Staff are rude. Can’t even give back correct change mould on my friends burger Just for the staff to turn around and say that they’re lying that staff member being Sally when they clearly had documented it with a Picture and sent it in through email, just for the email to bounce back because they gave them the wrong gmail not to mention when my friend went back to show them the picture no one had heard about the previous had conversation over the phone. It wasn’t even documented. I told them to email HR but the staff member. Sally said not to worry about it clearly to avoid them, getting in trouble. strongly would advise never to go there as you just never know what you’re gonna get.

20 minutes in the drive through for a whopper. Sure, it was at midnight. But literally 12:02am - 12:23 I was in the drive through while about 20 uber eats bags were being filled. Y'all need to be providing better staff management. I would have just left if I wasn't stuck between cars.

I usually get an amazing Turkish breakfast roll, but last Friday was very disappointed. It was dried out and revolting. I actually took it to another HJ to show them before l wrote this. They were amazing and replaced it.

Always takes the staff a long time to even greet customers, often see them standing around avoiding customer service. Would suggest they are all sent to customer service training where they are taught that customers come first. And if busy a simple hi someone will be with you shortly would not go astray.

It was good but sitting in the car waiting for my other order. No one turning up so I had to ring and then the phone nearly rang all the way out and then have a rude suggestion and attitude when I got my last Sunday.

Ordered a bacon deluxe meal, was disappointed to bite into the burger and get about half an onion and no bacon at all. Would not recommend, would also give zero stars but It won’t let me

Went there last night very poor service waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive through ordered large whopper meal received a large coke which was hot with no ice and the chips was cold , I told the girl that and she replied we got no ice and there’s nothing she could do , then went to next window to get rest of the order told the girl there the coke was hot with no , so she took the drink and came back with ice in it drove off only to find the drink was still hot and the ice melted and the chip were cold not happy very poor and disgusting hungry jacks it all went in the bin 😡

***Toliets dont lock!*** Had to use the baby changing toliets because the females dont lock! Not only that but the state of the baby changing toliets is disgusting! There was poop on walls. Im surprised this place is allowed to operate to be honest.

Keeps to the theme of fast food took longer to order through machine that It did to get food ..The food was hot and made to order great for take-away but a bit small inside

For a fast food outlet it ain’t too bad a place here, the food was well cooked and Hot Chips were deliciously fresh.

Poorly ran they can never get an order right and they never answer the phone waste of money my order never arrived for delivery and yet again ni one answered the phone to rectify my problem, waste of $40

You do not understand the depths we went to in order to get a Bubblegum Shake. It took 10 stores machines being in heat cycle for us to finally hit up Beenleigh and receive our drinks. Thank you!!!

I have ordered food on here so many times but my last 2 orders that I have done was not good… I ordered hungry jack on door dash app but they never confirmed my order and i spent a lot of money on the food. So I had to cancel it and waited for my refund to get in my account in 5-7 business days…I still haven’t got the first refund money for the first order I did…I waited a really long time for it so I had to cancell it because they never confirmed it…They need to fix it.

Typical fast food. Seems to be well managed with clean dining room and toilets.

Terrible service, 20min after ordering (drive thru) and waiting in bay, only to reverse back and our food bag is sitting in tray. Provided to us, but was stone cold…….

Service was great but the dining area had rubbish all through it. I understand it can get really busy but there were no places to really sit as each table had rubbish on it

Longest wait in drive through. Not sure what they are doing inside, but no one seems to be in any hurry to get your order to you. Worst service I have ever been to.

Ordered Texan Angus burger, onion rings, fries and softdrink. And it's true, burgers are far better then McDonald's. Very tasty
