This store is an absolute disgrace. The whole area looks as though it's never been wiped down for the day. Service is rubbish, took 30 minutes for 2 drinks, when questioned about our order, the excuse was someone else must have taken it when there wasn't anyone else in store, other than those behind us. Our drinks were never actually made, as I had been keeping an eye our for them. The garden outside is also to be questioned. Majority of plants are half dead. Teens shouldn't be left on a weekend to run a store. (From what it looks like they were all teens).

So totally addicted to the almond croissants from here which can be a bad thing! Drive through which is a bonus if you don’t want to walk in. Although the dine in is very modern and a nice space to Enjoy some time out. Lovely staff always a pleasure!! So far this has become apart of the local Browns Plains/Marsden area.

I ordered a Tall cappuccino but I wish I ordered the Venti! Would have to be the best coffee I have had since Charlie's in Brisbane City! This morning I was served by a lovely young man by the name of Tavo. He was very polite and all the staff seemed happy to be there. The service is a hit and miss and some days the Baristas at the window are just not it. I always order the same drinks, however they’re not always made the same! It taste different every single time which I’m not sure why? Maybe it’s the amount of unbearable ice they put in even when you ask for less ice. I did speak to Hayley and she rectified an issue I had with the my order and a big thank you to her as she was beyond kind and understanding.

Really want to like going there, but its the only Starbucks location I've ever been to where Baristas will modify a coffee ordered via the app "because it wont taste right" or serve bacon and egg rolls cold because "you literally need to request toasting". Come on guys. No need for pretentious behavior. Its literally a coffee shop in the middle of an industrial estate. Just make the orders.

Coffee is amazing as per usual with any Starbucks I go to! However I’m extremely sad and disappointed in a cup I recently bought as it was $40 and I haven’t even had it for 3 months and it’s all scratched and falling apart… I love this cup and I wash it with a gentle cloth but the paint is already coming off and I don’t think it’s worth the price I paid

Whether it's the store at the P.A.Hosoital or the Berrinba Store in Marsden on Wayne Goss Drive you are super guaranteed to be greeted with happy faces and amazing staff. Berrinba is my "home" store and EVERYONE from the manager through are beautiful people I'm always greeted by name and great big smiles they make you feel like it's a big family in there and no matter how low your mood is in personally recommend going there you will leave smiling and feeling like You've just had a healing hug ..... Thanks guys you are nailing it. Nikita In the drive through is absolutely amazing. She makes returning to the store a must, love her customer service and bubbly personality ! She’s a gem and the store wouldn’t be the same without her. Picture of the todays drink :)

I came through tonight 5/8/2023 and i requested for someone to make a random drink and Nikita was so excited for our request and made us her creation called Violet Crumble! it tasted soooo good, unfortunately Nikita is leaving soon and this was her last weekend and i felt honoured to have her creation! thankyou Nikita for being so fun and friendly

The staff here are always very happy, patient, and helpful. Service is quick, and I find as long as you don't get a plain coffee (that is, as long as you get something with a tonne of syrups in it) it tastes great! Cheaper than other local cafes too!

Great place to have a drink or snack in the south side if you live nearby! Nicely decorated, good staff team! Awesome.

Such friendly staff! They listen to what I'm ordering and the white choc mocha extra hot, is that extra hot, they I like it! They even check if you have been waiting a bit to long. And most of all they SMILE and say Hello!

upon arrival i found the store to be really clean and smelt so good. Customer service was excellent. As i have only been a few times i was having trouble deciding what to order. Shawn was very helpful and helped me decided on a new one to try. Thanks Shawn it was delicious.

3 stars only because your brown sugar iced coffee doesn't mention cinnamon on the menu online. I can taste the delicious coffee, but the cinnamon is very strong. 😪😪 First time trying you guys to.

The food is good, but they don't have any food for people with special dietary needs. Soy and other special milks are available for drinks. The drinks are very delicious. The music is a bit too loud.

Brand new Starbucks. Look it's just starting out so understandable that there's a few teething problems the few times I have been the service has been good and then other times I have to wait a little wee longer for my coffee on a busy morning. I have no doubt that once the staff get their feet planted they will hit the ground running. Nothing beats a service with a smile and this place does that even when under the pump! Will be back.

This is a lovely place to come and share a coffee with friends. My only complaint is the actual cleanliness of the store. It needs a thorough cleaning and then cleaned regularly. It’s a modern building with good ambience. I expect clean surroundings when eating/drinking out
