The franchisee really needs to look at who they are hiring for staff. I am a local in the area and go there occasionally. Seriously almost every single time I go there; the staff either give me the wrong order, lose my order (which has happened to me twice) and I’ve had to figure that out myself go and ask about it after 20mins of waiting in a bay or they burn the meal if they get it correct. All I get when something goes wrong is an “oh sorry” then I have to move on until the same exact thing happens next time. This is by far the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been too. It’s crazy to me how many bad reviews this place has of the same things and nothing changes. DO NOT GO HERE

Update!! New year's eve!! WHAT IS GOING ON IP THERE!!?? I wasn't aware that the insides of the big Mac arw now served on the outside! I called and asked for an explanation which I didn't get! And got aditude and told that when they slide down the tray the insides sometimes come out the burgers and jump on the top!!! 🤣🤣🤬 ... Wow! Just wow Anothwr update everyone perfect fresh wow UPDATE!!!!! Its been a bit, I thought they may improve AND THAT THEY HAVE!! 🥰❤️ WOW Fresh and FAST! Put together pefectly. I called through after my Uber eats order was placed and spoke to Hannah, she was attentive prompt and did everything she could to help me. Hannah is well spoken and very polite. I think she is an asset to McDonald's. McDonald's Eagleby used to have a bad wrap but wow they have picked up the pace and now is one of my chosen Uber eats favorites. Sorry no updated photos I ate it before I could get any haha End of Update 11/05/2021 Dont know anymore what is going on, i complain and get ignored eventually. Looks like burgers a made by flinging them accros the room. Eat in always dirty crumbs on tables sauce ect.....staff are always pleasent though. They give u ur ice creams then tell u to go wait in the waiting bay for 10 mins for the rest of ur food. Not good. They stuff one thing up and leave u waiting for it while the rest of ur food goes cold. Quallity is exreemly poor and it just gets worse. Oil oil and more oil lol Ran out of momopoly stickers while there were still loads of prizes up for grabs including still two CARS!! I spent hundreds up at my local store trying to win and feel i didnt get what was advertised ran out of them or not there were still 2 cars to be won and i was entittled to be in the running to win them but missed out because my store ran out of cards. I dont think its fair, i had just as much chance of winning than anyone esle i feel that was taken away from me. Considering seeing a solicitor about it. I could of won that car. Not fair McDonald's its called false avdvertising.

Placed an order before work 12/12/23 for a medium classic angus meal fantastic service from drive through order hand out person but the classic Angus is meant to have red onions this burger had absolutely no onion I wouldn't have even cared if they had of subbed it for white onion they use on the cheeseburgers and quarter pounders horrendous and a waste of money feel so cheated train your staff better mcdonalds disgraceful

I had the pleasure of being served by emily in the drive thru speaker and window. I must say when someone has had a bad or stressful day/week, it was so lovely to be served by someone so positive, bubbly and uplifting. Emily has beautiful customer service and has made mine and im sure many others, day. Great Job Emily and thank you. 😊

Stankin no good trash garbage service. Forgot to call order, then forgot to make my sundae, THEN they forgot a patty on my Big Mac. Plus the Stankin’ seats are broken, and the Tippety taps in the bathroom were different, and one of them you had to hold on continuously hold it down and swap hands to rinse. And on top of this the hot/cute manager wasn’t on 😡😡😡

I've ordered a coffee frappe many times here before. Today the self serve had no option for a frappe. I than had to wait behind staff socialising easily 5 minutes to be told we can't do frappes

Drive thru was busy. We went thru the drive thru. 8.15 pm on Thursday 20 th September. We were visiting friends in the area and it was a bit daunting trying to navigate through the car park etc as we had never been there before. The boy that served us in the drive thru was rude and sarcastic. Very impatient. When I paid my $33 order with a $50 note, I received my change in all $2 coins. I do not believe he would not of at least had $5 note in his register. Our nuggets were freshly cooked and tasted great. My grandsons happy meal was good and he also received the cars as his toy. Which he loved. I was disappointed in my crunchy chicken burger as it was absolutely nothing like the picture. And seemed to be a pattie the same as the chicken burger, but just cooked longer to give it a bit more crunch. Will not be buying again.

