Browns plains Mc Donald's is such a let down. This isn't the first time this service was bad. Just now I've order from them and we asked for extra pickles and steam bun on our cheese burgers but got nothing from the request. I asked for big Mac and aioli sauce plus two extras for both sauces which I was happy to pay extra for. They ended up giving us Big Mac sauce which was finish with one nugget, and two sweet and sour sauces which I didn't ask for. Chips were dry and old by the time I got home. What gets me is that I asked the lady to repeat my order to me before I paid for it. Mc Donald's you guys need to fix this cause the only mc Donald's that's doing well and cares about customer service is Eagleby mc Donald's. If Google gave me an option to write a review for zero stars. Browns plains Macca's this would be it.

Awesome experience, was greeted with a smile by a guy name Troy and he asked if we needed anything, he was willing to help in every way. Never experienced this at any other mcdonalds but Troy was great. Keep up the good work and smile Troy 🙂👌

2 stars for fast service. Lost the rest when raison toast turned up without knife and butter and my piece was the crust which may have been acceptable if it had been toasted. It wasn't even hot.

Not even deserving of one star. Honestly the service was ridiculous. All of the 4 orders in front of me were missing items and then when they were given them they were cold, not wrapped properly and in one case - toasted sandwich- not even toasted!! I had to remind the girl at the counter that her customers were still waiting for a missing item! She just kept walking past them! It wasn't even busy. Kiosks weren't working. Only one register. I will never go there again. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

If I wanted a small chips I would have ordered one. We pay more and more and continue to get less for our money. The girl at the drive through was so not happy to be there, customer service was zero. McDonald's used to be a go to for a clean happy experience but not anymore, it's hard to find a clean McDonald's anywhere.

7:45am .. wow. It appears that the store hasn't been cleaned since the night before. ..Men's toilets were a mess. Softdrink/slip hard all over the floor. Ladies toilets had no paper. Store has food over the tables and floor.... we watched as one staff member walk out with a mop, ealk past all the mess, and walk back to the counter without cleaning anything... Disgraceful. There is a reason why drive through is the best option.

If you are ordering for home delivery, order elsewhere, this store is completely incapable of getting an order right, tonight my daughter ordered 2 meals, both with chips, no chips, absolutely no chips arrived. This store is a joke

I imagine you guys get a lot of abusive calls from your Uber delivered orders. A simple task of following a list of food items seems to be beyond for your establishment. It really is disappointing to patiently wait for your food and then getting the wrong order delivered. I couldn't care less about the refund. It is the efficiency and accuracy of your crew to satisfy the order. Whoever is in charge tonight should look into reprimanding those irresponsible crew. Damn it!!!

Had 2 come back twice for my $45 not being correct and still wasnt correct again disappointed and frustrated by the service phone line is always rining out so always have to drive there if something is wrong which shouldn't happen

Ordered lunch for the family. Waited 40mins all the food was cold they had poured the drinks and the ice had melted by the time the food came out. Absolute joke will never eat here again. Fast food service would have got our food faster in a restaurant and at least it would have been hot.

Every time I go through drive through have to check meal forget food every time one time I got a 6 nugget happy meal for my daughter got chips and the drink how hard is that 2 remember Tonight ordered for delivery ordered at 7pm its now 8pm and just dropped off is 2 6 nugget happy meals and we'll would you believe it 1 no nuggets the put the yogurts we ordered on there chips so soggy wet chips like really what's the standard throw what ever in the bag and send it out piss poor I'd give 0 stars if it was a option

I get it. It’s lunch time but it took 35 mins for our food to arrive ….cold. It’s obviously been sitting around for a while. The chips are stone cold and hard. Not edible

Hi. I'm not The person to complaint about something BUT the change between another branch of MacDonald with this branch ( Browns plains ) is so much about CoffeeFrape . The branch of MacDonald in Browns plains has terrible CoffeeFrape. Because I tested and unfortunately I was sad about this terrible CoffeeFrape. And I have never bought still from that branch of MacDonald in Browns plains. I suggest to all person to don't buy CoffeeFrape from that branch of MacDonald in Browns plains. I'm serious in my advice to all of you. And I can describe about the problem of their CoffeeFrape IF the MacDonald want to know to don't happen again for me that terrible CoffeeFrape. Thanks.

Disgusting ordered 2 new cheesy Angus burgers one had just pickles and the cheesy party and buns no sauce no vegetablesno meat like why the or He burger had everything but meat and chips were cold drinks were half filled why manager was nice showed her pics of everything gave us our refund but still what a f around

I mean it's McDonald's so it's not gourmet dining, but hard to argue with the efficiency. Order online, tell the speaker box you're collecting an online order, and the bag of snacks is hanging out the window by the time you roll around the corner of the drive thru.

Disappointed and disgusting service we ordered 2 sweet and sauce when we check the bag we couldn’t find it and tell the staff there have no sauce in the bag but they ignored it and promise the sauce is in the bag. I found nothing in my takeaway and you take my $1.2 for nothing I rather donate the money to charity better than goes on your pay. Absolutely horrible experience

First visit to this maccers since it's been renovated. The self service checkouts were easy to use & customize my order. The table service was super fast. And the burger, hash browns & chips were really fresh & tasty. My decaf long black was also really good, which usually isn't at other maccers.

The service was good but was eating my Big Mac burger and half way through there was a hair in it and I was left feeling sick seeing that! Very put off

3x Cheeseburgers with no pickles. 1x garden salad with no tomato and no dressing. Cold chips. Filthy glass. Dustpan left in dining area. No soap in male toilet. The seat in the parents/ambulant toilet is broken and moves around. The only thing that made the cut for quality was the box each happy meal came in. The place needs a shake up.
