “beat our asses”. They Didn’t even give us a chance to voice our concern. I think they are most deserving of a 1 star review.

The food was out quick but tasted old and dry. The cherry limeade I got had almost no cherry flavor in it, and they didn't put any whole cherries either. I don't recommend this location.

Absolutely terrible. The food is mediocre, but my daughter and I love the pretzels and cheese. The last FOUR TIMES we have ordered, they leave out the cheese, despite requesting it (even though it’s supposed to just come with it). I’ve tried calling literally all day to ask if they could make sure to include it this time, no answer. Took a chance, and again, no cheese. I wasn’t going to review, but they are still not answering the phones. Never again.