First, as we walked inside there with the kids, we wanted to sit down at a table. No tables were cleaned off the seats, and tables had food and rubbish on them. Had to wait for staff to come out and clean up before u could sit down. Takes over 10 mins for an order to be given to u way too long. Staff really need a shake-up here. Food was good by service too way too long. We meet up with family here so they better get their act together, or we will start going elsewhere

One of the best McDonald's I have attended. Staff are great, food is fresh and restaurant is always clean.

Food is always cold, burger patties are always cold old and dry chips are sometimes fresh n hot. They need to step up their staff here at eagleby as the ones they have today are well mannered but terrible food. Worse one in Australia

We've been here a couple of times and usually it is fantastic. I feel they are very short staffed at the moment and it is creating safety issues. When first getting there we asked for a cloth to the clean the table ourselves and they were great and came and cleaned it. While supervising our kids on the playground we discovered the door for servicing the back of the equipment was unlocked and a lot of kids were going in and climbing on the outside of the slide and other areas, and jumping from large heights. We asked the manager to please fix this and they stated it had been an issue earlier in the day too. When going to ask the manager about this there was a very large puddle of water on the tiles near the counter. The staff were all amazing and friendly and doing the best they could, but there were some major safety issues.

Ok, so we’ve gone to this McDonalds fairly regularly for about a year, every time we would ask for a strawberry milkshake yet throughout the whole year we only got it twice. Every other time they say “We can’t do that today” or “The machine’s broken down” or “We are out of stock”. Same thing if we try to order an ice-cream or frappe, they always say they can’t do it!

Got a frappe from here and there was small sharp bits of plastic like from the frappe cup in it (mine was still in tact). Didn’t feel it until I had swallowed some stuck in my throat. Put my finger in it and it was all down the bottom ranging from small to large. Took it back and told them they took my number and the other bits of plastic and told me they’d contact , never to be heard from again. Was super worried coz I was pregnant at the time

Staff weren't welcoming from beginning to the end. Cleanliness of the place wasn't great at all probably staff need reminding of how to wipe and clear tables etc and cleaning schedules for toilets?. If Your front of house isn't cleaned imagine what your kitchen is like.. hmmm But food was avenage, hot fries were acceptable cheese burger was great. Parking was the best ever loads of space

They messed up big time. The new spicy nuggets are cooked in the same oil as the plan ones. I asked the manager questions on this because I'm severely allergic to chilly. She guaranteed me me it was fine to eat them. I got home took a bit an right away my mouth started to swell lips burned I couldn't breathe. I got my medicine into me an rang the store. The manager who served me answered an she wasn't even apologizing for what happened happened to me.

Everything was stale. We ordered 2 of the fillet-o-fish and double mcspicy in meals. Both of the fish buns were stale and so were all of the fries. We asked for replacement fries which the staff were nice enough to do but didn’t say anything about the burgers because we had also asked for a zero sugar sprite to be replaced with a regular coke as the artificial sweetener in the sprite was gag-worthy. So they were nice enough to do those but if was really weird that everything was stale to begin with.

Great service, nice people. However, the food was absolutely terrible. Zero seasoning on hamburgers, undercooked fries, salad used off lettuce. This is the McDonalds that finally put me off McDonalds for good.

Customer Service: 4/10 I’ve been here multiple times to see if it’s just certain people or if it’s just a bad day but the customer service is poor. Our orders are either wrong or are completely missing half the meal. It only gets 4/10 because the wait time is fairly short although I’d prefer to wait longer for good service than bad service. Food quality: 5/10 Well it’s McDonald’s. It’s fast food. Shouldn’t expect much but I’ve been to other areas where the foods been of higher quality than the McDonald’s here. Cleanliness: 3/10 Very rarely that I come in and it’s clean. I’m putting more blame on customers who come in and leave the areas they eat disgustingly filthy and have no respect for those who’ll come after them. Overall though the cleanliness of this establishment is poor. Interior design and decoration: 9.5/10 The placement of everything and nature brings everything together. Makes it convenient enough to move around, order, and find a seat to wait until the orders ready. Probably the most likeable thing about this McDonald’s.
