I’ve ordered take out here and decided to dine in yesterday and I’m glad I did! The food is delicious and the service was quick and efficient. I didn’t have to ask for anything, he was already there replacing drinks, bringing boxes, etc. The restaurant is very clean and aesthetically pleasing!

Food was amazing and the tea was refreshing. My chicken and broccoli came with mushrooms, which I am allergic, but they fixed it quickly! My 14 year old had the Seafood Ramen and it was the best she has had!! Highly recommend!!!!

ive been coming here since 1988! it was a bit different back then and different owners but same atmosphere. in all of those years i have never had my order be wrong and its always fresh hot and tasty and good amounts for their reasonable prices. authentic chinese slightly dimmed decor a huge fish tank and a nice little bar with a television as well. if im getting chinese food in lockport, its from pagoda!

Fantastic food and excellent service. My absolute favorite place for egg rolls. I also recommend the hot pot that you share with multiple people. They also have some creative and fun adult beverages

The owner was so unbelievably rude tonight. I called to say that they forgot to put my rice in the bag. He said, “Oh, I’ll need to yell at my guy. Do you want to come back for it?” I said “I guess so. I don’t have anything to put my chicken on.” Hung up. I then looked at my pot stickers and called back and said that they looked different than how they usually come. He had me describe…They were deep fried. They typically come pan fried. I said “Can you please just fix that, so when I come back for my rice you have the pot stickers correctly made?” Big sigh. He says Yes, but no sorry. I get there. The OWNER comes out. Before he hands me my rice and my new pan fried pot stickers says, “Well…did you bring back the other pot stickers? (No?!!) He continued, “I would have liked to throw them out here”. Not even caring whatsoever that they forgot my rice AND made my pot stickers wrong, AND that I had to drive back 15 min while my entire dinner is sitting on my kitchen table cold. And then back home again. Apparently, he didn’t want me to have $7 of his food in my own garbage. (I asked him who the owner was and he said, “I am”, because I I was almost positive that that was NOT the owner making this huge scene. But it was!?) Never, never, never again.

Okay will not be going to Pagoda again this is the first time I have ever been here from out of town! I ordered to go dinner and ask for extra soy sauce (they gave me four packs to start). The man at the counter said do you want to buy a bottle!!!??? Now why would I buy a bottle when I just paid for dinner!!!!!??? Very rude will never go back!!!!! I can't stand when you pay money for food buy dinner and they don't want to give you condiments that's just purely ridiculous!!!!!!!

Got the szchewan pork for my husband. Within 2 hours of eating it he’s violently ill. Don’t go there

AWEFUL! Ordered Pagoda steak. Paper thin meat didnt taste right like spoiled vegetables were all mush! Never going back there again. So sad this used to be my favorite. Praying I dont get sick! A $22 order tossed into the garbage! Egg rolls were ok. Would of given 0 stars!

I absolutely love it here ! This is my second time here and I still question why it is always empty ! The owner and staff are always welcoming and very attentive! The food here is incredible and filled with so much flavor , besides the variety of food they have it is also much cheaper than most restaurants with huge servings. The food is freshly made and they use fresh fruit to make their smoothies! Along with that, they are very clean and have soothing music playing, the environment is cozy and about 3 minutes away from downtown Lockport ! If you have been questioning coming here it is a must !

We stopped by after kayaking in Lemont, only 15 minutes away on a Sunday following another devastating loss by the Bears. We ordered the Hot Pot to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary. It was like having our own personal hibachi with a variety of food selections. Delicious. Excellent value. Cordial service and ample portions - enough to take home for another meal. Do not let the weather-worn sign off highway 7 fool you. Highly recommend!

The food was great and reasonably priced. My son is a picky eater and got the cheeseburger and it was huge. He loved it. Very pretty atmosphere and we did not have to wait long for our food to come. Will be my Go- To spot from now on.

I thought this place was solid! I ordered the veggie Lo Mein and my husband had the Shimp Egg Foo Young. The food was tasty, served quick and the owner was friendly. Egg rolls tasted homemade and the fried rice was not really greasy.My only complaint would be that the food was so hot and put right into the styrofoam container that it warped it which kind of grosses me out. But, I didn't really notice that until I had gobbled the whole dish down :) I did not dine in but the place looked like somewhere that I would like to go have dinner. Next time!

While the food is pretty good the website is false. I called to order delivery tonight and was told they do not have deliver. That I needed to use GrubHub. Which we all know means it's going to cost more. Even more than a delivery charge from a restaurant. Plus, they don't include fortune cookies in a take out order.

Very disappointed as we have been going here for many years. Went for lunch dining in. Place is nice since remodeled and service was good. I have been ordering the same dish for years, beef with pepper and tomatoes. Nothing but grizzle! Was told by cook because it was a flank steak? Nothing was done until I said I could not eat it. Then they replaced with the same grizzly flank steak. Extremely disappointed, and will not go back.

Nice quiet setting. Comfortable setting. We were greeted upon entrance was able to order drinks and an amazing dish. The hot plate i would highly recommend with different varieties and taste. Since it was my first time I wasn't sure what to do when it came with a flame on top. My husband quickly informed me of how to roast and cook the meat to your liking which was cool. Food tasted amazing and family friendly. Cant wait to visit again

We always have an early dinner due to work schedules so we dined at 3. It wasn't busy so we were taken care by the manager (owner?). The dinning room decor has been updated to a modern serene palate. Service was prompt. Food was delicious and they accommodated our request for easy soy sauce/salt when preparing our meal. Pagoda has changed owner since we became patrons 20+ years ago but food is flavorful and fresh. The sizzling rice soup is a family favorite especially when feeling under the weather😋

I ordered a lunch special with beef broccoli and shrimp fried rice. The rice looked brown and old and a part on the bottom was still cold. The quality of the food was mediocre and will not be going back.

Stopped in for lunch here a while back. Unbelievably impressed how everything, including sauces, are made from scratch. The seseme chicken and fried rice were amazing. Looking forward to my next visit!

I've been going to Pagoda house since 1984 Love this place! The Best sweet & sour Pressed Duck!!! We've Celebrated here, dined w/ friends & family, never disappointed. Deb
