    Is proper instructions being followed when preparing their food items?…. Because this right here!!…. Straight sad!… decided to try the “ Breakfast Taco” $5 for a baby tortilla and when I open it … looks like baby food and a Toddler made it!😡 looks Absolutely NOTHING like the Picture Advertised!

    NEGATIVE 10 stars...And I'm just seeing other patron reviews and it shows this is the WORST DD ever! EVERY SINGLE TIME I've visited, it's been short of nothing negative. Rude & slow staff. Untrained, slow, no customer service what so ever. Please DD, gut the staff or rid the chain here in LG!

    100 percent disrespectful. I order hashbrowns an egg & cheese croissant. The food was thrown together and undercooked as you can see. Hartley took the order was so rude, yelling at us to pull forward without have received our food. Instead of preparing the food properly, they threw food together to get us out of the line. I went back in and request a full refund. Customer service is nonexistent. I will never return.

    If you are looking for a good experience with Dunkin Donuts, do not even waste the gas to stop here. Upon arrival in the drive thru, you find half of the digital menu is out of service. When I was greeted, I alerted the staff that I needed a moment to figure out what we wanted as my family was having to look up the menu online. After 45 seconds, I was told "If you don't know what you want, can you park and come inside? We are on a timer." We made an order for a large coconut strawberry dragon fruit refresher, 2 large iced coffees with 5 salted caramel flavor, 4 creams each, 2 Chicken and Roasted Pepper Dunkin Wraps, and a Turkey Sauasage, Egg, and Cheese on English Muffin sandwich (3 drinks and 3 sandwiches). When I got to the window, the amount requested for payment was wrong (see receipt). I thought maybe the staff didn't know the menu was broken since they had made a comment about being on a timer. That was responded to with "Yeah, it's been broken for 3 months, and no one will come fix it." I was then directed to go wait by a light pole for my food. Thinking maybe they were taking time to get things right, I was greeted a moment later by an employee who asked "are you all the ones who made that big order?" and thrusted a bag toward me. It was at this point we saw the receipt and the upcharges on the coffees, but the employee had already walked away. As we left and handed out our "big order" of three sandwiches and 3 drinks, my wife and son took bites of their dunken wraps to find both were still frozen in the middle. I pulled off the road and attempted to call the location only to have no one answer. My wife also attempted to call and was pushed immediately to voice-mail. Do not go to this location for any reason, unless you like being mistreated and wasting your money on cold food and wrong coffee.

    We were passing through and my wife wanted to grab a quick coffee here. She did a pickup order inside and they were slammed with customers at the time. My wife was very impressed with their speed of service.

    I am done with DD, especially this one. They either do not have donuts or they are STALE. I just bought half a dozen and they are all stale, they are so lucky I went through the drive thru and am home because I would have went ham in the store. I do not like being played and wasting my money. I'm so done, I see now why they have such a bad rep at the locust grove location.

    Guy preparing food orders had long unkept stringy hair , slinging hair to keep out of his face I'm assuming as fixing orders. Very unorganized and everyone complaining about all the customers coming in. There was one employee taking orders at front counter that was performing her job as she should.

    Ordered a chicken w/cheese, 2 bacon snacks, and a small cold coffee at 11:45 this morning and was given the coffee and asked to pull up to not block drive thru. I waited until12:00, then went in the store, waited at the back of the line until my turn. Explained to the nice young lady taking orders and showed her my receipt. She immediately went to look for my order. It was sitting at the drive thru area. I appreciate her quick help. Wish I could have gotten my order in a more timely manner.

    These people don't know how to make it's franchise coffee. The cashier said my coffee was wrong just by looking at it. The lady who made it claimed that she did it right. See picture below it tastes awful.

    I love this location! Ms. Donna helps make the mornings a little better! I only gave 4⭐️ for atmosphere bc the drive thru menu has been down for about a month now & that’s ridiculous! I’ve never had a negative encounter at this location! My coffee is always hot & fresh & my bagel is always toasted to perfection. If you want to start your morning off in a positive way, visit this Dunkin!

    Alright, it's Dunkin and what would one expect. Well, I think it's just perfect for their business that besides donuts you can get a decent breakfast sandwich on the go and actually enjoy it. 4 stars for this fast food venue compared to their peers. Keep in mind this is not cuisine but for what it is I give them a thumbs up. Thanks for being there on our many road trips.

    I love Dunkin but this one in Locust Grove is the absolute worst. They screw up my drink order all the time that is why I'm done going there!!!!

    Dunkin' donuts stopped making apple fritters. They make a jelly filled donut and call it a apple fritter? Not even remotely close to one. The staff unfortunately isn't knowledgeable about something as simple as that? Seriously? I didn't actually buy anything at all. But the Publix across the street knows what a apple fritter is and they had them.
