I've given this place as many chances as I can, but no more. I can forgive the food being cold a handful of times. I can even forgive finding a hair in my food once in a while - it happens. But seeing two cockroaches in the bathroom? I'm done. This place is nasty and the management didn't seem to care about any of the complaints.

Just not good Italian Beef at all. Very dry and bland. The juice was clear broth with absolutely no seasoning in it. The Giardinera was terrible, consisting of jalapeno peppers and celery kept cold in the refrigerator. I can't believe they pass this off as Italian Beef. I could have just went to Arby's across the street for this. I don't know if all Pop's are like this but the one in Lockport should be embarrassed selling this. First and last time going here.

Such a horrible customer service. Got a gyro and they forgot to put onions. Called the store and they told me that I didn’t pay for the onions. ( BTW onions comes with the sandwich. ) Another excuse was “I was not here so I can’t do anything about it”. This is how they solve the issue. The food was dry as well.

Gyros was delicious 😋, they spread the sauce on the pita, kept it from dropping out. Generous amounts of tomato and onion. Fries are thin and generous. Also tried the breaded steak sandwich. Delicious but messy, grab several napkins. Food is served quick Dined in an thought it was a little chilly inside, wish I had a sweater.

Why advertise 5.50 sandwich on our community ove and the. Charge 85 cents per item to get the tomato onion and sauce not 5.50 anymore and poor business practices will not give you any more of my money sad I liked your food

they have good food and fast service, convenient location and ample parking. no drive thru and in my opinion everything cooked in their oil seems to have the same taste but have never had a bad experience there.

The food is pretty good for its price but it's mainly for quantity over quality. The service is okay as well, but most of the staff seems like they are dead on the inside. The time it takes from ordering to your food being done is very good though, its quick and accurate too, hardly any mistakes. The seating though is very comfortable as there are plenty of tableside seats and booths to choose from.

First time at Pop's. Hamburgers and fries were good and flavorful. In my opinion, the italian beef was nothing to write home about. It had a weird taste and after taste. the service was great, they goofed up and added salt to our fries. The lady (without my saying anything) came over and Said that she forgot to give us fries without salt, So she gave us a new Salt free fries on the house. the place was clean and busy. The prices are in line with other places.

Nice Location. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Breaded steak was cooked correctly and the large fries were LARGE.

They have really good food and reasonably priced. They sell beer and have specials every day. The staff is very nice. I recommend this place 100%

Great Beef and Sausage Combos. Again a bit pricey but generous portions and Bright Green Giardiniera!

The food tasted great, but unfortunately the proportions were way to small. I visited other locations and fell in love with the price and food. But this location was not a good representation of the Pop's franchise. The grilled chicken pita tasted well but had very limited chicken in the sandwhich. And I personally ordered a gyro and have never seen such a small gyro before.

Ordered beef, chicken & Italian sausage for a party. Everything was hot & delicious. Order was ready when promised. Thank you for catering our event.

Can't go wrong with Pops. Some of the best french fries around. Fast but good food. Variety on the menu but know for their beef.

Had a coupon for a free 12oz soup with purchase of grilled cheese. They wouldn't do anything for me because this location "doesn't do grilled cheese". Its just bread and cheese. Not that hard. At least offer to do the deal on something else. Hot dog or something else cheap.

Just ordered an Italian beef from the Lockport location. I ordered it with hot and sweet peppers(unfortunately neither were on the sandwich). Normally I hate “complaining” but this was a special trip(live 40mins away) I was looking forward to it. They don’t have this kind of food where I moved…

Pops beef always good, best fries around for sure. Go there I dare you😉you won't be disappointed
